This is the Fitness Wisdom podcast.
Hello Doctor Jack Cruz, thank you for coming back onto the Fitness Wisdom podcast. It's an absolute pleasure and honor to have you on the show. Our previous episode was an absolute success. People absolutely loved it and we talked about the significance of light impacting our metabolism. And today I want to go, you know, a step further and a step deeper based on all of the different podcasts you've been doing lately. I've been very fascinated about the subject of melanin, deuterium and magnetism and the relationship between all three.
And I've been putting some dots together based on the information that you've been sharing, that the body is literally designed to deplete deuterium. What I mean by that is that the structure and the anatomy of the body, do you think that they the body is specifically designed like anatomically to deplete deuterium? Is that its primary role? Yes, it always has been and it's been. It's been obvious, really. For anybody who actually takes a pretty hardcore look at human anatomy, if you you know the easiest way.
To truly understand this. Is just to look at the vagus nerve by itself. You don't even have to do any other part of anatomy except. Except this. Do me a favor, go get me the skull. So when you understand what the vagus nerve means in Latin, it means wander. And why is this unusual? It's cranial nerve 10. It comes out in the lower brain stem, and it goes all the way down to the transverse musical. But there's something very interesting about the vagus nerve that all doctors learn, but they never question through the Rockefeller curriculum in medical school that the vagus nerve is different on the right and the left side, very different.
In other words, it's asymmetric. Now the asymmetry I think is best known in in probably allopathic, functional and I would say influencer medicine are probably in the innervation of the heart. Why? Because, you know, a lot of people focus in on autonomic nervous system and that's kind of where the discussion stops. But. Here's what you need to know. The right vagus nerve doesn't travel in the same path that the left vagus nerve goes to. Very unusual situation. The right vagus nerve enters the chest through the tracheal esophageal groove and then the right side innervates the SA node which is the top part of the heart.
Then it goes on to innervate all the gut organs. OK, the right vagus does that all the way down to the transverse musical. The left vagus nerve has a very specific path out of the head through the jugular framing. It has to loop around deductus arteriosus, which is a branch of the aorta. And why do we do that? Because every time the heart beats, it's pulling on the vagus nerve. What does that do? It defrags the left side of the brain. Now, when I say defrag, I'm talking about deuterium. When I'm talking about the right side, it's a totally different ball game.
And then you have to ask yourself, OK, how do we defrag the right side? Well, the right side, the key factor is it ends up in the beta cells, most of the beta cells in the pancreas. You hear influencers, you hear MD's, your endocrinologist, they talk about beta cells and insulin and diabetes. Well, it turns out there's a bigger effect there. The most important effect of the beta cells is an insulin. The most important effect is actually a bicarb loop. Humans are designed to make 2 liters of bicarb.
For those people out there who are not science people, bicarb is HCO three with a negative. What's the key? That H gets replaced by D in the stomach through this loop that goes through and you're designed to move the deuterium into your poop. And how do you do that? You do that through. A circadian reflux called the the gastrocholac reflux. How does that gastrocholac reflux work? In the morning, you're designed to see the sun. OK? When you see the sun and you're grounded, the reflux usually kicks in within an hour of eating and you make a poop.
The poop should be a Bristol. 4. Why is a Bristol 4 important? Because it means you don't use a lot of toilet paper. Why can you do that is because the deuterium is in your poop and not doesn't stay in you. So it can back up, go back to the brain through the vagus nerve. Why? Because this system, unlike veins, only goes One Direction. There's no there's no valves that push everything down. And the reason for that is because the vagus nerve wanders so great the amount of gravity effect between the brain and the transverse musical and where the pancreas sits.
Just so you know, the pancreas sits in a in a loops of of bow called the. Duodenum and it's in the in what we call the retroperitoneum. This is a pretty good amount of time. So in some people it's 2 feet. So you're using. The effect of gravity to have this kind of reaction and this loop is very, very prone to problems, especially in humans. Probably the number one problem in diabetics isn't the insulin issue that you've always been taught about. It's actually this broken bicarb loop because you cannot clear the deuterium.
And when you can't clear the deuterium and it backs up, then you have to ask the question again, anatomy question, what happens in the cell? You know what? Now take it down to the cell level. If you have too much deuterium, I think most people who at least follow my podcast understand that your CCO, which is cytochrome C oxidase, is designed to make deuterium depleted. Water. Well, that's in the matrix. OK, what's this? Right Outside the matrix is the cytosol. The cytosol is a place where the matrix can affect it.
But also the blood. And we know through many, many studies that the blood is designed to where deuterium supposed to be. And it's generally around 150 parts per million. So the key question for everybody should have always been, well, how do we keep the deuterium in the blood if there's no valves? If there's no one way, like the reason why is gravity? It's a sump. It's designed to pull everything down. So then anything that affects the sump is a huge problem. Why? Because then deuterium in the blood then pollutes the cytoplasm, and the cytoplasm when it gets polluted can ruin the matrix.
What's the gate? It's an electromagnetic gate called the inner mitochondrial membrane. You may have. Heard of that. Nick Lane talked about it in his book. He said it's very unusual membrane. It has a 30 million Volt charge. Why does it have a 30 million Volt charge? Pretty simple cytochrome one and AD positive over here. Oxygen, how do you keep the 30 million Volt charge? NAD positive has to be NAD positive, not NADD plus if it's deuterated. And over here, when one is grounded, the oxygen has to be in triplet state.
What does triplet state mean? Triplet state means that it remains paramagnetic. In other words, it's drawn to magnetic fields. So what happens when NADH becomes NAD plus the length of the inner mitochondrial membrane shrinks because you cannot physically use cytochrome one really well. That is what diabetes is. So anybody who has a drop in NAD positive by definition has likely a diabetes problem. So the influencers don't know any of this information. They go and tell you, Oh well, you're insulin resistant.
No, you're deuterating your water tables deuterated. You're not. Insulin resistance is not a problem. Like I, I've written blogs recently about bird, a bird called godwit. Most influence don't even know this, that every bird on earth is designed to be insulin resistant. Why? Because they have a. Thing in their eye that we don't have called the pectin oculi and it's made out of melanin and it looks like a fish gill. And what does that do? It makes the vortex from their brain to their eye to the gut even faster.
It's like a jet engine. And why do they have this? Because birds use the magnetic field to navigate. We don't do that. OK, so they have a different system, but the consequence of their anatomic design means by definition, optimal health in a bird. You have to be insulin resistant, OK. And us we're we're omnivores. We are connected to the Earth differently, We navigate differently. But insulin resistance by itself is not a pathologic state. Even in us. We're designed to have we'll make use of this at certain times.
Why? Because our system, specifically the vagus nerve, is prone to having this problem. Now, who are the people that are most prone to having this problem? What if you want to highlight this quirk of human Physiology? The best people to use, in my opinion, right now are both diabetics on GLP, one drugs, or astronauts. OK, why? Because when astronauts go up, I think everybody, even if you're a dope, knows you have microgravity and you don't have protection in the magnetosphere, right? You take a rocket, you go up, that gets lost.
Do astronauts develop problems very, very quickly that people on Earth generally don't get? The answer is yes. They stay up in space. They generally get the first thing in. Two to three days tinnitus. Why is that? The cochlea gets lattice locked. You know anything about the cochlea? It has hair cells. Hair cells are designed to move. So if the endo lymph there becomes more like jello and less like water, which is what happens when they go up. OK, you have a problem. OK, what's the second thing astronauts always get that everybody knows about?
They lose 20% of their muscle mass within an about a week or two of being in space. Why is that? Because the cytoplasm gets lattice lock. The ATPH that's designed to spend like this 9000 times per minute in space can't do that. It can only spend maybe 4000. Why? Because there's concrete against it. So what does the body do? Just you don't even have to worry about it. The body shreds its own muscle, so that doesn't happen. You know who else does that? A God wit that flies from the Aleutian Islands all the way down to New Zealand every year.
So in other words, the bird is mimicking what humans do in space. What does that tell you? It tells you that humans have this ability as well to vary the problem when it presents on the inner. Mitochondrial membrane. But remember, we were. Designed for the East African rift, where we come from, we generally don't have this problem. Now, have we done things in our life, say over the last, I don't know, 150 years called technology, AC power grid that mimics what happens to an astronaut? Yes, turns out space travel and the use of non-native EMF do exactly the same thing.
It puts deuterium in the cytosol. So you have to ask yourself the question, do we have many people who are astronauts on Earth? That effectively is what a diabetic is. Why? Because their cytochrome 1 is heavily deuterated. But here's the big one. Everybody forgets and This is why biochemistry. If you only understand biochemistry and don't understand biophysics, you have a huge problem. This is I wrote a blog 15 years ago to two of the paleo guys that were supposed to be the smartest guys in the world at that time and they didn't have an answer for this.
And it's funny that you and I are talking about this now, because you can go read about that. Blog. It's actually on my form in in a thread called Everything You Need to Know About NAD Positive, but the reason it just recently came up is another one of the influencers just try to pound this influencer who is a PhD in biochemistry because apparently his teeth has gotten bad. Over the subsequent 15 years, and he's now pushing an electrolyte supplement. And somebody had casually asked me a question.
It was I think one of the dentists on my form. He said, hey, what do you think's going on here? And I said, this is pretty simple. The electrolytes are heavily deuterated. What's happened NAD positive is now NAD. Plus. And people forget enamel and dentin are neuroactodermal derivatives. So what happens when your oxygen is in singlet state? OK, you make a really bad UP ES and your teeth begin to fall apart. The enamel gets weak because the dentin is deuterated. Remember, enamel is a is a neuroactodermal derivative that you can't regenerate, but it relies heavily on the dentin beneath it because it has dental tubules, it has exclusion zone water in it from the dental tubules.
So if the dentin gets deuterated and it's NAD positives, NAD plus plus, then guess what happens? Your teeth begin to fall apart. It also tells you that you cannot keep the deuterium inside the heart, which is the Z axis. OK, the vagus nerve in this story is the Y axis of the thalamic GPS. What's the other part that we haven't really talked about? That's why I asked Chantal to go get the skull. There's a real human skull, the sphenoid bone. And the sphenoid bone goes from here to here. You see my 2 fingers?
This is the terion right here. This is where if you put your finger on your own head and bite your teeth together, you feel the muscle going up and down. OK? So the sphenoid bone inside the head cuts across right here, OK? And you see all these holes in the bottom? Well, the holes in the bottom 2 specific ones. The ones that go through the eye, you see right there, that's where the optic nerve goes through, that's where all the light goes through. Then this one in the base right down here. This is the Mecca's cave.
That's where the trigeminal nerve goes through. These are two places you're designed to get rid of deuterium. And then where does it go? This one may be harder for you to see, but it's right. And that hole there, that's the jugular frame. And that's where the vagus nerve comes out. OK. And it's very interesting that the vagus nerve does not come out through Mecca's cave and does not come out where the center part of the sphenoid is. Because when you bite your tea together, you see I'm chewing gum out.
You create piezoelectricity across the X axis to stimulate to deuterium come out of your brain through the vagus to go down into your gut to start this bicarb loop. OK. And that's the reason why when you see the anatomy together, you have to see the parts that go with it. Like if you only understand the vagus nerve by itself and don't understand how it connects to the other cranial nerves and what's happening. Like for example, when I rub my eyes like this, I just stimulated my vagus nerve. Why?
Because the oculomotor nerve has an autonomic branch that links to the vagus called the white remite communicantes. When you do this, you actually help stimulate some of the determine your brain out. When you chew master gum like I'm doing now, you're stimulating the vagus flow. This. Is not a microplastic gum, it's a natural resin from the mastic tree. Stray from nature. Most modern chewing gums are built around synthetic bases and artificial ingredients. Mastic gum goes back thousands of years.
A plant resin that delivers a completely different chewing experience. It's not just something that you chew, it's literally a workout for your mouth. The firm texture of mastic gum challenges your jaw muscles, giving your chewing system a natural form of resistance training while encouraging saliva production and supporting A healthier oral environment. And here is where it actually gets interesting. Chewing is one of the strongest sensory inputs connected to your nervous system. Mastic gum activates the trigeminal nerve, the nerve responsible for much of your jaw and facial sensation, which communicates with brain pathways involved in relaxation and vagus nerve activity, helping support a more parasympathetic state.
For people like myself, focused on metabolic health, cellular Wellness, and optimizing my daily routines, mastic gum is a simple ritual that combines ancient tradition with modern science. So if you wish to explore my favorite mastic gum, head over to gregorgum.com/mobility Fitness and make sure to use the code Mobility Fitness at checkout to get a nice discount on your entire order. Thank you Greco Gum for sponsoring the show. OK, when you see light from the sun every morning, you're sending the light signal through your eye.
That light signal is also capable of defragging the CSF that's in there. Why? Because you make a vortex. How does this start? The heart makes the first vortex. That's what keeps deuterium in the blood. And people don't realize the chambers of the heart. How do this remember I told you the asymmetric innervation of the heart by the Vegas is the key to this story. So you have to remember the Atria, left and right are controlled by the right side of the heart. The left side, the AV node, is controlled by the left side of the heart.
Because it's asymmetric, you develop this very unusual vortex. OK, what is the key to the vortex? The more a vortex spins, this is where the quantum stuff comes in and where the biochemistry guys lose their minds because they don't understand it. A vortex needs 2 isotopes. You need a heavy and a light one because what happens when it spins? The heavy one goes to the bottom and gets pushed out to the sides. The light one stays in. Now just think about this. If you ate a fuel that was all H plus, could you really make a vortex?
The answer is no, you couldn't. You actually have to have some deuterium in it. This tells you why the body keeps deuterium in the blood, because it's needed to for the vortex. OK, so how does the vortex get ordered? A more complex life. So in evolutionary times, way way back 540 million years ago, the 1st vortex ever made was in fish. Fish didn't need a big vortex, so they only have one chamber at heart. So their vortex is simple. Then comes amphibians who Robert O Becker worked with. They have three chamber hearts, much more complex vortex.
OK, then we come along, which is the mammals 320 million years ago, and we have 4 chamber hearts. Our vortex is the most complex. How can you as a regular guy on the Internet understand this? Go buy HRV and you'll find out HRV measures the vortex actually in your blood and this is what you'll find out when you study HRV. You it's very simple. The more complex and chaotic the vortex is, the healthier you are. The less complex it is, the more problems you have. Then you do a heart stop, they say OK, I know understand now why the blood keeps it, but is there another mechanism in the body besides gravity well of the heart that keeps the deuterium in there?
And you probably have heard me say many times that we have these CIS chemicals. CIS stands for chiral. This melanin story melanin actually does a big job keeping the deuterium in your blood and out of the cytoplasm in the in the IMN. Why is that? Because chiral proteins have an effect checking the nuclear magnetic moment of deuterium, both protein and not. And many people don't know that the nuclear magnetic moment of the hydrogen isotopes in US is different. And because melanin does this, you'll be very surprised to hear this.
In your aorta, every blood vessel in your body, you have an internal elastic intima and it's made out of collagen. OK, Now collagen is a special type of alastin, and it turns out alastin and fibrillin are the scaffold that neural Crest cells that have POMC follow to go into your arteries. OK, so the melanin that's made in your arteries filters and make sure that the deuterium stays in the blood and doesn't go anywhere else. Now here's the problem questions you ask yourself. Well, we know that melanin is stimulated by UV light and we know all cells make UV light.
Well, what happens if the cells inside you stop making UV light? Does that mean the deuterium gets out and can turn your teeth yellow? The answer is yes, and it's assigned to me as the neurosurgeon. When your teeth get too yellow, I start thinking about your trigeminal nerve and I start to go, let's think about what this really means, OK? It could mean that you're eating too much deuterium. It could mean you're not filtering it enough. It could mean that you you may have a problem with your vagus nerve.
It's weaker on one side than the other. You know, for example, like if you had heart surgery or you had something else done or say if you had a tumor and the apex to your lung. There's a lot of different reasons it could be there, but the most common one is you like to use too much technology screens with blue light. OK, that will cause this problem. Now most people know from following by work when you use blue light, it ruins the melanin in your eye called the RPE, which is the retinal pigmentum epithelium.
But very few people have told you that you also have melanin in your arteries and it. Turns out this is how you really get peripheral artery disease. It's not what the cardiologist tells you. It's not LDL, it's actually a loss of the ability of melanin to fractionate there. And this is the interesting thing about melanin. I've been telling people that melanin and glyphosate have something in common. They're both heavy metal chelators. Well, it turns out the heavy metal you and I are talking about right now is deuterium versus perdium.
But there's other metals that it also fractionates, and one of them is calcium. So everybody knows that you can get calcium in your aorta, you can get calcium in your carotid RE, and then we call this peripheral RE disease or atherosclerosis. What people don't know is the number one cause is actually a lack of melanin in the arterial trait. So when someone gets a high calcium score, it's a sign for me as the decentralized clinician. This is a person that doesn't get too much sun and also has a big problem with grounding.
Why? Grounding is the other part of this story that everybody forgets. So to make collagen, to make melanin, to make dentin, to make a PO E, which is the magnetic fat in your brain that houses the thalamus, GPS, these are all chiral proteins. It requires you to have singlet oxygen to make it. What happens if you don't get enough sun and you don't do enough grounding? You only make singlet oxygen. And guess what happens with singlet oxygen? It takes it will just stay on collagen for a minute. It doesn't allow the triple Helix of collagen to be as tight, so it's much more likely to get damaged.
I will tell you. For ACL injuries, Achilles injuries, but also peripheral artery disease, this is one of the single. Big things. Why? Because if you don't have triplet oxygen to make the hydroxyproline, which is what causes the hit, the triple Helix and collagen, you effectively have a version of weak College in your body. Now, everybody knows the genetic cause of this is called Erlo Stanlow syndrome. But I will tell you, most people for probably the last 50 to 60 years, they have a version of Erlo Stanlow syndrome because of their tech abuse and lack of grounding.
And you know, as a young man, most people now, they don't wear leather shoes. They don't take their shoes off and go out and ground. And it's even worse. Like if you live in a city and they have a whole bunch of electric lines and gas lines and power lines, were you ground? You just created singlet oxygen. So that means you just made all of your ligaments, your disc in your back. Everything worse. OK. And this is the reason why people are getting these injuries. And all this comes from you asking one simple question.
How's the Vas explain all this? Well, the vagus nerve does this huge gravity wall. It gets an assist from melanin in the arteries. So I just gave you the two big ways that the first vortex breaks down. Now the second vortex that the Vegas also pays the next two is actually inside the head and that's the CSF. Why inside the head? CSF comes from blood. So blood is 93% water and when we make CSF, we're ultra filtrating it through a part of the brain called the choroid plexus that further deuterium depletes it.
And then what happens if you look at the ventricular system in the brain, we have two big lateral ventricles that in the brain are probably right here. Then there's right over the sphenoid right here. There's a third ventricle, OK. And the third ventricle looks like a torpedo. And then there's a really skinny aqueduct that goes to the 4th ventricle. And the 4th ventricle is down here close to.
To the floor of the. Skull. That one looks like a wine decanter. And what do you need to know about an aqueduct? An aqueduct makes a Venturi effect. What is a Venturi effect? It's another vortex. What does it do? Same thing a wine decanter does. Pushes the heavier stuff out laterally. Keeps the light stuff in the middle. That's the reason why it's a long skinny tube. What's the point? The floor of the 4th ventricle has has something that the Vegas is paying attention to. It's called the chemotactic zone that causes vomiting.
So the center part is designed to get hit with light hydrogen, not heavy hydrogen. Out laddering the 4th ventricle we have 3 exit points. The exit points are framing of Lusca and the center 1 is Magendi. Magendi is designed for H plus, Lusca is designed for D plus. So what happens if something happens? To your ability to make this vortex well, you can develop nausea and vomiting or you can develop an acute problem. This is is a really bad situation when say somebody who's looks physically. Fit on the outside but then goes to the gym and develop nausea and vomiting.
By definition you know that person is lattice locked. OK. And the reason for that? Is because they can't generate a big enough vortex in their CSF and then they can have problems. Where the deuterium settles out determines the problem they get now the one that I just told you, if it settles out in the floor of the Ford ventricle, these are people that become acutely lattice locked and can die. They can actually wind up being diagnosed brain dead. This just happened to a young kid in Akron, OH who played a baseball game, did fine, and then three hours after the game developed acute nausea and vomiting.
Fact, somebody on Twitter just showed me yesterday a young baby this happened to who got acute nausea and vomiting. They brought them to the doctor and they had no idea what was going on. The problem is the doctors, they learn like what those paleo retards did you know 15 years ago, only the biochemistry. They don't understand the difference between deuterium hydrogen. They don't understand the difference between singlet and triplet oxygen. Why? Because these are biophysics issues. Like when a a biochemist looks at H2O, they see oxygen and they don't even realize the oxygen can be in different states.
Now why is it work like this? On our planet Earth, we have a Dynamo inside. The Dynamo is ferromagnetic. Why? Because it's moving iron. OK, so I told you that oxygen is the only paramagnetic gas on the periodic table. That means it's drawn to magnetic fields. So breathing effectively is an electromagnetic phenomenon. But realistically, your breathing, which is controlled by the right vagus nerve, remember we're back there again, is also tied to the Dynamo. And how effective the Dynamo is. Well, what happens if you have to live in a place where you always wear rubber shoes and you never connect to the Earth?
Is your oxygen going to be more triplet or singlet? Oh, it turns out it's singlet, but singlet. Then you got a big problem and that's how you ruin the vortex in your body. Why? Because every single artery in your body is made-up of collagen. The bone in your head is also type 1 collagen for bone. All the bone in your body is made-up that it's designed to be piezoelectric. It turns out you have to keep that 30 million Volt charge from NAD to oxygen optimized to keep the deuterium where it's supposed to be.
As soon as you lose that ability, everything breaks loose. What if your healthy habits and routines are quietly sabotaging your health and actually creating more stress on your nervous system? The truth is, your body is constantly giving you feedback, but most people are not paying attention to it. One of the best ways to really understand what's happening inside of your body is through heart rate variability, also known as HRV. The problem is, many HRV devices just give you a single number, a high score, or a low score without telling you what's actually driving the results.
This is why I use a longer HRV measuring device. Elonga doesn't just measure your HRV. It analyzes the components behind that number, giving you real insight into the balance between stress and recovery and really helps you understand what state your nervous system is actually in. In just a few minutes every morning, Elonga gives you objective feedback on how your sleep training habits and lifestyle choices are influencing your body. HRV is one of the most unbiased ways to see how your daily decisions are influencing your nervous system.
It shows you whether the things that you're doing are truly supporting, supporting your health, or creating more stress than you realize. Instead of guessing, you can measure, learn, and make smarter decisions about your health, performance, and recovery. So if you want to find my favorite HRV measuring device, head over to the description and make sure to use the promo code Mobility FITNESS at checkout to get a nice discount on your entire order. Wow, what an incredible breakdown. I hope people are really.
Grasping what you're saying there that you know, like the body literally is designed to like isotopically fractionate, you know, like the isotopes like you were mentioning. And when this is this pros is disrupted, that's when we manifest all different types of diseases. And I'm starting to realize why this is so important for my work as well as it concerns me as a fitness professional, as a coach, performance optimization and body transformation, helping people, you know, get in shape and feel good and move well.
It is my job and my responsibility to understand how the biophysics are influencing the biochemistry beneath. And I feel like this is foundational and This is why we have once a day, you know, to educate people who are, you know, basic individuals out there who just want to take care of their health and optimize their health, but also coaches, you know, in sports, but also fitness professionals to actually take care of their clients so they're not sabotaging people's health. So maybe like something that we actually should be looking.
At I think they're all. Sorry, did I, I was just going. To say I think all of them are sabotaging, you know, I was just going to say I think all of them are sabotage to their clients for one reason. Everybody stops at the biochemistry level. Nobody goes to the biophysics level. Yeah. Nobody says why is the biggest nerve built the way it's built? They just don't do that. And then like even my profession, I throw them under the bus all the time, like Peter and Tia and this, this cardiologist on Twitter named Doctor Allo, he's got everybody convinced it's the LDL.
You need to have special drugs and genetic bullshit. It's all bullshit. This is all designed to sell things you don't need. You have to realize the wisdom that's built into the blueprint of the body is amazing when you see it. The problem is, is that nobody wants to read to understand how this goes. I mean, most MD's out there when they go Fact Check this podcast, they don't even know that alacin and fibrillin are the scaffold for the POM C cells from the neural Crest to come down to go in your arteries.
When you understand that I'm right about this. Biochemistry says nothing about this at all. Why? Because biochemistry stops at the billiard balls. That's it. They just look at the chemicals. Everything for them is the drug, the receptor. Like singlet oxygen creates inflammation in the body. Triplet oxygen creates quantum coherence. Totally different. But remember, still oxygen. So is the oxygen the same? Turns out it's not. So if somebody was to tell you, which is what happens in the ICU all the time, what their arterial blood gas is, does the doctor ever say, well, is the arterial blood gas more a reflection of triplet or singlet oxygen?
No, You know why they never learned? That in medical school. At all, because if they did, they probably would realize they don't need as many drugs. And that goes against the paradigm that taught them from, you know, Rockefeller medicine in the flexion report. And the point that I have to make to you is that most people that have organ level injuries, by definition, they're all singlet state. And the most probably the ironic place that doctors do see it the most, but they don't understand it is an anesthesia.
When we put someone to sleep, when we put them to sleep, we use halogenated gases to break the last lock of the halogenated gases. What do we use? The first drug, 100% triplet oxygen, and that begins the process. And then we give them other drugs that also defrag the lattice because what are we trying to do? We're trying to get the dielectric constant of the cytoplasmic water from 78 to 160 because it turns out when it's 160, that means that the inter mitochondrial membrane has the 30 million Volt charge.
That's what this all means. And this is all biophysical medicine and this is all things that doctors never learn. So if the doctors don't learn, you know a fitness professional doesn't. And one of the things that fitness professionals don't understand. They still don't understand that actually exercise is also like breathing. It's an electromagnetic event. You're designed to release piezoelectric current through your actions of movement. What's the goal? The goal is to keep deuterium in the blood.
OK, that's the real goal of exercise. The goal is also to keep the spinning vortex in your head optimized so you can stay conscious, so you can do the things you want to do. So when these people get on there and start talking bullshit like mind body connection, there is no mind body connection. The mind and the body work on the same goddamn biophysics. Like if you don't, if you cannot, create a vortex that has huge suction power. You are going to be not a good human. You're going to be someone with fibromyalgia.
You're going to be someone with diabetes. You're going to be someone who is uncoordinated. You know who you know? You see a kid out playing baseball in the field and they run and they can't catch the ball. It's because the central nervous system, peripheral nervous system has too much deuterium in the wrong place. What's the real goal? No, the real goal isn't keep sending that kid to do the same shit. What you need to do is actually defrag them. And if you do that, you'd be stunned at how much better people get.
Like the most famous story of people that you know that I have been involved with is when Adrian Peterson tore his ACL and I made a comment to him. I said you should go out and work out in Texas, in Oklahoma, after the ACL with no shoes on, run outside, take your shirt off. The next year with a new ACL, he ran for 2000 yards. So what does it tell you? It tells you if you're given the wrong information, OK, you lead to a problem like this week in the NFL. New coach for the Tennessee Titans just told the world that he's going to change all the diet inside the building where they control to eliminate seed oils.
Well, what do you need to know about seed oils? Seed oils are loaded with deuterium. They're deuterium bombs. So I'm going to tell you this story because I don't think you probably follow it. There's a guy on Twitter who's, I would call him an influencer. He's not really a scientist. His name is Tucker Goodrich. He was just on another podcast with a guy named Nick Jahomes. Do you know the reason why I blocked this guy? He actually told me. Well, I had a biochemist on and told me deuterium doesn't matter.
I'm like, of course he does. He doesn't know shit about it. But here's the irony. We sent the Artemis to astronaut to space. She came back and she had space ataxia. I said OK, if it doesn't matter, tell me how this happens then I told him. We just had to rescue an ISS astronaut in January of 26 because he got a problem where he couldn't speak up in space. So they brought him back because they thought he had a stroke. They imaged his brain and found out he had no stroke. But guess what happened when he went up in his face, He backlogged the deuterium into broke his ear on the left side.
Remember I told you the left side is the key. So you knew he had too much deuterium in Framingaluska, but did NASA know enough to defrag him with a TMS, a transcranial magnet on the left side? No, they didn't know. Why? Because only biochemistry focus. So the job of a guy like Tucker Goodrich. Tell me how? These things happen in space. But you tell me and your expert tells me that deuteron doesn't matter. Austin. Then tell me why C3C4 Cam photosynthesis has different levels of deuterium. If it doesn't matter, OK, then tell me why when you MRI an egg, it's deuterium depleted in the yolk, but the white part isn't.
Then tell me why coconuts grow on a tree and all the water has got the deuterium in it. So what is the plant effectively telling you? Even for the chloroplast, deuterium is a problem. So you start to see chloroplasts and mitochondria are racist against deuterium for the same reason. And what? Do the plant and the animal tell us it isolates the deuterium from the action where quantum mechanics occurs? And why is that the case? Because deuterium has a high kinetic isotope effect, and if you know anything about quantum mechanics, you have to have things move freely.
If it doesn't move freely, that blocks the ability to run the quantum program. Or remember, the quantum program is all biophysics, no biochemistry. So when you have. A guy on your podcast who's a biochemist and he tells you deuterium doesn't matter, you know by definition he's an idiot. Then you also know that the person who had you on the podcast also doesn't realize it's a problem, and this is a person that's going out and influencing your friends in the physical. Therapy world in the, the gym world, they're, they're telling you none of this matters.
This is like, it is absolutely ludicrous when you look at it because all you have to do is look at a coconut tree and say, why is the coconuts outside the tree and why is the water filled with deuterium and why is the fat deuterium depleted in the coconut? It's like photosynthesis is teaching a lesson. The same thing is true in us. Like what's the difference in us? We keep our deuterium and our fat. OK, Our fat mass is like coconut water. OK. And are there papers that I shared with this guy Tucker that show that when you take brown fat cells like you see in children that are between their shoulder blades, the brown fat cells get destroyed and they're turned into white fat cells.
Say if you keep putting the deuterium in, what happens? The white fat cells multiply and you get more of them. Might deuterium be the cause of obesity? And here's the big thing. Might the obesity? Be protective of the Matrix. Why? Because you're putting all the bad shit in your fat and you're not. Putting it in the matrix and might this be why the kid in Akron, OH who wasn't fat who is playing baseball, when he went out and did metabolic activity of playing baseball and started to puke, he Lotus locked his matrix.
He became brain dead when he really wasn't brain dead. Now, you know, nobody in that or emergency room or Children's Hospital in Akron knew any of the things we're talking about. South, potentially a kid if the doctors had been trained properly on biophysics. This kid never dies. But what's the flip side of this story? Hey, everybody that's fat, let's put them on AGLP one, OK, which is going to steal time from them down the road instead of understanding the biophysics behind it. And you have to realize even the smart people are saying this right now to everybody out there that everybody should be on, you know, the new GLP one that's not even FDA approved Retta.
I'm like, yeah, you use Retta, you are going to subtract decades from your life. OK? It's it's going to be a real problem. And you know what the target of these drugs all are the vagus nerve, what we started the podcast with. Every single last bit of this is tied to hijacking this system. And the problem with our system is when you try to do drive through workarounds, what a lot of people like to call MiTo hacks, you always pay a price, a toll, and that toll leads to a problem. OK, that's the big issue.
Modern life has created the problem our biology was never designed for. It keeps us stuck in a state of fighting flight. Your biology isn't designed to live there 24/7. The parasympathetic nervous system, which is your rest and digest state, is where your body can prioritize restoration, regeneration, and resilience. That's why tools to optimize the parasympathetic state are an absolute game changer for nervous system optimization. Zenoel, a transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulator, stimulates the vagus nerve through the ear, supporting the pathway involved in autonomic balance and regulating brain body connection.
Whether I'm dealing with chronic stress, trying to optimize recovery, deepen my meditation, or simply counter the demands of modern life, Xeno Well gives me a practical way to help my nervous system transition out of a constant stress mode and back into a state of recovery. Because true performance isn't always about pushing harder. It's about knowing how to switch into recovery mode. So if you wish to explore my favorite vagus nerve stimulator, head over to Xeno Well AI forward slash mobility fitness and make sure to use the promo code mobility fitness at checkout to get.

So for example, if I'm trying to help a client and and they are losing fat very rapidly, this could be problematic because they're dumping the deuterium into their body too fast for their body to handle. Is that what's going on? It's possible, like it's, it could be possible that the loss of fat mass is good, OK, when that deuterium has to be kept in the arterial tree. So let me ask you a question based on what we just talked about. Say you shred somebody of 40 lbs of fat in the gym, OK.
And say the arteries have no melanin in it. Do you think that's a good or a bad problem? A bad, bad problem. Right. And see, that's the point. But The thing is, do you think the people in your profession are sophisticated enough to know even to ask that question? The answer is no. They just look. They just look in the mirror and say, oh, well, you're not. You're no longer a fat slob. And they also don't even know that fat mass is protective. And then when you add this layer onto it. But what happens if the planet's magnetic field is weakening for 150 years?
Might that be the reason why so many people are getting fat? Might. It be not tied to the. Food might it not be things that you. Thought were the cause could there be a biophysical adaptation that the environment is forcing us to do and. Then. If you missed that and you put people in a blue the gym and you ask them to do heavy exercise, you're asking them to do exactly what NASA does to the astronaut to spin the ATPH 9000 times against concrete. Do you understand why I think the single most important thing for a trainer these days?
You should assume everybody you begin to work with is deuterated to begin with? Why? Because they are. And then what you should do is help them first before they start their exercise routine. Defrag. Them doing different things like do I think using deuterium depleted water, do I think using, you know, a trans auricular vagal nerve stimulator is a wise thing? Should you teach them about grounding and stop wearing rubber sole shoes? Should should you do all of that? Yes. I mean, I'll give you a simple one that I haven't even talked about on a podcast.
It's sitting on my form. You could take something that everybody knows about Castor oil and put it in their belly button. You know what the belly button is a R.E.M. it up it's a scar from the placenta that goes through a ligament called the fossa parm ligament. Do you know that that ligament in humans still has 70,000 vagal nerve endings. Why does Castor oil work? Castor oil like melanin is chiral. So when you put the. The Castor oil in the belly bunting. You're effectively making a vagal nerve stimulator for the patient and they don't have to go out and buy anything except the Castor oil and you put it in their belly bud.
They could do that two or three times a day. It's not going to hurt them. So what are you doing? You're starting their vortex before you start them on your gym program. Yes. OK, you know in your world, your world does know this because this is where it comes from. It's in elite racing horses and elite athletes. They blood dope by using sodium bicarb flushes. OK, so guess what? What does that do? What's the ultimate thing? It speeds the vortex up. It makes it more chaotic. So what are you effectively doing?
You cheer him depleting before you're asking the body to do a lot of work. This makes a ton of sense. OK. And these are discoverable in, you know, Olympic athletes. Olympic athletes have been cheating this way for a long time. Do you know, it works so well in horses? They put a tube down the horse's throat, put the bicarb in there. Usually an hour or two before the race, though, the horse runs faster. It's now against the law to do this because everybody used to do it and remember horses or mammals like you.
So guess what the Olympic human athletes got? OK. I'm going to do the same thing. I'm going to start using bicarb because I'm going to stimulate my vagal vortex to spin faster in my blood so that it spins faster here. Because remember I told you the heart relies on the water to make the CSF? That's why they're linked together. If you can deuterium deplete even a little bit, it leads to optimal performance when you're asked to do the performance. But what is the key? Key is you need to do this before you take somebody and put them in the gym, because you need to realize that their fat mess is loaded with deuterium.
And before you offload that, you have to make sure that you have a plan to help them get rid of that. Most people focus on nutrition and exercise when it comes to health, and that's cool. But if you're sitting under artificial lights all day, that's quietly sabotaging your health. That's not going to get you very far. As an educator, podcaster and fitness professional, I care about recovery as much as I do performance. The biggest secret to recovery isn't supplements, it's light. The light that hits your eyes.
Is literally the instruction manual for your body. It says your sleep energy metabolism and your hormones. The problem is the modern indoor lighting is sending that signal at the wrong times of the day, from morning to midnight, so your body never gets the message the day's over. Now if you already own a pair of blue light blocking glasses, hear me on this, not all blue light blockers are equal. Viv arrays use a three in one light balancing system. Magnetic day, sunset orange and nighttime red lenses you swap to actually match the time of day.
So you get energized in blue in the morning without the eye strain and protect your sleep at night. One pair dials you in for the entire day. That's the difference between just blocking light and actually syncing with it. Since wearing Viva Rays Blue light blocking glasses, my sleep is deeper, my recovery is fantastic, and most importantly, my energy and cognitive function are through the roof. If you're ready to experience the difference for yourself, head over to vivarays.com/mobility Fitness and make sure to use my code Mobility Fitness at checkout to get nice discounted on your entire order.
The link will be in the description as well as in the pinned comments. Huge thank you to VRAS for sponsoring the show. Yeah, no, absolutely it may, it makes total sense. And so the reasoning why people's vortexes are getting like Maple syrup in the 1st place is you mentioned like a couple of things already. You mentioned like seed oils, you mentioned a non-native EMFS. You you, you mentioned the declining magnetic field. So the the declining magnetic field then is like influencing the oxygen status in the body and that's the reason why the the vortex is slowing down.
Is that the reason? Just think about like this, because this is how not people think about it. Remember I told you before, this finger here is NAD positive. This one's oxygen. Well, if this one is singlet, can you pull the electrons on the inner mitochondrial membrane as well? No, if it's triplet state, you can. So the triplet state makes biochemistry more efficient. OK, That is absolutely the key. And when you understand that, you go, OK, this makes a ton of sense. Now here's what nobody gets told.
The triplet state is the normal state of oxygen on Earth. This assumes that the Dynamo is consistent in every zip code. We now know it's not OK. Like the real big problem right now is in the South Atlantic Anomaly. Nobody there like the magnetic field there. The strength in some places are reduced from the baseline 66%. So if you're a trainer in Brazil or Argentina right now, you better be awfully careful about what you're, you know, telling people to do because their magnetic field went from 59 a tussle down to like 21 now.
OK, that's a huge problem. No other. Places, it's gotten substantially stronger. You don't have to worry as much in those places. Most people don't live in Siberia, but Siberia happens to be one of those places where you'll be able to train, and you'll be shocked to hear this. The Russians have figured this out for a long time because most of their elite athletes, they go to train in Siberia. Now you know the reason why? Because effectively, it's a way to augment their performance. You know, over.
Time. I've told a couple of people on podcast, this is one of the major reasons that some of the NHL hockey teams in Canada are struggling. They have some of the best players in the world, but they don't win like the classic ones. Are the Edmonton Oilers in Toronto Maple is. What people don't know is the benefit of Siberia is the loss of Canada. Why? Because the magnetic field went from Canada to Siberia in the last 30-40 years. And was the movement of the North Pole consistent? No, some years it only moved 1 kilometer.
Now, right now, since 2012, every year it's moved on average 55 kilometers. So you have to ask yourself this question, if you're the trainer who's going to sit down with somebody, what's the effect of their magnetic field? You have to take the planet and then their tech abuse in consideration. Then you have to say, you almost have to say to them, I'd like to go to your house, show me your shoes. And if you go in there and see all the shoes are rubber, I got news here. There's a person that never grounds.
Well I got news here, if you don't ground, the effect of you destroying the vagal vortex is off the chain. OK. And this is the reason why grounding shows these anti-inflammatory effects. But when we say anti-inflammatory, remember most of the influence out there, they just think and it's a positive charge. No, I just told you the answer. It depends on the singlet state of oxygen and it affects the issues with the isotopes of hydrogen. So this is a biophysical inflam inflammation that's present because NAD positive and triplet state oxygen, they walk hand in hand.
But when you have NADD plus and singlet oxygen, this is actually what goes on in most of the people that are in doctor's offices. This is the reason why someone who has got fibromyalgia, even when they work, they have huge pain and the reason they have pain even if you try to get the fat out of them. You're asking there are there RPMS and the ATP as to spin against concrete and this is the reason why these people don't want to exercise. But you don't realize you just saw you're a lazy fat slob. You don't want to do this.
That's not really not the answer and to prove it, but this is all true. I want you to remember, let's go to the fittest people that we sent to space. When they use exercise up there, it's called Vasper, they still lose their muscle. So guess what? The astronauts are telling us a story that we keep missing. Now it's interesting. The Russian cosmonauts don't no longer get these problems because the Russians have figured out how to handle space differently than we do. And the reason why is the Russian space program uses physics over pharmacy.
the United States, NASA uses pharmacy over physics. And this is a fundamental mistake that is happening in your world. It's happening in my profession. Biochemistry is not the final arbiter of what happens along the inner myocological membrane. It turns out that biophysics is way more important than the biochemistry because the biophysics can change the biochemistry and the atom can be exactly the same, but it could be different. And, and this will shock you even further. Remember, this is something the Russians figured out.
The second messenger in human tissue is calcium. Everybody knows this, everybody learns it, and when they go through their biochemistry class, here's what the Russians figured out from 1971 to now. The rare earth elements can replace calcium in mitochondrial signaling. OK, so these are like things like the lanthanides, Sumaria, neodymium, things like that. What does that mean? If you use rare earth elements which have their own internal magnetic field, These magnetic fields work in warm wet environments.
OK, That makes them very different than regular ferromagnetic atoms. Why ferromagnetic atoms like iron or nickel? They'd do better with cold. This is the reason why I wrote my cold thermogenesis protocol. Fuck twenty O 5. We're talking 21 years ago. Most people don't understand that, but. What did the? Russians find out when they had three cosmonauts die in space. They actually looked at Becker's work and Becker pointed out something very interesting to everybody that everybody missed. He talked about silver augmenting.
Regeneration even in humans. He used this when he regenerated kids fingertips, when he did their bone, their soft tissue and their nerves. It regenerate everything. What is the effect of silver? Silver through an atomic ability through its electron cloud actually increases oxygen levels. And how did we learn about this? There is a period on Earth called the Carboniferous period where oxygen levels went above 21%. What did Becker find out in his work That when he was working with salamanders and frogs and humans that if he was able to add silver that more oxygen showed up That was in the triplet state.
So what did the Russians begin to study? They studied silver quite a bit, but. Where did it eventually lead them? It LED them to the four elements on the periodic table that actually increase magnetic sense solely so that they could stay in space longer. And it turns out that those lanthanide atoms can replace calcium asectin messengers when there's no magnetic field around. You're going to be very surprised how they figured it out. They figured it out from the Mayans. As the Mayans figured this out first, when they went through their decline, the Russians started to switch the salt that they gave.
The cosmonauts in space. Most of it was cross. Contaminated with rare earth elements at a small level and they found out that this improved their ability to handle space for a long period of time. And this still has not filtered through to the American or European Space program. So why do I mention it to you? This is another thing you could do as a trainer where you can say to somebody, hey, I would like you to get say Himalayas salt or salt from France right out of the ocean that also has rare earth elements, you know, involved in it.
There's certain places in the. World where that salt is naturally made. This is the reason right now the United States is so interested in Greenland. You may not know that, but that's the truth. And when you can use these chemicals in your body, at a very small level, you can actually help someone get rid and defrag. The deterrent problem. For doctors who will listen to this podcast, they maybe sounded this because, you know, most doctors are trained that if you have heart failure, you want to limit salt, you want to limit their blood pressure.
It's total bullshit. This is Rockefeller nonsense. If you go and look at some of the trials that are out there on people on the heart transplant list, these are people that have hearts that are the size of like paper bags, you know, dilated cardiomyopathy and they're on heart transplant list. They're called ACA level 4. You know what the number one treatment for those people are to keep them on the transplant list? 3% saline infusions. Why it increases the vortex that they're failing heart makes.
Guess what might not be something wise to use? The interesting thing too is when the cardiologist added 3% saline, if they added lasix, they found out the lasix was a problem. Well, there's a reason for that because there's another atom that is a metal that we use to structure water normally with melanin. What is that? Potassium and lasix gets rid of potassium. Generally people that have deuterated water tables for whatever reason, it doesn't matter what the reason is, they usually have a problem with low potassium or potassium at the cytosolic level may not show up in the lab that you get if it shows up in the lab, you get, you know, they're really deficient.
But this goes back to. A brilliant biochemist who didn't understand that he was describing the quantum process of how water structures in our cells. That was Gilbert Ling. And he figured out through his AI inductions hypothesis that potassium was a big thing. What he never knew, because he never focused on the biophysics, was that melanin augments the potassium situation. So remember what I told you before when we started the podcast that in our body plan that neural Crest cells use fibrillin and elastin to go into the arterial wall where this blood vortex is.
So it turns out melanin and potassium are critical in you being able to keep the deuterium in your blood, keeping it out of the cytosol so it doesn't affect the matrix, and because no one in centralized medicine ever really understood what Ling said, and Ling didn't understand the links to melanin at all. When I figured this out 2025 years ago, I was like OK, now this means that potassium and melanin are a brotherhood. You have to get them working together in order to keep structured water inside the arterial tree.
This would improve also. Their function in their head. So what did I start doing in surgery? When I was doing brain surgery on people, I used their ability to wake up from the surgery as the endpoint. So I started to give people at the end of the case sodium chloride that was 3%. I also started to augment some of their potassium. This was especially prominent in people that we did aneurysm surgery, AVM surgery. But the big one was brain tumors. Why? Because, you know, by definition, anybody who has a brain tumor is deuterated.
So when I started to do this, I used to have to take some of these patients and put them in the ICU overnight. Any neurosurgeon will listen to this will tell you it's very unusual if you ever take a big surgery case and not put it in the ICU. When I started to do this, I didn't have to put the people in the ICU anymore. Why? Because they woke up from anesthesia like this and all of their numbers on the cardiovascular side, they never had any problems. Like I didn't get calls from the nurses in the middle of night that their blood pressure went up to 200 / 120.
Like everything began to normalize. Why? Because I was improving their vortex even though their bodies were deuterated and I. It taught me a lesson as a young surgeon. I said what I need to do is exactly what I'm trying to teach you, Andreas, that before you do a big surgery, because a big surgery is like you putting a fat person in the gym. I need to defrag them too. So what did I start doing? Instead of giving him the 3% saline at the time of surgery, I started doing it before I operate on him.
Yeah. OK, so I would bring him in and do different Ivs, do things like this to make it more likely that they would have a problem. And what did I see at the time of surgery? When we put somebody to sleep, we put a tube down their throat, the anesthesiologist starts to give the fluoridated gases. Generally, any nurse who works in the operating room will tell you their blood pressure drops. Normally when you start to treat people with the the saline before the surgery, the blood pressure doesn't drop.
What is the anesthesiologist almost always do and it drives surgeons, especially neurosurgeons, crazy. They give one liter of .09% sodium chloride. What does that do? It drowns the patient. So it's much more likely you're not going to be able to take the tube out at the end of the case because they have too much volume in their lungs. So I started to get the idea, OK, how can I screw the anesthesiologist by taking care of this before surgery? So what did I do? I pretreated them with 3% and as I did that, I told the anesthesiologist said when you intubate them, watch the blood pressure is not going to drop.
And guess what happened? It didn't drop. I said do not give to 0.9%. Then right at the end of the case when I started to close that up I said OK hit them with 250 CCS of this and I said do me a favor run a chemistry tell me what their potassium is right now. If the potassium is low I would give them potassium then or in the recovery room. And what did I find over 10 or 15 years of doing this? That the more I pre treated people who were deuterated, the better doctor I became. OK. And it showed me that what I learned in residency and medical school was completely incomplete because there was no biophysics to it.
So what did I do? I added the biophysics back as I learned about it. And then I saw the effect of my patients and the effect was always positive. It was positive because the surgery times shrunk, anesthesia gases shrunk. They didn't have to go to the ICU where the blue lights on all the time. They didn't have the nurses waking them up all night. And then what happened? My patients outcomes did better and then all the other people in the hospital like why is Doctor Cruz's people do good and our people don't And it turned out why because I was using some biophysics and not just biochemistry.
Imagine a tablet that doesn't blast artificial blue light into your eyes, disrupt your sleep, or sabotage your health, but actually use the sunlight to power the display. If you've been listening to this podcast, you already know how damaging constant artificial blue light can be on your circadian rhythm, your sleep, and your overall health. That's why I love my Paper 7 tablet by Harborino. It's definitely one of the most interesting devices I've used in a while. The Paper 7 tablet uses something called an RLCD display, which means there is no backlight and essentially no blue light.
Instead, it reflects ambient light just like paper. So the brighter your environment, the better the screen looks. And unlike E Ink devices, which are slow and stuck in black and white, this gives you full color, a smooth 60 Hertz refresh rate and the ability to run all of your favorite apps. It also comes with 8 gigabytes of ram for smooth performance. A 7.8 inch display that's perfect for both reading and productivity, and at only 240 grams, it's easy to carry around anywhere. The battery life holds up really well too.
You're getting around 10 hours of active use and up to 12 days on standby, so you're not constantly thinking about charging it. For me personally, I like to use it a lot for writing, researching and preparing for my podcasts. Basically all of my administrative work. And the best part is I can do all of that outdoors in natural light so I can actually support my biology while I work instead of fighting against it. And because the screen gets brighter in brighter environments, it's incredibly easy on the eyes, even in direct sunlight.
I've also noticed that it naturally improves my nighttime habits because indoors, especially at night, the screen isn't overly bright or stimulating since it uses your environment to the power of the display, so it kind of guides you towards better sleep hygiene and healthier circadian rhythms without even trying. At the end of the day, technology isn't going anywhere, so the goal is to find tools that work with our biology, not against it, and this is definitely one of those devices. You definitely want to hurry up and grab yours today as they are extremely popular and run out of stock really fast.
The link will be in the description below alongside with a 15% discount code. Yes, yeah, yeah, exactly. So this is exactly why we're having this discussion because I want this message to get out as far as possible for everyone who is in a health or fitness profession or doctor or whoever they are. If you are dealing with some parts of the human body in any way, like this is foundational information that you're saying it doesn't matter whether you're trying to fix a tight muscle or whether you're a surgeon or whether you're a gastroenterologist or whether you're someone who is trying to fix someone's mental health issues.
I feel like the biology underneath is like so foundational. If it's not working optimally, it can actually destroy someone's health. And this is exactly what I do with my clients as well. I make them ground. You know, I always teach them about about circadian health principles before we do any type of exercise. I always say to them, let's address the foundation of health first and then let's talk about, you know, nutrition and then let's talk about exercise. So I always take it in that order. But the magnetism piece is something, well, I've always made them ground, but when you know the magnetic declination piece that you have been talking about lately, something new to me.
And so I, I just, I was just thinking like, is it still beneficial to ground? Yeah, it's I've always beneficial to ground, but let me tell you how you can do what I did to the patients with surgery. Very simple. So about two weeks ago, we had a guy here that you probably know, Logan of Prosperterian. He's like, you know, a farmer from Arkansas. And he brought his friend down, Billy, Billy Bond, and they were sitting here, and I made him taste my. Water while we were sitting here talking and in the water they like, bro, this tastes like it's got salt in it.
I said yeah, it's got salt that has re ES rare earth. Elements. And they're like, so you're doing this on yourself almost every day. I said yeah. So Andreas, guess what I'm telling you, if you know. And the patients keep coming in with all these rubber shoes. The first thing you should do is say, OK, before we start the workout today, I need you to drink this water with the salt in it. What are effectively you doing? You're defragging them before you do what you're doing on them in the gym. So guess what?
This is a method for you to increase their magnetic sovereignty because, you know, they're full of shit and they're lying to you. OK? Because most people do lie about this stuff. And when you get them to drink the salted water, you start to see, hey, their performance improves. And the performance for you may be OK. Now, the, the fatty can stay in the gym 15 minutes longer than when we first started. And you keep paying attention. Now what do you also know? You start asking the the patient when they leave, tell me about how often you're peeing.
They should start telling you that. Yeah, I'm peeing less and less and less. And also the color is changing. It's getting lighter and lighter and lighter. What does that tell you as the the the gym guy that you're effective pre treating them before exercises begin to really help them? OK, they'll also start telling you have to do this five or six weeks. Their sleep starts to. Improve and you will be very, very stunned of how this all works because anytime you increase the voltage a lot along the inner mitochondrial membrane, which is really what salt is doing, you're improving their ability to keep the deuterium in their blood and run the vortexes fast.
Now, IV is by far the best way to do it, but you're not going to be able to do that in your situation. But you can do it here. So how much salt are we talking about? A pinch of sea salt in a big glass of water? Or how much salt? Yeah. I tell people a 20 oz glass of water, probably a tablespoon of good salt with like 80, anywhere between 70 and 84 minerals. The one that I just had, I got one of my members that's sitting over here now. She was supposed to bring me a replacement replacement because I ran out of all my salt that had the rare earth elements in it.
She's going to bring it to me, I think in a couple of weeks because we're going to see each other in Europe, so I'll have a replacement for that. It's easy to do a thing like this. I'll usually put in a full tables tables full in so you go through some. It will take make the water taste kind of funny, but you'll actually get used to it after a while. I will tell you something else that she came up with just on our she's been with me this whole week. She likes coffee and she lives in the wrong part of the world.
So I told her one of the things you can do, because she drinks her coffee without any cream, which I told her is good, she started putting salt in her coffee. And I said this makes a lot of sense. Why? Because you know, the big problem that you have with people who are deuterated is coffee dehydrates you, OK, just like alcohol does. That's the problem with both. So she started putting salt in her coffee and she started to notice that she was having really good effects from it. So this week she made me some coffee and I tried it with the salt in it.
And I have to tell you, the salt eliminates the need for cream. And she's the one that actually pointed it out. She goes, you know, the reason why a lot of people drink coffee or cream with their their coffee is to remove the bitter taste. When you put salt back into it, guess what happens? The bitter taste goes away. But you know what the big effect is for you and it for me, it actually eliminates the heavy cream or the milk as part of the intake. So what does that effectively do? It reduces the deuterium level in the coffee so it doesn't create another, you know, side effect to it.
So the interesting thing is people who do still drink. Alcohol You may begin to understand why people favor like drinks like margaritas because what do you do? Usually you either put salt or tahin on the rim. So I would tell you as part of maybe your pre work with people find out if they like to drink coffee or alcohol. If they do say look, if you're going to do this, we probably wouldn't recommend you do it, but add salt when you do this all the time because what are you effectively doing? You actually may help them, and I'll tell you the other thing that you'll notice when you put.
Salt in it, you tend to drink less, which is really also another benefit because remember, the goal with deuterium depletion is you want to to limit not only food intake, but you also want to limit any inputs to the body where you're adding more deuterium to it. So like for example, here in El Salvador, I always have to worry about people because they love coconut water. Coconut water is one of the worst things you can drink. OK, now it's spectacular when you're in a trauma situation because you can use coconut water for blood.
But remember what I told you, The blood is designed to have deuterium in it. That's where coconuts work really good, but not for drinking. OK, And I tell people avoid it. If you're going to eat the coconut, eat the mean of the coconut. And it's the same argument that I make with eggs. When I used to MRI coconuts and eggs, I figured out that the eggs are deuterium depleted in the yolk, not the white part. So what do I tell people? I'd rather you're going to eat eggs, make a smoothie, but only do with yolks.
OK, that's crazy. Part of the reason I don't like the whites of eggs is because they're deuterium bombs. They're like eating fruits. So if you're a little little bit smarter about how you do things, you can improve this. And if the person is still going to do it, I would tell you just have them really salt their. Food because this will improve the vortex. Now, obviously people who are optimally healthy, like a guy like you, I think the salt for you would probably be a lot. But if you take somebody who's got fiber miles, you start working with, you know what you're going to find Those people can take more salt, believe it or not, and it won't be salty to them.
That's another way for you to know deuterated as well. So this is like one of those little tricks of the trade and decentralized medicine that you can use. And believe it or not, well, I had my TBI clinic in in Louisiana for people that had concussions. We used to always do these tests like taste and smell on them. And guess what? You would pick this up on them there. Why? Because they wouldn't be able to smell or taste certain things. And that told you the deuterium was now affecting the matrix.
Most people think getting fit and healthy is about force and discipline, but when your hormones, sleep, and energy levels are optimized, your body starts working with you instead of against you. Through my one-on-one coaching, I teach you how to leverage nature's laws and optimize your biology through circadian nutrition, outdoor training, natural movement, and lifestyle practices which are rooted in human Physiology. This is about creating a body that thrives not through restriction or burnout, but by aligning with the way you're designed to function.
If you're ready to take ownership of your health and get into the best shape of your life, head over to patreon.com/fitness Wisdom Podcast and let's make you a circadian badass. Wow all. Of this information is absolutely mind blowing and very, very useful. Actually like very helpful and I'm sure the audience is absolutely loving this. Do you have time for one more question or are you in a hurry? OK, awesome. So another question which I had, which is a little bit unrelated, but kind of related as well to the human body, right, is to do with melanin.
And we talked about last time you, well, you enlightened me last time about how different areas on the planet we have different types of melanin. So further up north we have feo melanin and close to the equator we have eumelanin. You, you said that you need spectacular oxygenation in order to have eumelanin. And then I started putting the pieces of the puzzle together and you started talking about this magnetic decline. And it made me think like, OK, so are people on the equator now going to start losing their you melanin and converting it to feel melanin?
Or are they just going to lose all their melanin? Like what's what's actually happening there? This is a great question. Why? Because here's the difference. I put a post yesterday on Twitter. You may want to pull it off about ticks, sugars, and sulfur. You know what the big difference, right? You know the big difference between the melons is actually the sulfur content. Guess what determines that? The triplet state of oxygen. So you just realized how things change in the environment. So you are correct.
The people in Africa who have Equatorial L 0123, they're at huge risk. If that SSA gets to Africa, they're they're really going to be at risk. The people in South America are already at risk. Why it's it's been affecting them really badly. For about 50 or 60 years. That means that they're much more likely to be lattice locked. Will it affect their ability to melanate as well? Yes, if you go down to Argentina and Brazil now. You'll notice that the older the population gets, the more white they are, even though they're in a tropical and Equatorial area.
Why? Because that's what happened. Melanin absolutely requires triplet state. So I just did a podcast with a guy named Adrian d'amico and I told him in Australia, the part of the three legged stool that's really bad there is the hydrology cycle because of the SAAI said this is the reason why people in Australia are getting Melanoma. Why? Because even if they're out in the sun and they're not putting sunscreen on or wearing, you know, sunglasses, they cannot make melanin at all. Why? Because the oxygen is never in the triplet state long enough to do it.
So I always show a slide of Alexander Lunch and I tell people all the time, it's amazing to me that a doctor can make a beautiful slide like this but not understand what he put on the slide. If you look at the melanin, it goes back in time towards tyrosine and phalaoline. It's not just hypoxia that does it. If it's triplet state oxygen, it does the same thing. What's the irony? When melanin degrades, what does it degrade into? Dopa, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. What do all of those drugs do?
Like when we give it to somebody who's on the organ list, it increases the vortex in their body. So what is your body built to do when it breaks its own melanin down? It's designed to augment its vortex with chemicals to help you out because it's telling you, we hope this is only a temporary phenomenon. Well, if you live in Brazil and Argentina right now, 50 years is not a temporary phenomenon, is it? If you live in Australia right now, is this a temporary phenomena? No. It's been going on for since the Carrington event.
So where you live in Europe right now, you're OK. You're also the big benefit you get over us, the United. States the Rockefeller Empire deuterated our entire water table and all of our food by using glyphosate from 1970 to now. This is the reason why the food in Europe is different than the food in the United States. This is the fundamental biophysical reason that food is different. Like everybody notices when they go to Europe. Yeah, I can eat croissants and I can eat this. I can do that. But if I do it in the United States, I get sick of shit.
I get celiac problems. I start to shit like a vegan, you know, all kinds of crazy stuff that people report. And it's not really crazy. It's the effect of deuterium. But the problem is because nobody learns about some of the things that you and I have talked about, they never put two and two together. So I'll tell you this story because it's ongoing right now. I have a. Client who is from Australia. She has three kids. The kids were diagnosed with with all kinds of crazy things like bipolar, autism, celiac disease, you know, Erlos Danlos syndrome, like everything these kids like, had everything.
So she, about six weeks ago, moves the kids here to El Salvador. Within two weeks. I take the kids to the bakery and I'm feeding them cookies. And croissants and the mother's looking at me. I said you sure your kids have this problem? Or maybe, just maybe, it was Melbourne, Australia that was the real problem. And now the kids. This is the most important part. You should see the kids tan. They came white. Now the tan is amazing. And every day we go down on the beach, the kids are running around in the waves.
They're doing all the right things out that they didn't do in Melbourne. Remember, they're grounded to basalt sand from the volcano. Because everything in El Salvador, it's a giant volcano, OK? There's no part of El Salvador that's not a volcano, OK? Doesn't matter where you are. So what did the mother effectively on? Begun to understand that our children didn't have any of these diseases. The children had a chronic defect in triplet oxygen. And when we repaired the triplet oxygen, the collagen got better, the melanin got better, the apoe got better.
The kids, one of the kids even had a bad lisp that got better. Like in other words, everything started to improve without going to the pharmacy. So what did we effectively show her? Physics is greater than pharmacy. And. This was a hard pill for mom to swallow. Why? Because in Australia, she was taught just like you were taught. Just like I was taught. It's got its pharma over physics, it's biochemistry over physics, and that's not the truth. Yeah, it's like, it's a hard pill to swallow for especially for most professionals who have been in a field for a really long time and they've been teaching and preaching about some stuff, but they're not willing to open their mind to other possibilities.
Like thankfully I broke free, you know, like a couple of years ago and I was able to see beyond like the biochemistry model and start to understand how my environment literally shapes my biology. I mean, I started taking all of my workouts outdoors last year and I feel a fundamental difference in my entire body. I mean, before I felt good, but now I didn't know how crap I felt in the gym until I experienced the outdoor workouts grounded, you know, on grass, you know, training outdoors with that infrared light and the UV light close to the ocean, getting in the sea, you know, like multiple times a day.
And I do that with my clients as well. I always tell them, you know, like, let's go outside and there are some clients who are resistant to going outdoors because they are still bought into the idea that, you know, the sun is going to cause them skin cancer and this kind of stuff. So you can only help them so far, right? You can only help someone who is willing to be helped, right? Otherwise, you know, they're just going to be eventually going to their own grave faster. That's just the unfortunate thing.
You just have to help them like where they're at. But hopefully with this message, you know, this great conversation that we had today, we're able to like impact many individuals. I have one last question which is also related to melanin. The, the, the melanin on our skin like that we gain in the summertime. Does it migrate like internally like in the winter time when we have when we have less UV light or does it just rub off, you know, do the skin cells just turn over and then we rub it off in the shower or what's actually going on there?
No, it actually can migrate. Remember, neural Crest cells by definition migrate. Remember I told you the secret sauce? What's the scaffold in the body that they use? They follow fibrillin, collagen and also elastin collagen. So most people learn in Embryology that this transformation happens during organogenesis and the fetal life, but it actually stays positive even in the adult form. Why? We learned this from the Arctic explorers. When they went up there, they lost their melanin. Their eyes turned blue.
The flip side of that is when you take the same people and you put them in the equator, they're designed to get the melanin back. The interesting thing that's happening now, if you take somebody say like if I put you and I move you down to, I don't know, let's put you somewhere in the Amazon rainforest, you would not gain your melanin back as fast as you would like. One of the most famous questions that I got asked on a podcast, but unfortunately we, we never really examined it. You remember on the 1st Tetragrammaton podcast, I do a Rick Rubin and Huberman.
One of the things that Rick said to me goes Jack, every time I get in the plane from Costa Rica and fly back to Malibu, I lose my tan. So what did he effectively tell you? Andreas right there when I get in a plane tin can with EMF, no grounding, fly 5 or 6 hours and land, I lose my tan. So that tells you by definition something clearly happened. The reverse is also the effect. So in other words, you can move the melanin to different places and I tell people this all the time that there's papers out there that show your mitochondria tan your inside.
So what does that mean? It means the stronger the IMM voltage is, closer to 30 million volts like Nick Lane talked about in his book, the more likely you are to be able to tan. How does this process work? You remember from Fritz Pop's work, from all the podcasts I've done, I told you every cell emits extreme low frequency UV light. That UV light is actually what stimulates BOM seat to make melanin. OK, so the key to being able to do that is to keep the voltage up. And in this podcast, what did we just tell people?
NAD positive no. Deuterium triplet oxygen No. Singlet that what keep everything functioning optimally. If you find in the environment of the zip code you're in, then you need to do more. It may mean that you need to do more grounding, it may need more sun and may mean a lot of things. And I will tell you the unfortunate thing that's happening for most people, the big thing they can't control is they can't control the planetary weakness. So if you happen to live in a place. That's got a significant weakness there.
That means you need to do more, not less, and you need to understand the process fully because if you don't or the people that are working with you don't, not only will you not fix the problem, but you actually could kill yourself. OK. And I've made a prediction on a couple of the podcasts that the NFL is getting ready have some games in Mexico and down in South America this fall. My prediction is much like Australian Rules football is seeing right now, they have huge amounts of injuries in their athletes.
No one seems to know why I think I do. I think the same thing is true in the NFL. I've talked about it with the 49ers. I've talked about it with the Titans. The Titans are another NFL team that have huge amounts of injuries just like the 49ers do. But the issue there is a little bit different than it is the 49ers. The 49ers problem is the power station that's next to it, the Tennessee Titans. Their stadium is right next to the worst magnetic defect in the United States, called the New Madrid Fault, and that goes right about from Little Rock, AR, Memphis, TN all the way up to Saint Louis.
And when the Carrington Event hit the United States, this area reversed the flow of the Mississippi River. Why does this is the most seismically active area in the middle of the United States? So it's a big weak effect there. And since this team is only three hours away, they have no earthly idea. That these currents, they're called telluric currents, play a huge role in why these patients or the the players have to do more than they're doing now. The fact that their new coach is wise enough to try to take the seed oils out.
It's a very small thing to do when you have this known. But do I believe that in young people who should have pretty healthy mitochondria, this should potentially help them stay off the injury list? It should, but should they do even more? Yeah. I mean, they made a mistake with their new stadium not putting grass in. They put a Dome on it. This is dumb. Why? Because football players, whether soccer or American football, should be using leather, sold spikes and they should also be playing on grass.
Why? It's the effect of grounding. And it's like, it's so ridiculous when you consider these a billion dollar clubs and for a little bit of, you know, money compared to the big pot they're making these guys play on fake grass. It's just fucking crazy. And that's why I tell the players, if the team's going to do that, you make sure you hire a nutritionist that keeps the soy seed oils out of you, keeps the deuterium levels low. But also, when you work out, don't work outside in the gym, work outside, outside.
Don't use the team trainers. Use your own trainers that seem to understand this process. And you'll do well. And you know, in this specific team, they're two best players in the last 10 years. A guy named Derek Henry is a running back and another guy named Jeffrey Simmons is a defensive tackle. The team has sucked and predominantly because they've been really, really injured. But they've they've also had other problems. But these two players in particular have made sure that they've gone and worked out outside the system, meaning they're not doing what everybody else is doing.
And Derek Kearney specifically has only had one injury in about a decade. When he retires, he'll probably go down as one of the best players ever at his position. Jeffrey Simmons last year worked out in Dallas, TX outside, completely changed his body time. He came back this year on a bad team and absolutely dominated. So the point that I try to make to you, and especially in a team sport, you hope that players can be leaders so that they get other players to do some of the right things, you know, so that they they can optimize their performance and, you know, see the team do better.
But you have to realize when you're in a team sport and you have 53 guys on the team, if 53 guys don't think it's important, they're not going to do it. And right now, at least, they look like they hired a coach that doesn't have his head up his ass. Even though it's a small thing to eliminate the seed oils do, I think it's something worth talking about in a podcast like this with you? Because this probably is going to be one of the things that you recommend to your clients. And now you can say, well look, if you want to know why this is a big effect, listen to one of the doctors that knows about the biophysics and why this is important because any little bit you can do will help your bottom line.
It's no different than your bank account. If you put the money in and don't take it out, it's going to eventually help you. Yeah, exactly. Thank you so much, Doctor Jack. This has been an absolutely mind blowing conversation as always. Of course, I'd love to have you back on on the show in the future, you know, when I put some more dots together and have some more great questions. I always love learning from you and and following your trail. I think it's important that we carry on, you know, as health professionals, carrying your message, you know, because this is foundational, as we have been talking about.
So where can people find you, connect with you, and work with you? Probably the easiest way is is on my website, jackcruz.com. Then most of the the biophysics work is on Patreon. So it's patreon.com back slash doctor Jack Cruz every place on social media, it's just Doctor Jack Cruz. No spaces. Kruse. There's a lot of scammer accounts. Just get me, you'll know it's me because I'll be salty as fuck. I can promise you that. Perfect. I'll make sure that yeah, I put all of your correct links in the description below so people can actually find the real you and connect with you.
And please stay on the line when I am if you guys enjoy the topics and guests I bring on the. Show I would really appreciate if you left me a five star review on Spotify and subscribe to Fitness Wisdom podcast on YouTube as well. This helps us spread the knowledge and wisdom with the world. Until next time.
