It's a pleasure to have you on the show. Thank you so much for having me, I always love talking with you so this will be fun. Yeah, it's going to be fantastic. And today we're going to be diving into some of the contents of your book, Optimize the seven groundbreaking steps to better health longevity through the field of quantum biology.
So it's, you know, a field which we're all very excited about, especially my audience and also for myself. But before we dive into that, though, I want to ask you some questions in relation to coherence. And I'm sure this is also a big core theme in your book as well. And it kind of like ties this all together. And so maybe because I've been making some stories lately on Instagram, I've been talking about coherence and how the heart is responsible for generating sort of creating this coherence across the body, right?
And how heart is not just the pump. And so maybe we'll start off with some basics, you know, just a few basic questions for people who don't know what coherence is. How would you describe coherence for people as it relates to health? Coherence is really the conductor. So if you think of all the different cells and the tissue and organs in the body, they're different instruments playing this beautiful song of life, right? And it can degrade. That coherence can degrade so that one instrument is playing a different song.
It starts to 'cause this chaos. But coherence is the conductor. Coherence is the thing conducting all of those different pieces so that they can form this beautiful song of life. It's like 2 people dancing the tango, or multiple molecules of individual water molecules form a wave that travels the ocean. It's this force of collective action that allows for things to work seamlessly in the body. And I love that you're talking about it because it is foundational. You know, we really break things down into boxes and pieces.
But coherence is the thing that guides everything together. It's it's the conductor of all of this action in the body. And so how would you say coherence is generated across the body? Is it happening in specific tissues and organs? Is it happening in every single cell of the body? And if yes, what are the type of signals there is creating this coherence? Is it sound? Is it light? Is it vibration? That's a great question. And I think that we're dealing with multiple different things. I think we can obviously say that light is a massive signal of coherence.
Being aligned with the rising and setting of the sun is a primary signal that we have been living with for millennia as humans on this earth. And it primes, as you know, so many things, our hormones, our neurotransmitters, our immune system, our inflammatory state, our metabolism, right? All of these things are being cued by the light in our environment. It's primary. But we could say the same thing about sound. We could say the same thing absolutely about our thoughts and emotions. All of these things send these signals of coherence in the body.
And then there are things in the body itself that also act as conductors of coherence. I think that the water within us is a massive player in this idea of coherence. I think that when we're looking at coherence, we can see different cells really working towards this as well. I think our mitochondria are a huge player in our coherence. I've been dealing with a lot of patients who have mast cell activation syndrome and I think that our mast cells are also this piece of coherence. They are really, and you see that throughout the immune system, these immune cells that are acting as stop gaps in this flow of coherence in the body.
Our fascial network is a huge conductor of coherence. So it's sort of like these ripples happen from our external terrain through our internal terrain and vice versa, right? When our thoughts and emotions ripple through the body, they can act as a massive signal of coherence in the body. That was beautifully explained. So what would you say that goosebumps are? You say that Goosebumps is sort of like this confirmation of coherence. That's a, that's a beautiful example of how almost instantaneously we can have a thought or emotion and we can get goosebumps or we can encounter external temperature and get goosebumps.
I mean, think of how fast our heart rate changes when we experience a feeling of threat or excitement, right? It's almost instantaneous. It's not waiting for neurotransmitters and cytokines to be released in the body. They are released in the body, but that change is almost instantaneous, like the dilation of the pupil in accordance to light or emotions. Those signals are brought about by the resonance of these different actions in the body. I mean, when we look at Irena Kosik's work and the resonance recognition model, we see that our proteins, our enzymes, our cells are communicating in a wide range of electromagnetic frequency, terahertz, visible light, infrared light, ultraviolet light and and light travels very fast, right?
And we experience it as almost instantaneous. That's so cool. And So what kind of benefits or let's say positive symptoms, for lack of a better word, can people experience from having coherence? For someone who has never heard about coherence before and it's the first time listening to something like this, you know, some this kind of subject of a podcast, what kind of why should they actually care about coherence? Well, we care about coherence because without coherence, or what's called decoherence, the system kind of becomes chaotic.
Communication breaks down. And when communication breaks down in the body, things don't stop. Things move into survival mode. The body is going to go into survival mode. It's going to assume that you don't have enough energy and we need to store energy. It's going to assume that there is a reason to be hyper vigilant in the immune system. It's going to assume that we need to ramp up inflammation so that we are able to respond to things and the. So oftentimes when coherence breaks down, those things aren't happening.
There's just a breakdown in that flow of coherence in the body. So it's foundational for things to work smoothly, for our cells to be able to communicate, for our organs to work in tandem, for all these different things in the body to work as one cohesive unit, even though they're individual pieces. Oh yeah, that's that's really well explained and so important for people to actually understand that. I guess as you said, you called it decoherence, I call it incoherence. So I didn't know that the correct way to say it.
I just like created my own version, but that's nice to know that the correct word wording. But yeah, it's so important to realize that your body is not going to function correctly if you are out of coherence. So I guess the next logical question would be what things create decoherence then? What are the things that contribute to people not having that coherence inside of the body? That's a great question. I think that understanding that the water in our body forms informational system, right as that water comes up to a cell membrane or fascia, it has the potential to build this liquid crystalline state.
It's more viscous, it's gel like. It acts as a conductor of coherence. It can capture, it can store, it can transmit information, electricity, light information, cymatic sound information. And so tending to that water in the body is really important for coherence. And then making sure that we are in an environment living In Sync with some of those natural signals in the body and in our environment, such as the rising and setting of the sun. When we are getting out in the morning, getting that AM light.
I'm sitting outside now and the sun is starting to rise, and that signals so many different things in my body. Getting natural light throughout the day reinforces that circadian rhythm. Lowering the light at night also is a massive signal of coherence in the body, because it's not just all these pieces in the body that we want working as one. We're embedded in this flow of universal information. So yes, we want coherence in the body. We want all these different pieces to be working together as one.
But we aren't just individuals. We don't stop at the barriers of our skin. We're embedded in this tapestry of energy and information. So making sure that we're aligned with the rhythm of the rising and setting of the sun, the seasonal inputs, the thoughts and emotions are our annual cycles are 7 year cycles. There's so many different rhythms and the body runs on patterns, it runs on oscillation, it runs on energy before matter. That's the the driving primary force. So getting in alignment with the rising and setting of the sun, getting those seasonal cues right.
I'm outside and it's cold and I want my body to know it's cold because it's winter time. It does something completely different in the winter than it does in the summer. And that is a wisdom of coherence that ripples through the body. It's so important if we want our bodies aligned. And so making sure that we are getting outside, making sure that our body is In Sync with nature, with the infinite sea of electrons that lines our Earth, with all of the inputs that we see in nature, the sights, the sounds, the air we breathe.
I think a lot of people don't realize that the air we breathe is the main cedar of our microbiome. And our microbiome is having this conversation at all times with our mitochondria, with our our brain, all of these, our endocrine system, our immune system and the air we breathe is has a bigger impact on our gut microbiome than the food we eat. So it's absolutely incredible how getting out in nature, embedding in this universal flow of energy, impacts our health. Based on my research, this is the best shilajit in the world.
Here's why you need to know about Shilajit. Shilajit is a herba mineral substance made from the decomposition of plants and bacteria. This process taking place over thousands of years. It's harvested from the Altai and the Himalayan mountains. Think of it as a hyper concentrated plant matter that is made by a Mother Nature over thousands of years. In many cultures and traditions, it's known as the destroyer of weakness. Let me tell you why. Chilajit is loaded with ionic minerals, which are the most biocompatible with our human body.
It also has a very high concentration of folvic acid. This folvic acid allows those minerals to get into the cell and do their work. Minerals are absolutely essential for all processes of the body. I'm having good energy levels, enhanced cognitive function, hormone optimization, and so much more. You name it. This is why I use Chilajit on a daily basis because it works on a foundational level, on a mitochondrial level, and we know that we need healthy MiTo in order to produce cellular energy. Something very important to mention is the quality of shilajit.
The one I use has been tested for heavy metals and impurities, ensuring the highest quality shilajit. So if you want to experience this incredible ancient substance and find the one that I use on a daily basis, head over to the description below and use the promo code attached to get a discount on your entire order. Wow, you just blew my mind there. That was awesome. So yeah, so basically from my understanding of what you just said is that coherence is not only created internally, but it's so important to be in coherence with our environment as that forms the coherence internally.
So there is this bi directional relationship from the inside out and from the outside in. So our environment is literally reinforcing the coherence within our body and also the coherence within our body is making us, I guess, changing our habits and behaviors or how we act and operate in daily life. So that, you know, how we are existing within our environment, how we treat ourselves is literally how we treat our environment. And what you said there about the microbiome and the breath, I've never heard that before.
That was absolutely incredible that. Thank you for that. And So what does the heart have anything to do with coherence? The heart is just the pump, right? Yep, that's all it does, right? No, that is a a common and I love that you, you phrased it that way because I know you're leading me into this idea of heart coherence, but it is more than a pump, right? It's this helically wrapped one band of muscle. And as the heart pumps, it creates this vortex flow of fluid, blood plasma through our vessels.
And that helps with this water that we talked about, this repository of energy, this antenna that we have in our body. It also creates the electrical conduction of the tissue in the heart. And that helical pumping that we see happen, it creates the largest electromagnetic field of the body. And a lot of people don't realize that these electromagnetic fields, they hold energy, yes, but they hold information as well. And our hearts electromagnetic field holds energy and information too. And it can entrain with our brain and they can become incoherence, like two people dancing the tango.
And they can affect many different functions in the body, our nervous system, our inflammatory state, thus our immune system, our digestion. And when they are in coherence, when they are working together as one, we see a lot of those functions operate in an optimal state, right? So when the brain is in coherence with the heart, we're thinking rationally, we are making calm decisions. Our nervous system is balanced, our inflammatory state is optimal. Our immune system is doing what it needs to be.
We are able to digest, we are able to repair. And this state of coherence, that electromagnetic field of the heart, when we're in coherence, it holds information in the field that allows us to entrain not only our own Physiology, but of those around us. So if I'm in a state of coherence and I walk into a group, I can entrain those people into a state of coherence. And I think we've all experienced this walking into a room, or someone walks into a room and they feel great and your body kind of relaxes.
Or the opposite, someone walks in who's very agitated or angry and your Physiology just kind of Brussels and you want to get away. That state of coherence held in the field can translate information. Heart Math Institute has done incredible research showing how contagious really this state of coherence can be. They've even done research where they take groups of seasoned practitioners of heart coherence exercises and they have them practice together and measure the geomagnetic field of the Earth and the coherence of the Earth.
And they see subtle changes really implying this relationship of our coherence and the coherence of the Earth that we're living on. It's absolutely incredible. And two years ago I founded the Quantum Biology Health Institute. We're just getting done with a heart coherence exercise. We partnered with UC San Diego, the research department down there, Doctor Hamel Patel and other researchers, and we took 34 participants and they practice 42 days of heart coherence. It was 5 minute exercise, right where you just breathe deeply, you go into your heart, you visualize and feel, experience positive emotions.
And we tested before and after their mitochondrial function. And we're just starting to get all the research back. We don't have all the participants back, but we have a majority of the participants back. And we're seeing significant improvements in mitochondrial function just from being in a state of heart coherence, which makes absolutely perfect sense if coherence is this conductor of action. Our mitochondria are primary in cellular energy and communication. So it's really exciting to look at at how profound heart coherence, really.
Is imagine spiking your blood sugar without eating cake. Elevating course is all your stress hormone without being stressed and suppressing your body's most powerful sleep. Antioxidant and regeneration hormone which is your melatonin. This is why I make sure to wear my yellow daytime blue light blocking glasses every time where I spend time indoors under artificial lights and in front of screens to protect my eyes from oxidative stress and my entire body. And if I'm going to be exposed to artificial blue light, especially after sunset, I'm going to wear my red lens blue light blocking glasses to support my melatonin production and release.
So if you want to protect your energy levels, sleep, and biology from artificial blue light, head over to the description and you will find all of the links with a massive discount on my favorite blue light blocking glasses. That's incredible. Thank you for that breakdown. That was awesome. And what you mentioned there about the being it contagious. It made me think of this one funny video I saw on Instagram where it was just this random guy at the bus stop. I'm sure that you've seen it before. And he just starts laughing and then everybody around him like looks at him kind of weird, but then he continues laughing.
I think it was kind of like a social experiment. And then eventually the person next to him started laughing as well. And then eventually literally everyone was smiling at the bus stop from everyone staring down at their phones to actually looking up. And they were all like cheery and laughing. And I was thinking, wow, these are the type of videos that I want to see. You know, they get they reinforced. It's like positive optimism and this and this hope for humanity how how fast and quick we can actually transform the energy of the planet and literally uplift everybody in this.
Beautiful, energetic and synchronized coherent state if we wish to do so. All it takes is just a little bit of positive energy, you know, and it just goes so, so far and it's so true. It's so true. And another thing that you mentioned there about the heart which I have a question about was you talked about its structure and it being this kind of vortexing organ. And is that the reason why it produces such a big magnetic field? Because we know that the brain is producing a magnetic electromagnetic field as well.
But is because maybe the brain is not doing it in this toroidal fashion. Is that the reason why the hearts is bigger? Well, there's that and there's also right? It's very dense with mitochondria. Both the brain and the heart are dense with mitochondria, but they are also the heart specifically has different piezoelectric properties that we don't see in the brain. It is able to generate an electrical charge. Not only is there electrical conduction to facilitate the contraction and relaxation of the heart, but there's piezoelectric receptors and tissues in the heart that are also generating electricity.
And when an electrical current is created, an electromagnetic field is created, right? So we have many different things working for us to create that enormous electromagnetic field of the heart that the pumping, the action, the electrical conduction of the different ventricles as well as this piezoelectric tissue that we see in the heart. It's made like that by design. It's it's beautiful, absolutely incredible. And So what, what came to mind there? Because you I thought, OK, yeah, the the heart is more like lean tissue, whereas the brain is more fatty, fatty tissue, right.
So I'm just thinking that when you actually exercise your muscles, are you generating in an electromagnetic field around your body when you exercise your muscles in other areas of your body? Yeah, absolutely. And and fascia. Fascia is a piezoelectric conductor of electricity intimately connected with the muscles, right? So when we are moving, we're creating that electrical charge, which in turns creates that electromagnetic field. Wow, so cool. And so I guess people will have many questions now.
They'll be thinking, OK, so how do I, how do I get into this state of coherence? How do I fix this heart brain coherence to make sure that my mitochondria are healthy? You mentioned there from the study that they were doing it literally only 5 minutes a day and they actually improved for only 5 minutes. So that just shows you that adherence can be super high for individuals if they actually know what to do. So do you have any tips for the audience to actually start practicing right away? It's really simple actually what what you're doing with the heart coherence exercise and there are many you can find out there.
There are many different heart coherence exercises on YouTube. My YouTube channel has several of them and the exercise that we did in the study, it was just me leading people through a 5 minute heart coherence exercise. And what that means is what you need to include in a heart coherence exercise is a breath that is a resonant breath. So when we slow our breath down to about 6 breaths per minute, it takes on a certain resonance. It's a point, It's a 0.1 Hertz. And that resonance aligns with a relaxed, balanced nervous system, again, 0.1 Hertz.
It aligns with the mire flow of blood, the spiraling flow of blood through our vessels in the body, again, 0.1 Hertz. And that aligns with the geomagnetic field of the Earth we live on. Again, 0.1 Hertz. So when we slow our breath down to around six breaths a minute, and that can look like 5 inhale for five counts, exhale for five counts, that can look like holding you inhale for three, hold for two, exhale for four, hold for one, whatever feels comfortable, right? We don't want to force that because that's going to work against the state of flow.
But around six breaths a minute, then we put our focus on our heart center right in the center of our chest, and we start to feel this sense of gratitude. It can be a sense of awe. It can be a feeling of love, peace, contentment, and we just focus on filling that center with that feeling, actually feeling it right. So not just visualizing it or thinking about it, but letting it radiate out, really feeling that emotion through the tissue throughout the body. And just something as simple as 5 minutes a day can have an enormous impact.
Now when you pair this with hydration, with getting out in the morning sun, lowering the lights at night to something like you have right now with your lighting, these things can be incredibly powerful for creating a state of coherence in the body. Wow, that's wonderful. Thank you for sharing that. I'm sure the audience will be super happy to hear how easy it actually is, you know, to literally transform your body from the inside out. It doesn't take much. And we know that nervous system state is so, so important.
How that governs like literally everything in our body. And if we are in that parasympathetic state, in that coherent state, we can regenerate, we can heal, we can detoxify, we can sleep well, we can recover, we can even think clearly, right? We're not in this narrow minded and narrow vision even with our eyes and modern life really. Like we didn't talk about all the all the negative things which disrupt or create decoherence. But it would be logical that all of those things that you mentioned the opposite of that.
So that would be, you know, rapid shallow breath, panic breathing, staring at your screen, narrow vision, stuck indoors, not high quality air, not sleeping, you know, not not having like human connection, not eating real food, not connecting with the earth, not grounding. So all all the things that basically modern human is doing right now, and this is something which I've said on almost every podcast now for the last 6 to 10 podcast, is that if you just take that modern life the way it's given to you, it's inevitable that disease manifests because the way that modern life is built is not conducive to health.
Like it doesn't actually create health, it creates it's convenience. But we know that convenience kills us slowly over time. And so we need to actually now make an effort like Doctor Catherine is saying, take ownership and understand what's actually important for you, like what you know, where are your values and set some priorities and limitations with your tech usage and set some boundaries because this modern life is, is not the most ideal for our optimal health, right? And so, but now I would love to move into diving into your book and diving into some of the chapters of your book.
Do you wanna show the audience your book to the camera? Yes, absolutely. Thank you so much for giving me a chance to talk about Optimize. Optimize 7 ground breaking steps to better health and longevity through quantum biology through all of these things we're talking about. So I, I start off the 1st chapter talking about what quantum biology is, how it differs from a chemical mechanical model. And then I walk through the chapters. The first chapter is water, right? Water is really this massive conductor of these interactions that we're talking about, whether we're talking about light or sound or our thoughts and emotions.
All of these things can be captured and stored and transmitted through this water within the body. And so I start that as the first step. Then I go into these liquid crystalline structures in the body, our cell membranes, our fascia, our DNA, how we can tend to them. Each chapter is filled with research and information. It breaks the ideas down into something tangible that people can wrap their heads around. But then every chapter ends with practical steps for people to really apply. And so the 3rd chapter is all about our electrical capacity in the body and how to tend to that.
The next chapter is all about light. I have a chapter about our relationship with nature and how to really optimize that, how to cultivate and return to that relationship. I have a chapter all about coherence. Cultivating coherence, coherence within ourselves, within our communities, within this tapestry of energy flow that we were talking about before. And I have a chapter all about the microbiome and the immune system and how we're so used to thinking of it as this defense mechanism when really what's happening is they are communicating with light, electromagnetic frequency, sound, all of these things are present in that system as well.
And I, I layout the possibility of a light communication network in the body, right? We have these light sensitive proteins for ultraviolet light where there is no ultraviolet light present from the external environment. And so I talk about the relationship with our mitochondria and our microbiome and, and just give people a an understanding of this new emerging research and how we can use it for better health and longer, happier lives. We've probably heard about red light therapy before and all the incredible benefits that it has to offer, but unfortunately, not all panels on their market are created equally and This is why I only use and trust the ones that I have put in the description below.
They have the highest quality panels on the market from build quality, aesthetics and functionality. So if you want a massive 40% discount on my favorite red light therapy panels, hit to the description below and make sure to use the promo code attached to get a massive 40% discount. Wow, it sounds like a fantastic read. I will be putting a link in the description below. So if we people can find it like straight away, it's it's absolutely mind blowing. So maybe we can talk, maybe dive into like every chapter, maybe like a little bit and go maybe a bit deeper.
You talked a lot about water already on this episode, how it's so important and how actually the body communicates through through the actual network of water to create this cellular coherence. Because it's literally this sort of like a highway, right, that we use inside our body through the fascio system. Do you see the similarity like let's say as it being a storage medium but also like an antenna? Yeah, that's a great analogy. The the fascia is this body wide connective tissue web, right? It's connecting every single structure in the body.
And this is just the structural component of fascia. We can talk about the liquid crystalline fascia in our cerebral spinal fluid in our the flow of our blood as well. But just Speaking of the structural component, it's this web of connective tissue. It's made-up of mostly collagen. It's viscoelastic and piezoelectric. So it can move in dynamic ways, and when it does move, it generates an electrical charge. It's also semiconductive. So not only can it create this electrical charge, but it can hold it and it can transmit it throughout the body.
And it is completely lined with this liquid crystalline easy water. This easy water builds against our fascia. It can create a negative electrical charge. It pushes out a positively charged proton and creates this zone of positively charged water, creating the separation of charge like a 9 Volt battery. So we have this energetic component on top of just this semiconductive piezoelectric connective tissue of the fascial network. We also have the water that lines it, which is negatively charged. It creates this potential battery with the separation of charge between the negatively charged and positively charged water.
And it's a just a reservoir of free electrons. And there's a way to look at the body where pain, inflammation symptoms are a deficiency in negative electrical charge, a deficiency in electrons. And so our fascia creates this network where we can transmit electrons, electrical charge where needed. And it's absolutely incredible to look at the body from this perspective. We also see that the water within our fascia and that water battery that is created causes this propulsion of fluid and particles and protons through the network.
And we know that electrons, the flow of electrons, we're so used to thinking of those as electricity, which is true, right? But the flow of protons creates energy as well. We have proton force motors. This is not something new. The flow of protons creates energy and protons, we know from the work of people like Nassim Harriman that protons can hold a lot of information. So we have this fiber optic quantum communication network of our collagen fibers in our fascia and the water that lines them. It's incredible.
Wow, we're basically like a human battery. And it's also what you mentioned at the beginning there that how we instead of looking at biochemically, it's also the body's very biophysical things. Things are starting sort of like as a literally like at a physical level that we can't see. But it's, it's acting, you know, it has like this physical force, sort of like pressure or movement or guidance within the system. And something that I'm also fascinated about, you know, is the the mitochondria, as we talked about as well, and how, how the pressure gradient that's actually created within the mitochondria and how basically energy is actually formed, isn't it?
So that the hydrogen basically goes in and then it basically creates like this pressure and then exits the other side. Do you want to, do you want to maybe describe that process for us where there is this, there is this pressure gradient and that's how energy is produced, if I'm understanding this correctly or if I'm just making it up in my head?
Can you repeat that you broke up just a little bit? OK. So my understanding is that, well, I might not understand this fully, right, because I don't have a diaphragm, a diagram in front of me, so I don't fully remember how it goes. But I think that hydrogen flows in to the cell or into the mitochondria and then it creates this pressure gradient. And because of this pressure gradient, it creates this environment where the electron can flow and then it can basically spin the ATPS in the end. And is it because of this that it makes everything happen?
Yeah, absolutely, absolutely. So when we're looking at the mitochondria and that outer membrane, we also have the inner membrane of the mitochondria and in between those two membranes, that's where the protons are building up that pressure gradient. As more protons are in that area, they create this flow, this energy like a a proton force motor, right? And there are four different protein complexes in the in the electron transport chain that are quantum tunneling these electrons. And the last ATP synthase is turning that fifth protein complex.
And as it turns, it creates infrared energy and it creates a magnetic field to pull one of these protons down into the matrix, creating ATP. And ATP is our cellular energy source, but it's also our scaffolding. So this incredible dance we see with electrons and protons in the body creating electrical charge, holding information and really creating this action first model. Wow, that's so cool. It just makes you realize how everything is just so much like biophysics instead of biochemistry. But I guess everything is working together in in coherence with each other, right?
You've got all the all the chemicals, right. And then you've got obviously the physics which is guiding the chemicals. And I guess this is where science is very reductionist. They just think that we just have these random reactions and collisions occurring inside of the body until something happens, rather than it being intentional, intentionally orchestrated. Yes, yes, absolutely. This idea of the body as a machine with separate parts is not accurate, right? It's all working together in conjunction, yes, and it's all interconnected.
Yeah, thank you so much, Doctor Catherine. This has been an absolutely mind blowing conversation as always. Of course, I'd love to have you back on the show and I will make sure to put a link in the description below as well for your book so people can actually find it. But what if people don't know you and they haven't heard about you before? Where can they find you and connect with you? Absolutely. I'm just Doctor Catherine Clinton. I'm Doctor Catherine Clinton on Instagram and Facebook and YouTube, and that's the name of my website [email protected]/optimize.
But it's at every major book retailer right now, so that's out. And I absolutely love talking with you every time. So I look forward to coming on again and doing it soon. Thank you, Doctor Catherine, it's been an absolute pleasure and and you know that I really enjoy it as well, so I'll definitely have you back on. Thank you so much. Guys enjoy the topics and guests I bring on the show. I would really appreciate it if you left me a five star review on Spotify and also subscribe to Fitness Wisdom Podcast on YouTube as well as this helps to spread the knowledge and wisdom with the world.
Until next time.
