Hello guys. Welcome back to another episode. Today we're going to be talking about a very important and serious subject, and that is the topic of Emfs. And this is basically the elephant in the room, right? It's something that is invisible to the human eye, but it's impacting us on a biological level through a biophysical phenomenon and it's affected our biochemistry beneath. And today we've got Doctor John Kim back on the show. We previously did an episode on mold, the connection to blue light and non-native VMS and lifestyle.
So definitely go and check that out as well. If you're interested, I will make sure to put it in the description and also in the pinned comments. So thank you for coming on the show, Doctor John. It's a pleasure to have you. And just thank you so much for having me again. I know this is a big topic, especially talk about non-native VMF issues and I want to at least kind of give a disclaimer to the listeners today. I'm talking more based on a functional medicine practitioner side into the how I see none in it, none there BMF, how it's affecting my clients health and such.
And I didn't even really realize how impactful that that was because it was never taught to us during my training. So back in 2008, I did a functional medicine fellowship training and at that point in time, no discussion, especially not any BMF or blue light issues. And all those things are even remotely discussed, nor is it even being discussed at this point in time because I think environmental medicine is not that sexy on the other practitioner standpoint. But after going through my own health journey and looking at some of the complex issues that I work with clients wise, there's no way in hell that we cannot discuss about this more fully.
And I just want to give the context for the listeners that, you know, this is more into the standpoint looking at me as a practitioner. I'm and I'm and I'm going to be very, very upfront that I learned a lot from, for instance, Doctor Jack Cruz. There's a different practitioners out there really specializing in it, right? So, and including, you know, Doctor Robert O Becker, who actually wrote a book called body electricity and how that impacts the view of the cellular impact on how non ADAVMF is going to be.
So just want to get the context out there and then you're able to understand how that is. Because for me, when I looking at non AVMF and why is such a biggest focal point is that when I looked at the context of the severity of some of the disease that that we are, I'm actually, you know, working with class wise. I, you know, since look at the statistics wise, since year 2000's, the tsunami issues had increased by 4 to 500%. POTS issue got up by 300%. You know, you're dealing with mass like division issues by 25 times more than what it used to be elodango syndromes.
And then now you're dealing with these things called the electromagnetic hypersensitivity problem as well, right? So it's a non, there's an ongoing problem and we need to talk about this in terms of why these patients are getting stuck and then what's happening really. Yes, yes, absolutely. So let's start a bit foundational then for the audience, maybe like for people who have no idea what Emfs actually are, do you know, maybe give like a basic understanding to the audience what they are and where they come from so they can get an understanding where it's affecting them from in their life.
Yeah, let's just pick into very easy ways to understand and how that could be related to for each every one of us to pack this into our daily routine. The easiest way to understand is based on the human resonance and then also grounding like we know in many of the biohackers probably listening to this podcast already know what those are. But there are there's subtle differences in terms of how that is. So these are all naturally occurring electromagnetic frequencies, right? Our body is actually run of electricity, right?
It's not just about enzymes and hormones and such, but our mitochondria, our cells end up having to generate this electricity in in doing so. Now the problem is the fact that these are all extremely low frequencies or ELF into how the bodies were running. And so how this is affecting us based on the extremity of the electromagnetic frequencies that we get exposed to nowadays is end up having to impact us on how these ELF or at least extremely low frequencies end up having to happen in our body and affecting how the health is coming coming out to be.
So give you examples of the human resonance and grounding, right? So human resonance, when you're looking at these right now, these are all electromagnetic frequencies within the Earth. And when we're looking at this, there's abundance of these also extremely low frequencies or LF waves that are balancing between the Earth's surfaces and then the ionospheres, right? And that this actually creates a whole bunch of waves. And these are basic, the frequencies that the this is actually generating and it's around 7.83 Hertz.
And these frequencies are mimicking how our body, especially specifically brain wave, when the alpha and the Theta brain wave and these atmospheres end up having to be affecting US in a positive standpoint. So it's just regulating many things in our body. And one of the things that they found out was that people who are lacking in this human resonance, whereas they are completely blocked away from the natural occurring oscillation, they end up having to have the negative impact of health. And these are all study based on the 1960s and 70s.
So we are bound to have these things. Now The thing is when you're looking at the grounding aspect of it or earthing, the grounding is a direct current contact of the Earth's surface. So you're barefooting it to soil, grass, sand and water. And these mechanism are providing these negative surface ion charges or free electrons basically. And these end up having to be directed based on direct electron flows on top of the fact that it actually creates an endogenous antioxidants and neutralizing inflammation and reactive oxide species, which is really some of the things that I utilize and coach my clients when they're dealing with any type of illness.
The first thing they should be doing is getting direct contact to the earth and helping them to reduce some of these issues. So these are considered to be a direct current phenomenon and not a frequency. And these are all documented cases of how grounding can be very helpful for people's health. So one of the things that I explained to my clients are few things when you're doing these type of grounding aspect on a daily basis that helps to reduce inflammation, inflammatory markers, excuse me, it improves heart rate variability, reduces cortisol and normalizing it, it actually provides a faster wound healing.
And it's the, this is a part that I think you had a guest on recently talked about the collagen is a piezoelectric, right? That aspect of it provides a healing mechanism for our tissue to heal, right? So we are already tapping into the resonance that there are earth is providing for us. And these are all things that that could be provided for free. And again, it's all natural EMF that already getting involved on top of the fact that it helps to reduce pain and mobility issues as well. And So what is the modern modern techniques and biohacking mechanism that utilizes tech techniques post electromagnetic frequency PEP bats.
I'm actually sitting on it right now that provides a particular thing, but by providing the grounding aspect of it to do so. So I'm in a phase two, which is basically resonant, the Shima resonance or quote UN quote grounding. But that's what I'm doing at this point in time. And there are other medical grade mats and technologies to really shift the person's inflammatory markers, the nervousness response. And you could see this improvement drastically. So these are all things that they could be involved in natural EMF.
But one of the critical things that are not talk about natural EMF is sun, right? Sun actually provides the natural EMF aspect of it that we keep forgetting about because humans are evolved in this electromagnetic envelope basically in a force field. And unfortunately, because we are constantly in this, you know, Faraday cage buildings or having rubber soles. And then on top of the EMF saturation that we're dealing with a modern world in terms of the natural EMF effect, especially the sun is so, so depleted in our lives and that's affecting our health at the same time.
So I see this in our clinical practice as the person gets more aligned to a circadian rhythm, as I get more charged, it's a drastic difference in the symptoms, especially for hypersensitivity issues and cast. Those are things that that could be really critical to shifting a person who's sick to getting better, right in matter of weeks, not months, without utilizing a lot of supplements or medications alone and able to do that because you're already resonant to that. But the thing about the SOD is that it actually has this solo electromagnetic radiation, right?
So you talk about UV for instance with the frequency of 290 to 400 nanometers, right, drives a palm C gene, actually affects the stimulating hormones, bed endorphins, activates vitamin D synthesis, right, things that we already know. And then there are the visible lights as well, where it actually entrenches the melanocin. And then it provides many things in terms of mitochondrial and electrical impulses that we could provide. They're also near infrared within the 700 to 1400 nanometers. It penetrates deeply into the skin, stimulates the cytochrome C oxidase, you know, complex 4, basically a generate structure water.
We already know that how important that is. I mentioned about on the last podcast and how I utilize structural water phenomenon to help persons detoxing and supports the mitochondrial ATP synthesis as well, right? And then there's another levels of these things including far infrared, so including the fact that there's a thermal regulation going on. And then within that aspect of the foreign infrared actually provides another levels of easy water, basically exclusion zone criteria to help provide structural water aspect of it.
So one of the things that I tell us is light. It provides a dominion within how our mitochondria and especially our genetics are being involved. It provides A structural ways in terms of how the body is generating energy and holding on to that energy. And there's also a biophoton levels of energy that's being formed, which is really impactful in terms of creating this type of positive frequencies for a person to heal. So that's the easy way to end up having to explain to my clients of why natural EMF, when utilized correctly, could be very impactful to health.
I take non-native EMF mitigation very seriously because it is indeed a real stressor on our biology. So if you want to find my favorite EMF shielding products, EMF free earphones and headphones, Faraday bags for your phone, EMF shielding scarves, make sure that you check the description because that's where you'll find the discount link alongside with all the. Products I just mentioned yeah, that was such a fantastic breakdown and thank you for going so deep into detail because that makes us understand and specifically the audience that we are electromagnetic beings and we are dependent on the electromagnet electromagnetism outside of us to, you know, help our electromagnetism inside of us, right, because again, like we are, we have this bi directional relationship with our environment.
And as you mentioned, when we disconnect ourselves from the natural environment, we start to get consequences to our health. But now I want you to go into the other aspect because you talked about the native EMF and about the benefits that all of that offers. What happens when we are disconnected from nature now and we are bombarded with non-native Emfs? What's actually happening to our biology there? What kind of symptoms have you witnessed in your practice and also on yourself from using, you know, or being exposed to electromagnetic fields?
And where are these non-native electromagnetic feels coming from? So if if people out there wanted to learn more about the negative impact of non neti BMF, one of the best book I mentioned in the beginning of the podcast is to read on Doctor O Becker's work on body electricity. I mean, he has a second book called Core Electricity. I didn't realize he was actually a second book. I got that to read that, but that really gives a resonance in terms of what's really happening there, right? So non neti BMF right?
It's all over in terms of where we are at this point in time, especially modern day world. You're talking all about you know 5G6G. You're talking also about microwaves, right? You're also talking about X-rays. These are all radiation type of frequencies and that have to damage the DNA. And interesting part is that modern medicine understands the context of how radiation actually causing damages. But they never accept the fact that these type of non other non LED MF exposures either could be microwave, it could be based on cell phone signals and Wi-Fi signals end up having to impact how our body's electromagnetic frequency end up having to be.
So the whole thing is that one of the things that Doctor Becker actually mentioned about is that when you are tapping into a fundamental aspect of electromagnetic frequency, which is basically governed by the drug currency or DC currency, it helps to grow, heal, regenerate, and also provides consciousness and nervousness and regulation. However, when we end up having to be bombarded by what but these non-native or artificial EMF fields actually interferes in the body's analog control system and even intensifies into creating more issues where now I see problem including pots and cast mass activation issues and all these things.
Like, you know, one of the things that fundamentally that functional medicine end up having to look at these type of criteria is that it's all dealt on. Maybe they're dealing with some kind of middle deficiencies or maybe they're dealing with more toxicity. That's not the case at all. One thing I noticed more and more working with these type of complex cases that it's not the biotoxin issue is creating a problem is the mishap of electrical currency that goes in the body, which is affecting the hyper vigilant state that responds to this problem, right.
So it's the overall environment that's impacting that. And unfortunate thing is that the environment is is so bombarded with these type of non-native or artificial EMF that the body does not know how to respond to it because it was never something that God had intended. So the key points that I want to really address within this context is the fact that, you know, just because it's a low emitting frequencies, like one of the things that I laugh about is sometimes they end up having dimension about wearing Bluetooth head signals is such a low radio frequency that it's not going to cause anything, right.
So one of the things that we have to understand is not it's not all about the thermal effect like an X-ray, X-ray emits a thermal effect and generating that energy is not all about that at all. So one of the things that non thermal or low intensity lights are long intensity electromagnetic frequencies end up having to affect biologically, especially gene expression changes calcium ion and flux in the cells where you have a mass amount of calcium getting into the cells and then the cells end up having to dump the magnesium out, which causing intracellular inflammation.
It also affects the enzyme production and and how that's been utilized in the body. It also changed the behavioral changes as well. So if you look at the whole thing about these thing called the NK Ultra, right? It could be conspiracy in that sense of it, but it's all interrelated how frequency enough them to change how the person's reacting, right? We are all frequency beings, all interconnecting there. And the current safety standards that we actually have is so low. And unfortunate thing is the lobby groups, right, lawmakers, industry workers, all these things are impacting on the level of safety that often and the past many decades, these things been completely squashed, right, including like looking at power line frequencies, how that's all interlinked to cancer, right?
There's been studies looking at the extremely low frequency, so ELF basically coming from the power lines causing childhood leukemia, brain tumor, breast cancer. There's been so many signs of infertility issues, right? I've seen patients end up having to have major hypersensitivity issues from that. And the most interesting part and we talked about mold last time, mold absorbs these type of radiations and they grow. And that's the main reason that I believe now more and more why people are getting sicker from mold toxicity is because of these extremely low frequencies as resonating from power lines for Wi-Fi and all their native, non-native BMF issues.
And so doctor DJ Klinghardt for instance, he's a function medicine doctor immigrated from Germany to United States and back in 2016 he actually showed a study that was done in Switzerland. They actually had resonated they actually had allowed radiation non ADMF exposure from cell phone signaling. And they witnessed that there was a 600 times more mycotoxins with molotoxins being produced from mold just on radiation alone like that. So when you talk about the bombarding issue dealing with power lines, especially when you talk about dirty electricity that's going around the house, these are going to intensify these type of biotoxins that we're dealing with.
And that's the problem at this point in time, why are we having such a high levels of M cast, all toxicity and biotoxin issues that I'm seeing in my clinical practice, That's the reason why, right? So we cannot just just say, oh, this is just AO in your head. It's not. And I've seen remarkable changes in patients when we start to work in their environment and impacting that positively. And another thing that we also have to look at is how the stress response from the non ATBMF exposure, right? These are all causing suppression in your melatonin production.
It disrupts the circadian rhythm, elevates stress hormones, especially cortisol. It also compromises your immune surveillance system as well, right? This also links to cancer. So these are all again, things that are being already studied. And if you really look at body electricity, the book that actually Doctor O Becker, I end up having to explain all about these things more and more. And so I just, I didn't make it all that I learned all these things and I have to apply into clinical practice and why such important factor in terms of teaching my clients from there early on when I work with them that you need to really be mindful into the how the environment is impacting them because that's also impacting how they're going to heal.
Just I mentioned about how melatonin getting suppressed, right, when you're getting optimal out of sunlight, the natural EMF that actually increase the intracellular melatonin production. It's not the pineal gland, it's just cells producing these things as well, right? It also of and then and then the most important part, nervous system response. Right, we see and studies showing that the person's reaction time gets affected, right, mood, depression, SIP architecture, right, low HRV rating and then also affecting memory.
They've seen changes to EEG, but another important part is the fact that some of the modern day athletes as well, why are they getting injured so frequently? It could be the unnatural turf that they're on. But then what kind of frequency are they getting bombarded with every time they play, right? So they, I think they saw a higher frequency of injuries for the San Francisco 49ers and they saw that there was different 5G towers all around and how that is affecting their health. These are really interesting phenomena at this point in time that we're really witnessing.
And how is this affecting everybody's health, even even the the top athletes, we think that they're healthy, but intracellular and cellular wise, that's not the case. So it all goes down to the mitochondria, right. So, so that that's the part that I always look at in terms of how the mitochondria is in a dysfunctional state and how these non-native BMF is actually causing more problem than anything else. Most people chase energy, performance and good cognitive function through stimulants, but that only gets you so far and depletes your system over time as it doesn't address the foundation of cellular energy, which is your mitochondria.
One of my favorite tools to boost cellular energy, mitochondrial function, reduce inflammation, and there's also a potent antioxidant that's methylene blue. Methylene blue is a fascinating molecule as it's able to grab onto electrons and donate them anywhere where they are required in the body, making it an awesome antioxidant and restores electron flow in the mitochondria, resulting in more cellular energy ATP. I love to use methylene blue, especially in times of high stress. It keeps my brain clear and energy sharp so I can perform my best no matter what life throws at me.
So if you want to explore the methylene blue that I use, head over to the description below and make sure to use the promo code attached to get a nice discount on your entire order. Yes, yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. There is just so much anecdotal evidence out there, you know, despite the studies being behind because they haven't done the research on purpose, it's being suppressed because they want to push this agenda forward with increasing the GS infinitely. You know, as you mentioned from 5G going to six GI mean who knows, you know and probably go to 7G next or whatever is.
This is not for the convenience of speed of Internet. You know, there is some greater grand scheme going on, you know, and I know that that this is used for surveillance, for control, you know, it's for their system specifically. I haven't personally noticed that my Internet has gotten faster. In fact, it feels like slower at times. So it kind of feels like, OK, I'm being bombarded by all of this EMF, but I'm not even benefiting from it in any way or form. It's just like, it's like almost like, OK, on your phone it shows that, Oh yeah, you have 5G signal.
But then yeah, that's just a sig. It just shows you like a symbol there. That doesn't mean necessarily that it's like the speed that is supposed to be outage and plus the biological consequences, you know that it has on our body. I remember back in the day, Jack Cruz was mentioning something about how the 4G affects the, the water molecule. And then he was saying about 5G affects the oxygen molecule. So then, you know, that becomes very, very concerning because when you think about OK, that the body relies on oxygen, you know, for running metabolism.
And when you are basically in a hypoxic state, your cells are literally depending like on glycolysis, right? And they can't run for long when and in an anaerobic state, eventually then that's where things begin to break down. That's where things start growing inside of the body that shouldn't be growing there. Not because that the cells are somehow dysfunctional, but the cells have to resort to a more suboptimal metabolism in order to keep basically the system alive. And that's just a nice reframing for people to understand that cancer is not necessarily something that there is something faulty with the system, but it's actually the body is designed to try and keep you alive for as long as possible.
And then when we create the right conditions in the body, then the body is then slowly overtime able to start reverting those cells back to healthy cells. And Carrie Bennett talked about that on my podcast as well, where she was saying how melatonin, for example, has been known for when they inject cells, cancer cells, like in a, in a dish, Petri dish, they notice that they revert back to like healthy functioning cells when they injected with melatonin. So it's absolutely incredible. It just shows you how the importance of melatonin, the importance of the circadian rhythm, the importance of like cycles, like night and day and everything that you're talking about.
Do you want to maybe like tell the audience though, like what are they doing in their everyday life? Where are they getting this exposure from? You know, just so they can get familiar. You already mentioned about the Bluetooth earphones, the wireless earphones. It's wild. I've never worn those ever in my life. I remember my friends started using them in the gym when I was like 17 years old. And that was like 13 years ago. And yeah, I was kind of jealous. I was kind of jealous. And I was thinking, you know, oh, yeah, maybe I should get a pair of like, Bluetooth earphones, but they were too expensive then.
You know, it was just these Doctor Dre, like, you know, overhead headphones, you know, like, they were like €300. It was like ridiculous. I didn't have the money back then to, to buy them. And so that was like, kind of like a blessing in disguise because I continued wearing like wired headphones in the gym. And then over time, as I learned more about all this stuff, I was lucky enough to discover about this subject before I started wearing them at all. So it's a kind of like a blessing, but you don't want to tell people where else are they getting this exposure from in their life?
Well, I'm going to be up front with everybody. I used to wear Bluetooth head devices all the time. When Apple Airpod came out, I thought that was the coolest thing ever, right? So that, that, that I wore and then after that second generation and then once I started soon realizing and what the impact of the non ADMF, I stopped wearing it, right. This including having a cell phone on my body, right. So it kind of gets a good stage of discussion about where are we getting all these non netted BMF exposures.
Our phone is probably the biggest issue that we're actually dealing with at this point in time. So cell phone versus Wi-Fi is also the difference in terms of, you know, what's more toxic in a scenario like this. Cell phone signals are much more toxic compared to the Wi-Fi signal. You're like what it is because when you talk about cell phone signals, it's not about the 5G. You have to talk about different signals coming from different towers to capture just to bring you that connection. But also let's just say if you have poor connections within the phone, what's going to happen?
The actual frequency is stronger. So that's another problem that we're dealing with. So when you are at home, I would recommend people putting the phone on a airplane mode. And if you are having to utilize Wi-Fi, that's probably the better way to do that because Wi-Fi you have a single signal you're dealing with, right? So that's a big difference in terms of the cell phone signal versus Wi-Fi though bad is just like which one's worse? That's the biggest thing that you're dealing at this point in time, right?
The second ways in terms of getting involved is obviously Wi-Fi. The 3rd it's in your car, right? You have a lot of these non ADMF sensors you're talking about also Bluetooth technology inside the car right now a lot of the car, the modern day cars also have a car play Apple Car play right, Android Auto also those are all not just Bluetooth, but it's also Wi-Fi signal that's could have to connect. That is how much of A data that has to be generated for the to the screen to emulate your exact copy of your phone itself.
So that's another problem, right? So it's it stinks because you need to use your navigation. Sometimes you want to see a screen, you don't want to be distracted. But this is all what's happening at this point in time. We're getting bombarded. The other thing that you get it really exposed to is from microwaves at home, right? If you're using microwave, for instance, right, It's not it's really toxic for you actually, right? I mean, growing up, I used to eat frozen food all the time. That's the only thing that I had to make, right.
But looking back, not only these radiation and then having to change the molecular and water structure within the food, you're also allowing these plastics, microplastics getting excreted into the food. And that's what you're also ingesting. So you're not only dealing with radiation at this point in time and poor food molecule, there's also toxic free cells. Now you're getting bombarded with these type of mycoplastic damages, right? That's impacting cells. And the interesting part about these mycoplastic is that it actually binds to your DNA.
It's called DNA adduct, right? So there already impacts that. The other ways you end up having to get impacted from non air BMF is power lines a big one but also smart meters right. If you actually a smart meter power up ways in terms of measuring your output of power at your house right. A lot of electrical companies and have to provide these things or power companies and these are all toxic for yourselves, right? So one of the things that I put in my question and asked my patients that when when I see patients who are very hypersensitive, I actually asked them, do you have power line going in your house?
Do you actually have a smart meter near your bed? Another thing that could be impactful is your HVAC machine or these condensers, if they're next to your head, especially like next to your bedroom wall, that's a huge issue. Those are all resonating, these magnetic magnetism, right? So I've seen apartment buildings where it gets flooded and they actually had these condensers on top of the roof. Forget about living there. You need to move out because that's going to be focal point for more to feed off that radiation is going to grow very, very rapidly, right?
So these are things that we see all the time. And and then, you know, again, this is a context from functional medic standpoint. Another thing that could be happening is when you travel, I think travel is the biggest issue. So especially when you're going into TSA security, one of the things that you shouldn't be doing is going to the body scanner, The amount of radiation and the damage you're getting and the frequencies you end up how to get exposed to based on your travel that is really dangerous for you.
I would not recommend doing that. One of the things that I opt to do these days is getting manual pat down. It's not the most pleasant feeling getting pat down in your private parts. But The thing is it's better than getting shot with the radiation in my standpoint, right? So those are things and you need to, again, you need to plan out very well. You need to get there at least an hour or two to get through security and getting that through because sometimes you might be waiting 20-30 minutes for the guy to to get through.
Like especially United States, there was a government shutdown, so the TSA was very slow. So getting through that security checkpoint was very poor. But these are things you have to also plan out. So all the things that you could do also is in your airplane. I made a post just recently about how much of A radiation and EMF exposure you're getting when you're flying. I actually took my EMF meter. The amount of radio frequency you're getting exposed to when you're flying is crazy. No wonder people getting wiped out after a flight.
It's not the fact that there's a circuit, there's also circadian within changes where you're going from one time zone to the other. That's number one. Number two is the fact that the amount of non-native VMF exposure you're actually having inside this tin can of an airplane and these radiation frequencies end up having to just bouncing off each other and you're the one who's getting the most amount of it. So one of the, if anyone out there want to go into my Instagram page, there's a link they could download about 12 tips they could do before you're flying.
But one of the things that could be really impactful for you is to recharge yourselves to increase that redox potential. How do you do that? Sunlight? And that's the main reason why I mentioned about the most impactful natural EMF is sun. For that reason, you need to be recharged, right? You structure the water properly and getting that through is going to be the most impactful part that you're going to do compared to doing many other things you could do there, right? You could wear the EMF blocking blankets or hats.
They do often help. I even wear these Lila Quantum. They do help, but nothing compares to what the sun actually provides and bring crowning, right? So these are things I really have to do. One of the things I also recommend doing is one of the things I do is I carry around this thing called a Tesla crystal made by a company called EMF rock. This is a, it's a, it's a naturally grounding rock that you could carry around and actually put it underneath my seat when I, I sit or I ended up having to put it right behind my back.
All right, that's been very helpful. And it's, and many of the doctors ended up having to use utilize this for anecdotal studies and they found out that adding in at least 4 bags of these inside a Tesla car, for instance, helps to be juiced EMF exposure drastically. That's how powerful it is. But we actually had the natural means of utilizing our natural EMF to negate these non-native EMF damage that we end up having to see. And then all the things you could do also is utilizing some of these things like Faraday back like I have, I got a cell phone around, but generally if I have to put the phone in my pocket, I do end up having to put the phone inside of a Faraday bag.
It's not that expensive these days. You could buy for like 15 bucks. So nice cloth $15 Faraday bag that you could put in, put your phone inside. It actually blocks out all cell phone signals. So you have many ways to do so. So, So what? So, So what that are you cannot be connected with other people. Is that really important compared to your health? So I think that's something that people need to really resonate, understand. Imagine a tablet that doesn't blast artificial blue light into your eyes, disrupt your sleep, or sabotage your health, but actually use the sunlight to power the display.
If you've been listening to this podcast, you already know how damaging constant artificial blue light can be on your circadian rhythm, your sleep, and your overall health. That's why I love my Paper 7 Tablet by Harborino. It's definitely one of the most interesting devices I've used in a while. The Paper 7 tablet uses something called an RLCD display, which means there is no backlight and essentially no blue light. Instead, it reflects ambient light just like paper. So the brighter your environment, the better the screen looks.
And unlike E Ink devices, which are slow and stuck in black and white, this gives you full color, a smooth 60 Hertz refresh rate, and the ability to run all of your favorite apps. It also comes with 8 gigabytes of RAM for smooth performance, a 7.8 inch display that's perfect for both reading and productivity, and at only 240 grams, it's easy to carry around anywhere. The battery life holds up really well too. You're getting around 10 hours of active use and up to 12 days on standby, so you're not constantly thinking about charging it.
For me personally, I like to use it a lot for writing, researching and preparing for my podcasts, basically all of my administrative work. And the best part is I can do all of that outdoors in natural light so I can actually support my biology while I work instead of fighting against it. And because the screen gets brighter in brighter environments, it's incredibly easy on the eyes, even in direct sunlight. I've also noticed that it naturally improves my nighttime habits because indoors, especially at night, the screen isn't overly bright or stimulating since it uses your environment, the power of the display, so it kind of guides you towards better sleep hygiene and healthier circadian rhythms without even trying.
At the end of the day, technology isn't going anywhere, so the goal is to find tools that work with our biology, not against it, and this is definitely one of those devices. You definitely want to hurry up and grab yours today as they are extremely popular and run out of stock really fast. The link will be in the description below alongside with a 15% discount code. You know, I don't know if you saw this one post on Instagram, there was a really great post brand was saying that they have made literally officially they're wrapping, they have made it into a Faraday like cage.
So basically you can put your phone inside of the wrapper so that you can totally take a break. So it was like, you know, literally the definition, like take a break, you know, have a Kit Kat. I mean, you could, you could wrap, you could wrap your aluminum, we could wrap aluminum foil around your phone as well. So I've seen, yeah, I've seen people end up you could use a nice thick, less than 1/4 of an inch a thickness of aluminum foil. And then you could put that behind a phone or for instance to kind of blocking that.
So I've seen woman's woman's purse actually having sheet of aluminum in there. But the easiest way to do it is getting a low cost Faraday back. You could put your phone in there, just protect yourself as much as possible. And and then another thing is that there's so many BS stuff out there, especially these EMS stickers, they don't work really don't. I've taken a EFF beater and they do nothing for do anything. So I don't care how much of A frequency is going to be changed into resonating to your own frequency, it's all BS.
I've never seen anything out there that actually works well compared to actually getting a Faraday back or you distancing yourself from the exposure. Yes. Do you want to go into a little bit about the inverse square law? Do you know much about it? Just so we can explain to the audience about, you know, the importance of distance, intensity, duration, you know, all this kind of stuff. Do you understand the inverse square law? So you're talking all contexts of it's just what Albert Einstein up have to mention about E equals MC square, right.
So you end up having to talk about the the distance of the frequency end up having to impact based on mass. So these are very much resonated with that. Am I an expert universal? Not at all. I'll, I'll be very upfront in terms of what I do, you know, and what I don't know and not something that I, I would not, but one of the things that I could be really helpful for listeners out there is that the more intense these radio frequency exposure is going to be, the, the more DNA and cellular damage you could be impacting there.
So one thing that I just mentioned before is either you block the signal or keeping a distance away as much as possible, right? So easiest thing to apply is to hardwire your entire house. If you're utilizing any type of Internet, that's the easy way to do so. And one of the things that I would highly recommend before even doing that, I mean that that's something you could do, hire a certified building biologist, have them come in and assess the type of EMF exposure. Actually having it at home. Anytime we work with a hypersensitive or M cast clients, for instance, or even severe mold issues, I do recommend them to hire a certified building biologist to come in and assess the type of electromagnetic frequency they're dealing with their right.
So these are #1 and also people who dealing with, I know there's a, there's a little tight tiny tip if any woman or, or families out there having infertility issues, definitely check for EMF exposure in the house, right? So if you are living near a power line, for instance, right next to your house, for instance, that's going to greatly impact not only the egg quality, but also the amount of sperm being produced. And so these are all radiation issues that impact in that. And so I've I've had. You know, 11 doctor end up having to mention about how one of our clients are being exposed to EMF issues for a long period of time because there's a power line going through the house that end up having to impact the fertility except for when they had moved the fertility level end up having to be improved and have to conceive.
So that's something that part that we really have to understand and what that is and and I think that's not really talked about, right. And why is there a modern day issue with infertility? I think that's the most impactful thing that we have to understand is about not only is it the fact that you have the environmental toxins and then xenoestrogens and other hormone disruptors is the fact that when you deal with non-native EMF, these are also affecting how hormones getting produced, right? Because it also affects the circadian rhythm, all interrelated in that sense of that.
So we're, we're not just a single being that we have to look at just one context of it. Everything I'm talking about right now, everything I talked about the last podcast, is interconnected into your well-being that we really have to look at the environmental impact that is. Yes, yes, absolutely. I mean the impact is literally like having a direct connection and influence on our biology. I mean, you can see that in nature, you see an animal that lives outside, you know, like a wild animal versus a domesticated animal.
Which one has more diseases? You know, you look at a wild animal, they rarely have any diseases until whether if they only if they're fighting or, you know, they happen to die like from some, you know, injury or something, or some cuts, you know, and they get infected and they die. But like otherwise they don't have like what we call these modern day Neolithic diseases, metabolic issues, like these weird, like autoimmune inflammatory issues. They don't have any of that because they're connected to the natural environment.
And as you explained beautifully throughout this entire episode, that the natural environment optimizes our biology in a really great way. And when we get our bare feet on the ground that we are connected with the sun simultaneously, we're able to build up our resilience to be able to tolerate more of these modern day stressors. But that doesn't mean that we can abuse these modern day stressors, especially if someone is trying to heal or get better from something. It's even more important to be like aware about this subject of what are the stressors actually doing to our biology, how it's affecting us on a cellular level.
And to minimize that and just do more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff. I always challenge people and you people can take note of what I'll just say right now. Write on a piece of paper how many things in a day you do. You can write at the top good and then one line down the middle and bad. And like, you can write all the good habits that you're doing every day versus all of the known bad habits because many people are not aware of the bad habits they're doing. Write them down and then compare how many of each you have.
And if you've got more bad stuff than good stuff, well, don't you know, don't wonder why you are not feeling great. You know, it's, it's literally that simple. And it's also got to do as well with your resilience buckets to begin with. How big is your resilience bucket? And that has to do with like so many different factors, whether you're how healthy was your mother, for example, how healthy are your mitochondria? What was your life like leading up to the point where you got sick? So there are just so many different things that people can pay attention to definitely.
Exactly. So if you look at the the overall issue dealing with some of the other countries who actually having infertility issues, I mean, that's the point that I want to really make right now is that especially like South Korea, there's a such a low levels of fertility at this point in time, right. But if you look at the context of how everything's interconnecting to the non-native EMF exposure from when they're riding a subway, everything including 6G technology that's being really pushed out at that point in time is a complete surveillance state.
The amount of infertility now is what you see where the fertility level is so low. Look at Japan, right? Look at modern day China, even United States in the modern day city of that, right? So these are things that really have to look at why non A/B MF independent to be impactful there. But I don't think people quite understand what's happening and why non A/B MFI think, I think we forgot to mention about how actually impacts the cellular is the fact that, you know, EMF end up having to cause more reactive opsin species and inflammation that goes on intracellularly there.
So when you talk about that and where is mitochondria more dense in that sense of it, right, Especially your heart, your brain and your reproductive organs. So that's where it should get affected there. So people really need to look at this in a bigger context in terms of getting your body back in order to increase your redox or energy production to negate the effect of it. You're going to get bombarded every everywhere else, right? It's not like you're going to be able to pack up your stuff and then live somewhere secluded.
I wish you can, but that's not to be the case. But one of the things I teach my clients is how do you build cellular resiliency to enhance your life and your quality so they could live your life and enjoy? That's the most impactful part there. I mean, we talked to all about this of non ABMF. It's going to freak everybody out, but it's not much you could do except for getting your body back in order and reducing the exposure of it as much as possible. I think that's the most impactful but most powerful thing that we could teach our clients out there.
And people need to know that they could make those switches very quickly. Everybody knows about vitamin C, but have you ever heard about vitamin G? I'm talking about grounding. We know that oxygen is important for our survival, but what if I told you that grounding is just as foundational for our health? Your body is literally a battery and needs to be recharged every single day. Modern life, depleted fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, and restlessness. These all sound like a charge deficiency to me.
You see, grounding is it's not optional, it's foundational. This is why I make sure to get my bare feet on the ground every single day and to ensure that I stay grounded 24/7 like our ancestors did. I use my favorite grounding sheet as I sleep to keep me connected to the earth at all times. Check out my favorite grounding mats and sheets that I use on a daily basis by heading over to the description below and make sure to use the promo code attached to get a massive discount on your entire order.
Yes, I want us to summarize the the practical steps again towards the end, just before we finish, just to make it in a nice list for people to really remember. But for the for the mechanism of action specifically, if I understand correctly, is that the non-native BMF obviously because it's non-native to our planet and to our biology, it's something where our biology gets stressed out and it doesn't understand. Therefore, in response to that, it freaks out and produces, as you mentioned, like an inflammatory response or the free radicals that are produced are different in contrast to the free radicals we produce from exercise or from food or whatever.
So the, the signal that the mitochondria are getting is like more damaging. And then we know, as you mentioned, if you damage your mitochondria, you lose either your cognitive function or your heart begins to suffer or you have like reproductive issues. And as you mentioned, like we need like mitochondria for everything in the body. And they're literally the powerhouses, you know, of the cell. And the other thing you mentioned was the voltage gated calcium channels as well. It allows the influx of calcium into the cells.
Does this like make the cells like somehow contract or somehow not allow nutrients, you know, waste to get out what's actually happening, you know, with this calcium entering the cells? Yeah. So, so non NVMF actually disrupts something called the voltage sensitive calcium ion channel and it's bound within this your cellular membrane. And what what basically you just mentioned about the influx of calcium, these calcium end up having to penetrate through the mitochondria through something called the mitochondrial calcium unit porters or MCU's.
Basically it destabilized the mitochondrial function on top of the fact that it changed the membrane potential drastically increasing reactive oxygen species that's happening there. So basically goes into a loop when you're getting exposed to radio frequency that this radiation opens the voltage calcium ion channels and there's an excess of calcium coming in. Calcium overlows the mitochondria, the membrane depolarizes right and enhances reactive oxide species to be forming. And when you increase that reactive oxide species, there's more oxygen damages and then there's a whole cyclical of problem there.
So the mitochondria is basically the is a electrical nanobattery. You have to think about this and it's it also creates but also stores immense amount of potential energies, electrical currencies within the membrane and it's only about nanometer thick. Unfortunately, mitochondria gets short circuited basically, right but from this calcium influx and this is where the membrane potential right low V dox end up having to occur and it's disrupts the entire cell membrane process. So not only that, it also damages the cell membrane integrity at the same time, right?
So when that actually happens to cell to cell communication also lacks many cases. This is why working on the cell membrane is such a critical part to building that cellular resiliency. Why I recommend doing some type of a lipid membrane therapies or supplementation by utilizing phospholipids, right, Adding an essential fatty acids or such a critical part, including eating a bright amount of seafood, especially fish, right? That DHA is more the healthiest thing to do for your, for your cell membrane.
But what it does, it helps to retain that cellular cellular electrical charge in, right? And that's going to really give you the waste and doesn't build that cellular resiliency there. So food really matters. Light really matters as well as one of the things that we kind of talked about and we didn't really talk about fully is how water impacts and how impacting of hydration, right? One thing that I noticed that people who are overly bombarded with the tsunami and and mass out issues that they have hydration problem.
And one of the things that I quickly look at, one of the things, you know, you could ask, you know, how hydrate you are? Are you feeling thirsty? But one of the things that we could also look at is looking at laughs. And there's the part that I had to look up myself and how that resonated to it. If you see how BUN and creatine ratio, we see that it's a cellular dehydration from non-native BMF and water disorganization, right? So you could take a look at blood markers and really see what kind of damage you're dealing with on top of the fact that when they actually have electrolyte supplementation they're doing and often times they're still dehydrated or not fully hydrated, that's where the water structure cannot hold a charge and is damaged, right?
So this is where circadian with is really important, exposed to near infrared light, which I'm using right now as we speak. And one of the things that could be really impactful is also adding in structured water in your daily lives. Or there's a device called my you, there's all the devices out there, but it basically is recharging that water because generally normal water is dead. It's not able to hold that charge. So when you have non-native BMF exposure, the issues that the water structure end up having to change.
However when you're adding in structural water is able to be
utilized but it could be organized and formed by utilizing natural EMF there, right? So sunlight mentioned about like the natural EMF from grounding, for instance, proper ways into the exposure of these things can actually help with structural water formation in the cells, right? We forget to think about how our mitochondria cells are also making water, right? These are all structural water in that sense. And then when you have easy water, or at least a structural water actually has the proper electromagnetic properties, which is able to create coherency and as well as to hold onto the electrical energy state that's really impactful for your cells there.
So this is how you properly hydrate for your cells rather than just adding electrolytes and then just plain water in that sense of them, right? And you could tell based on how you're feeling, how you are. One of the things I actually recommend doing is see how you feel after getting a spoonful of salt with structured water. If you feel energized and then relieved and calm, that means that you've been dehydrated and you utilizing wrong water the whole time. And often times when I work with these type of hypersensitive clients, making sure they're grounded properly on a daily basis, they are getting enough adequate amount of sunlight as well as adding in proper hydration makes a huge impact of how they are feeling and then how they're also control the symptoms.
Your blue light blockers, they're a scum. No, seriously, use this RGB test on the screen to see if your red lens blue light blocking glasses actually work. If you can see any of the green or blue light on the screen, that means your blue light blocking glasses are not protecting your melatonin. Most people know about the harms of artificial blue light, and so people go and buy blue light blocking glasses thinking they're all blue. Light blocking glasses are created equally. Unfortunately, they're not, and I'm specifically referring to the red lens blue light blocking glasses for the evening because one of the biggest game changers anyone can do for their health is to block artificial blue light, especially after sunset.
You see, if your red lens blue light blocking glasses allow blue and green light through your eyes will still be picking up that signal. So your brain will basically think that it's still daytime. We know that sunlight is important, but the absence of artificial blue light and blue light in general after sunset is a biological necessity. And a good pair of blue light blocking glasses in this modern world filled with artificial blue light is an absolute non negotiable. So if you want to experience better sleep, mood, and energy levels, you need to be optimizing your circadian rhythms and that is by respecting the light and dark cycles.
This is why I use and trust Viva arrays. There are three in one. Blue light blocking glasses give you full time protection from artificial blue lights. You basically get 3 pairs of blue light blocking glasses for the price of 1. So if you wish to explore the blue light blocking glasses which I just talked about, head over to the description below and make sure to use the promo code attached to get a nice discount on your entire order. Yep, a lot of people don't realize that the body actually, as you mentioned, the mitochondria like make their own water.
Like cellular hydration literally depends on the mitochondria. A beautiful podcast that I did with Carrie Bennett, she talked about how the water that we drink hydrates the blood and the lymphatic system. So sort of think about the water that's coming from outside is nurturing the sea inside of our body. So that's the blood in the lymphatic system. And then she likes to look at the more like the ground based minerals like Shilajit, for example, hydrating the body or nurturing the cell. So she likes to see it as a land based minerals and ocean based minerals, right?
So the ocean based minerals is more like you're salting your electrolytes, hydrating your blood in your lymphatic system. And that of course can contribute to cellular hydration. I'm not saying that it doesn't, but I think the majority of the hydration of cell occurs within itself and due to good and well functioning metabolism. You know, when the mitochondria and another very important thing that you mentioned there was about the fact that that exclusion zone water that the mitochondria makes also protects that amount of electricity and voltage to not escape the mitochondria and also fry the entire cell.
Because as you mentioned, there is immense power found in this small amount of space. Like I believe it's something like, you know, bolt of lightning or something like that within, you know, 1 mitochondria. And I think it's mentioned in, I think in the book called Power, Sex and Suicide. I think that's, that's the word, the name of the book. And yeah, and it explains how that there is such density, such power inside the mitochondria that basically it can literally electrocute the entire system if it was to escape.
So your body has these protective mechanisms to not allow that voltage or that energy to escape. And so then you've got that protective layer of easy water. And then of course, as you mentioned, you've got the lipid bilayer of the cells. So you've got all these protective layers protecting the body from becoming electrocuting itself, basically having a brownout because of all of this electricity escaping. And when you see someone under these cameras which they can capture where it shows the biophoton emission, if someone is emitting too many biophotons, that means that they are having too much inflammation.
That means that there are energy is literally leaking from their cells. And the less biophotons you're able to see through that camera, that means the more, yeah, concentrated the energy is actually where it should be. So that's like a really another fascinating thing. But to make it more relatable for people like this entire discussion, if you are experiencing any headaches, migraines, you know, any like swelling in the throat, you know, like if you feel like you can't swallow, for example, or if you feel like you're swallowing all the time, that could be a sign of like a swollen thyroid.
Like there is so many things that the EMF's actually impact in our everyday life and we don't, we kind of like necessarily pinpoint there is this one thing because there is just so you know, health is multifactorial. But there is definitely one thing that we are using all the time, as you mentioned, and that's our cell phone. And going back to that inverse square law where the closer we are to the source of the radiation, the greater the exposure, therefore the greater the consequences, all the damage, but also the duration matters as well.
So what is important to take away from our entire discussion today? It's like, OK, distance as far away as we can from the source of the problem, the source of radiation, like protect or block or shield as much as we can. But obviously you need to do that in a clever and wise manner because that can backfire at the same time, especially if you make like a home, like a Faraday cage, but then you are using devices indoors and then the EMF is bouncing around in your house and it can't escape. That can be another issue.
So the house has to be grounded and there has to be like a building biologist, as Doctor John mentioned, the grounding, the sunlight, for example, for that redox potential to build that, that charge, to charge your cellular battery so you can become more resilient. So you are not so hypersensitive to these Emfs. Because as as Doctor John mentioned, these things are not going anywhere in our life. We're exposed to them all the time. Modern life has sort of forced technology upon us. And now it's almost impossible to live without a cell phone, impossible to live life, you know, without a laptop, without Wi-Fi, all this kind of stuff.
In a way, it's a blessing in disguise, but it's also a curse. So that means that we must learn how to use it responsibly, otherwise it will destroy our biology. And that was the whole point of our discussion today, that it comes with consequences just because we can't see it immediately or see like, some visible damage happening, like on our skin. Oh, that. I wanted to ask you one last question actually, because now I remember, talk to me a little bit about like, aging that you are seeing around today.
Have you noticed that people are aging more rapidly? You know more than ever, like losing hair, graying, the skin is becoming dry. Like why do you think that? Is that's where the cellular potential end up having to lacking, right. So you're talking about collagen production and we talked about how collagen production is all related to the piezoelectric. So when you're getting bombarded with this non-native EMF that already short circuits that entire process. So it actually effects collagen production.
And we talked about how the use of the natural EMF, right? And, and when you're tapping to piezoelectric, that actually helps to increase healing process on the skin. And this is a test that's done by Doctor Robert Becker. So this is the reason many reason why. And then the second thing is that modern day in terms of the food that we are eating and then the type of fat that we eating as well is also affecting it. So many cases in terms of why people getting aging faster than anything at this point in time.
Yeah, exactly. I, I just wanted to mention it because I just noticed on social media, like I follow many people, right, who are influencers in the space, especially in the circadian health space. And I just noticed so many people are aging like really, really rapidly. You know that like I've known for a few years and I, I just feel like either they're going towards burnout because, you know, they're pumping out too much content or, you know, they're not staying on top of things or because, you know, we are advocates of not using the Emfs, right?
But then again, we have to use EMS for our work. So that's kind of like you need to learn how to find the balance and, and determine, OK, like how much good time am I having in my life versus how much like negative, you know? So you need to really be very vigilant and aware and responsible with your usage. I think for the average user, if you can get rid of your wireless earphones, that would be amazing. Stop frying your brain, you know, with the EMS, because of course they're communicating one to another, the earphones, but they're also sending the signal back to your phone.
Stop wearing like the phone on your body. Like keep the phone out of your bedroom if you can. If you can't keep it out of your bedroom, put it on flight mode. Then if you have an Apple phone, you need to make sure you're going to the settings to turn off the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth, because sometimes the airplane mode doesn't turn off automatically. Everything, unfortunately, on Android, I've seen that it isn't really an issue. But yeah, those are kind of like the main things. And get grounded, get the sunlight, honor your sleep, your circadian rhythms.
And if you do that, then, you know, maybe you can get away with some stuff, but you can't get away with things if your body is more fragile and it becomes more fragile the more stress you put on it. And these non-native electromagnetic fields are everywhere and they're advancing all of the time. And so This is why even if you live the healthiest, healthiest life possible, if you live in a city, you you don't compare to yourself as the same person living in nature or out of the city. It's like your biology is completely different.
It's the same thing as eating, like when you eat your meal in the morning versus eating your meal at night. Your biology is completely different. It's the same thing with Emfs, except Emfs are always a problem. So you have to connect with the natural Emfs and distance from the non-native EMS. I think that's kind of like the main message of the entire episode. Do you have anything to add, Doctor John, before we close out the? Actually, Joe Special mentioned about living in the city. If you look at the cases of COVID that actually happened back five years ago and why there's such a high level is that when you're getting the city life and getting exposure to EMF, it also impacts the person's immune system.
So Doctor Becker, for instance, he actually found out in studies looking at how the lymphocyte activity and altered T cells, including the immune surveillance I mentioned about and the early parts of the this discussion being impacted from chronic EMF exposure we're dealing with. And that having to directly response to what's happening right now is the cell danger response state. I think that's not topic that we discussed about. Maybe if you want to have me again for talking about cell danger response, but everything we're dealing with from the environmental standpoint, it impacts how the cells are feeling and functioning.
So when you're getting involved in terms of the chronic exposure point, in terms of the infertility problem, the hypersensitivity issues you're dealing with right now, and then all these different modern disease states are all related to the artificial EMF exposure we're getting soap bombarded with. And we cannot get through overall healing recovery unless we build cellular resiliency and reducing exposure as much as you can, right? So just as what Andreas has mentioned about, I recommend really doing a audit of your House of what's what you getting exposed to, what you could get rid of, right?
That's including getting rid of every possibly everything, including wired chargers and things like that away from your bedroom, right? Especially what you mentioned about cell phone wise, it should never be inside the bedroom. If you're going to do it, I'll probably recommend putting it in a Faraday bag and just leave it alone. But you should never be charging your cell phone and utilizing that as an alarm. Alarm clock. You could buy a cheap alarm clock for less than $10 and that's be the most impactful part that's not connected to the battery run alarm clock.
That could be more helpful for your sleep then utilizing these things as well. So and then also assess your house all around, hire a building biologist to come in and assess what type of dirty electricity you're getting exposed to. How does impacting your sensitivity to different chemicals and mold issues and such. That could be also helpful there. And if your biohackers out there, experienced biohackers experienced bio contracts and you know what's going on, however, you're not getting feeling optimal, probably it's because of the EMF exposure you're getting that's not been really looked into how the it's impacting from your environment to your body.
And really one thing that I also recommend is looking at your cellular function as well. So you mentioned about how the leaky portion of the cell membrane. I mentioned about that as well. One of the critical thing that I run is something called red blood cell fatty acid analysis. You can actually analyze the state of the someone's cell membrane based on that. Advanced testing has come from a, a testing from modality from Saint Johns, I'm sorry, from John Hopkins University. It's called Kennedy Krieger testing.
It checks for, usually for epigenetic or some type of a genetic this dysregulation that goes on, but we're looking at the impact of the how the state of the cell membrane is and showing how well the amount of conscious functioning as well. Especially when you talk about a depolarized stable in the cell membrane, the cell membrane gets really stiff. So that particular test also checks for fluidity index or how flexible your cell membrane is to allowing nutrients and nutrients out. When the cell membrane is depolarized, cell membrane is very stiff, right?
Actually increases phospholipids and ceramide production within the cell membrane. So stiffens up that also changes the electrical currency charge with the cell membrane, right cell to cell communication is also getting bombarded. And when you're getting overexposed to that, this is going to cause many things including changes the DNA methylation, including issue dealing with dangerous social signaling that goes on the cells and it could be all pushed around because of non-native exposure. So when you have to assess why you're getting sick and what's happening in your body, not only you have to look at the biotoxin issues, but we're looking at how you're exposure, dealing with non-native MF and how things that could be affecting that and things to be moved in the house could be most impactful for you rather than just taking supplements along.
Yes, really, really great points. I another great point that you brought up there actually, which I forgot about to ask you was about the electric fields. And that's a really great point because if you address the radio frequencies, I think it's important to make the distinction to the audience. You have like three types of EMF. You have the radio frequencies, which is coming from the cell phones, the cell towers, everything that requires connection pretty much right, Like your like your car antenna, for example.
But then you've got the electric fields and then you've got the magnetic field. So you've got like these three types of EMF and they're all problematic in different ways, especially if they're non-native. But as you mentioned at the beginning, the the earth has all of that native stuff, all the good stuff, but it doesn't have any of the bad stuff. And our bodies is supposed to be attuned to the good stuff. Basically the sun and the Schumann resonance and how the heart and brain are also running or should be running on the same 7.83 Hertz, which creates this cellular coherence and the coherence with our environment.
But when you're exposed to something like a simple as a fan, for example, like a spinning fan in your bedroom, it can be creating a massive magnetic field, for example. And that could be disrupting your your health and depending on where the wire is running, is the is the device grounded and is your grounding even good in your walls? Like there is like it goes so deep. This subject goes really, really deep. I think the most important thing is to be aware, not get paranoid because at the beginning when I started learning about everything, I was starting to get paranoid and I was thinking, OK, what am I going to do?
And especially when I lived in an apartment building and I couldn't control my environment and I knew that I'm laying next to a wall and I don't know what's on the other side of that wall. That's it like a really big issue. You know, it is, is there like many wires inside that wall? Is there plugs next to the bed? Another thing here in Cyprus, for example, the plugs, you can turn them on and off. There is a switch, but I know in many countries, like when I went to Costa Rica, you'd only have the just the part where you plug it in.
There's no way to turn it on and off. That means the flow of electricity is constantly flowing through the plug. And I tested like the EMF here in Cyprus on the plugs with the, the plug on the electric field went up like really, really much when I had the EMF meter closed. And when I turned it off, it went very, very low. So it just shows you, if you have that capacity to control whether your plug is on and off, that's amazing because then you can reduce your exposure massively. So always turn everything off in the night, especially if you're not using it.
It's better if the currents of the electricity is not flowing through the wires because many devices do not ground the devices properly. So that that means that the electric field is leaking from the wire and from the device. And also another good tip is never use your laptop while it's charging because especially if it's like ungrounded or if it's not on a grounded prong because then all the electricity will be flowing there exactly where you are putting your wrist and your fingers and you'll be exposed.
So that's always try and use like a wired mouse. If you can't try not use wireless. So this goes so, so far, right? Because as I mentioned, I start going through the rabbit hole. I told you a couple of things and I mentioned about the laptop and I realized, oh, people are using wireless mouses, wireless keyboards, wireless headphones, wireless microphones. So it goes so, so deep. It's in every aspect of your life. So most important, try and get rid of the things that you use most often because that is the most important thing because it remember that consistency beats perfection.
And then slowly, slowly get into nature just like as Doctor John Kim mentioned. So thank you so much, Doctor John. Where can people find you, connect with you, and work with you well? Andreas, thank you so much for again for inviting me. For people out there wanting to find who I am and where to find me is my website doctorjohnkim.com. I'm also very active on Instagram. My Instagram handle is John dot Farm DPHARMD. Amazing, amazing. I will make sure to put your links in the description below, as well as the previous podcast episode that we did.
That was a really great one. And this was a really awesome 1A really foundational episode about the subject of EMFI. Think this is like the first official podcast episode I've done dedicated to EMF solely. So I this is going to be a great 1 and I look forward to sharing it with the audience. And thank you so much. And of course, I would love to have you on again. Thank you so much. Appreciate this.
