This is the Fitness Wisdom podcast.
Hello, Doctor Jack Ruiz, welcome back to the Fitness Wisdom Podcast. Thank you for being here. No problem. You know, after our previous discussion that we did about the body being a deuterium depleting machine, that episode will be releasing next week, by the way, so I'll share it on Twitter so we can get the word out about that one. But a bunch of other questions. You sparked my train of thought. And then they came to my mind about the architecture outside of our body. You know how we talked about the architecture inside of our body last time?
And so yeah, I was thinking about about all these megalithic structures around the world. And then you made a tweet maybe a week ago or two weeks ago Where you. You were talking about this hexagon on Jupiter and how? The same thing is actually happening inside of our body, and I found that absolutely fascinating. And so I feel like this entire discussion today is going to be centered around magnetism organization. Shape, sound. Do you want to maybe talk a little bit about what's actually happening on Jupiter and maybe how that relates to what's happening inside of our body?
Well, I mean, you have to remember magnetism is a fundamental force in nature. Sound is not. But this is the interesting thing, and I think it was 2014 or 15, Ohio State University found out that acoustic phonons are controlled by magnetic fields. So this spurred that. This was the science that was behind cymatics. Cymatics are are a branch of acoustic physics that basically show when you put a different frequency through music or sound, you get different geometric arrangements of matter. So there's a really famous video that is out there that maybe you can link in the show notes on YouTube, what's called Cymatics, and they show you all these different frequency changes and they show you how it changes all the morphology.
So there is a fundamental tie for magnetism and morphology, but it's through acoustic phonons. And what people don't realize that magnetism is magnetism scales at all levels here, and it scales not only. You know, from the planetary level, because that's really what I focus in on. Why? Because we're living beams on this planet. But you can see this effect happening in other planets, even in our our solar system because they have different magnetic footprints. Like the biggest difference, the thing that has the most magnetic field in the, in the solar system is the sun.
The second biggest one is Jupiter, and we can see Jupiter's magnetic flux changes how it changes size and shape from the size of Jupiter's Great Red Spot. You can also see it from the the Aurora that's present at the poles, both the South and North Pole. So for example, on Jupiter we have a hexagon structure. It's actually moved from a Pentagon to a hexagon over the last 40 or 50 years. So what does that tell us? It tells us that the field on Jupiter is just like Earth. It's not stable, meaning that it's variable.
And this is a point that I think has been lost on all the influencers in this space, that they don't understand that there's an underlying thread, biophysically, of actually how magnetism really works. And I've actually been laying that out to people that this ties to what humans have faced in the past when we've gone through magnetic excursions. And I think. Ethical Skeptic and Ben Davidson have tried to get people interested on the Cataclysm side. The Cataclysm side is not interesting to me. Why?
Because if we die, the story's over. Nobody cares about that issue. What people care about is what happens to us when the field is dynamic outside of us. That, to me, is the single most important story. So the interesting part of ancient civilizations is to see how many civilizations over, say, the last 15,000 years have had to deal with this. There's a lot of data in archaeology that the way it's spewed out in textbooks is the centralized viewpoint, you know, kind of like the Rockefeller view viewpoint.
But it doesn't have. The biophysics pin to it, Why? Because if it had the biophysics pin to it, you we begin to realize the biochemistry really isn't a fundamental science of biology. And when I say something like that, it sounds crazy in the beginning, but it's really not. And part of the reason for that. And this, this will show you how deep a dive I take I'm. Teaching my members right now about cultures and the civilizations that have been on the border of the SAA. That's our red spot on this planet for the last 15,000 years.
Those people are the Peruvians, the Nubians, the Egyptians, and the Mayans. Those are the four that you should focus it on. You can also put technically the Toltecs. The Aztecs and and. The the people of Paracas, because those are the people that likely built Machu Picchu. And one of the things that you see was all of the boundary conditions of these ancient civilizations. They all organize around a single idea and they left their best ideas not in their biology. The only only people that left it in their biology was the Paracas people.
This is why they have the elongated skulls. This was a big clue that no, this wasn't as extraterrestrial like many of the retards out there want to say. This actually was a very terrestrial problem. And in fact, that's the irony of the story. When the magnetic Dynamo gets weak. Collagen is a CIS chemical, meaning it's a chiral chemical that use ICISC physics to operate. And what does that mean? It means that the game of life inside of us is to use paramagnetic atoms. So when I did my big hack on the periodic table 2025 years ago, I started to look.
Inside of physics for ideas that would link this story. Why? Because if you understand that physics is the fundamental science of biology, you have to have a grand unified theory of what links what's happening in the Milky Way to Jupiter, to Pluto, to Earth, but also to your mitochondria. Like that story has to have a string that goes all the way through it. That makes sense. And how I started my journey here was actually on what I was an expert in, which was the biology. And I realized very, very quickly by studying life from a physics lens that life has a bias towards paramagnetic atoms.
And I thought that that was very interesting. And then I jumped on that rabbit hole and the same thing that you asked me about acoustic phonons and cymatics and all that is true. What does paramagnetic mean? Paramagnetic basically means that the valence electrons of these atoms both spin up OK or down. They're not anti parallel. And when you understand that, you say, wait a minute, that tells us that these atoms are paying attention to a Dynamo. But it also means something even bigger. It means that.
Life organized around when the magnetic field was strong and relatively uniform. So it gave me the question. In my mind, well, what happens when the magnetic field isn't strong and isn't stable? So I started to look back in the history of Earth when that was the case. In the most interesting place that I stopped on was the period right before the came rain explosion. And I thought to myself, well, this now begins to make a lot of sense because the Neoprotozoic period is a time on Earth that was about 1 billion years ago all the way up until the came rain explosion, which is about 500 and 45160 million years ago, where the Earth's magnetic field was 90% reduced compared to how it is today.
So in other words, we're almost like Mars. What was the state of biology at that time? The state of biology at that time was just Archaea and bacteria. It wasn't complex. So what happens in terms of? This period to Cambrian we get a huge change in the magnetic field. What happens, we don't know this for sure, but this is what the belief is today in physics books is that the outer core of the planet, or I should say the inner core solidified and that changed the outer core so that it started to work again.
And what happened immediately is the planetary magnetic field became much. Stronger when very, very high. So high that we have another period called the Carboniferous period. That's after the Cameron explosion that shows that oxygen levels went up to 35%. And we have these gigantic things in biology. That are highly complex so immediately I started to link these these ideas together and I said. A. The magnetic field on the planet is not stable and has not been stable from the beginning. And it turns out that from most of the period.
While Earth was formed, Earth did not have a strong magnetic field. If it did, it would have had. Complex life on it a long time ago. So if you remember the journeys that I've talked about it a. Lots of other podcasts. I told you there's guys along the way that were very influential in my thinking about this process, and Nick Lane was one of the big guys in the early days who influenced me. He wrote two key books that really got me to diverge from his ideas. He wrote a book called Oxygen, and then he wrote a book.
Called power, sex and suicide in those books I saw something between his words that he still hasn't seen to this very day. He thought that oxygen was the key to complex life forming on earth through mitochondria. And I did not and the reason why is because Nic doesn't have a mastery of biophysics. And I began to realize from reading all this stuff much earlier on from the Russians that the biophysics was the base layer. Biochemistry was the layer that you could see in in life, but you could never explain life from the biochemical standpoint.
And one of the key things that I realized from reading Nick Lane's book was what the key difference was in this oxygen story. Oxygen, when the magnetic field is strong, is in the triplet state, which means the two electrons go up and down. I should say up. I apologize for that. I don't want to make this confusing, but they both spin this way up when the magnetic field is weak, it spins like that. That singlet oxygen that creates oxygen fires. These are all the fires that you hear about from the biochemistry guys.
The interesting thing is if you open up any biochemistry book today, right now, centralized since the flexion report doesn't matter which one it is, you never get this nuance in the biochemistry. OK. And, and you have to remember what is Nick Lane, University College of London, biochemist, That's really what he is. So why is he always missed this story? For the same reason I'm telling you Because. His education was biochemistry first, and what was the key part of my journey was erasing all the biochemistry and realizing that there's a trend that goes from the periodic table.
To the the Galaxy, to the solar system, to our mitochondria. And what is that link? The fact that life is racist in how it uses hydrogen and also how it uses paramagnetic atoms and when you. Realize that is the key, then guess what happens the. Whole game flips. Why? Because then you begin to look at a mitochondria. Very different. You go back and look at what Lynn Margulis said about endosymbiosis, and you have to remember that she was ostracized by many of the people who taught Nick Lane biochemistry.
In fact, her own husband at the time, who is Carl Sagan, also thought she was crazy. And it turns out she is the one lady that got it really correct. So then I dove into my my thinking was she she stumbled on something that was really big, that endosymbiosis was a merger of the two original pagrangians, both Archaea and bacteria. Then it got me thinking. We know that mitochondria showed up much later than endosymbiosis occurs. This is something that also Nicolae has gotten wrong, and we now have papers that prove that.
Back in 2025, years ago, when I was doing all this stuff, I had the sense that mitochondria came much later than everybody thought with endosymbiosis. Why? Because this would have been a very messy process in the great Oxygenation event. And remember, what's the base case that we know on Earth axiomatically to be true is there was an oxy like everybody assumes that for most of the Earth's period that oxygen is on the planet. It's just not true. And that means that we had a period more from 0 all the way up to 35 and then back to 2122% oxygen.
So that means that the story is extremely messy. And also, it tells you that something had to be behind the driving force to make the number go from zero to 35 and the 22. And I realized very quickly what the answer of that was. It was the state of the magnetic Dynamo. And I didn't have any hardcore proof that I could come on a podcast to say I was right until 2025. And then magically, a paper shows up in Scientific Advances that says something radical in physics that physicists have just figured out that oxygen levels on Earth are dynamically coupled to the Dynamo on the planet.
And soon as I read the paper, I was like, that's it. Now I know everything that I believe is correct and everything that Nick Lane, Doug Wallace, I mean, all the people that I think are brilliant thinkers in biology, they're all missing the biggest piece. And this is the biggest piece. So what did I start doing? For my members, my readers of the Patreon blog, I knew. That this was going to get really messy for people, so I had to take them back and explain what really happened in the Great Oxygenation event.
Probably the first podcast for I tried to do that was a podcast I did with Nick Jehomes. He's a pH D researcher. He's also by training an evolutionary biologist and he asked me a very interesting question. He wanted to talk about the left in Milano court and pathway. But what did I do to Nick in that podcast? I made him start where he wasn't. He was not fast. All with the science. And this is the interesting thing about evolutionary biologist. Remember they seem to be good from Cambrian explosion down.
But what did I? Get him to do hey, let's go Cambrian explosion up because you have to understand what the issue is and when you start from the basics. The basics of this system really start with a guy's theorem called Carnot. He's a French guy, and I've written extensively about it. I did a lecture from my members three or four years ago that's even pinned on my Instagram thing. It's called the Cruise for Dummies lecture. And in that lecture I lay out the base case for the binary code of life between H plus deuterium and actually the Dynamo.
The the interesting part is I didn't really talk too much about the Dynamo in that lecture. Why? Because how I started to think about this came from another physicist that's jumped into biology, Jamal Khalili. Jamal Khalili is a, he's a quantum physicist, used to be a nuclear physicist, but he also knows a lot about Carnot's theorem. And when you understand that the magnetic Dynamo is very dynamic, you have to understand what the dynamism is in that system. So I started to think about how would Carl Sagan, Jim Al Khalili, and Jack Cruz sit down and try to explain this thread that I'm telling you goes through the whole thing.
And I came up with the idea from listening to Rodger Penrose talk about The Big Bang theory. And The Big Bang exemplifies a really interesting thing in physics. All of us seem to think that the. Laws of physics are what they are at all scales. Meaning when the environment it doesn't matter what the environment is, the laws of physics are the same. The Big Bang theory teaches a very big lesson that that's not true. Why? Because when scale shrinks, the electromagnetic force and the weak force look the same.
But when you have post inflation, that means when The Big Bang explodes, something magically happens in the weak force. OK, the weak force changes and that Electro weak phase is in the Lagrangian equation that I've been sharing quite a bit. But I know most people are in biology they don't really like when I talk about the science. This is made-up by SU2 and U1 symmetry. This. Is not a microplastic gum, it's a natural resin from the mastic tree. Stray from nature. Most modern chewing gums are built around synthetic bases and artificial ingredients.
Mastic gum goes back thousands of years. A plant resin that delivers a completely different chewing experience. It's not just something that you chew, it's literally a workout for your mouth. The firm texture of mastic gum challenges your jaw muscles, giving your chewing system a natural form of resistance training while encouraging saliva production and supporting A healthier oral environment. And here is where it actually gets interesting. Chewing is one of the strongest. Sensory inputs Connected to your nervous system, Mastic gum activates the trigeminal nerve, the nerve responsible for much of your jaw and facial sensation, which communicates with brain pathways involved in relaxation and vagus nerve activity, helping support a more parasympathetic state for people like myself.
Focused on metabolic health, cellular Wellness, and optimizing my daily routines, Mastic Gum is a simple ritual that combines ancient tradition with modern science. Thank you Greco Gum for sponsoring the show. So as the universe expands and it cools. Spontaneous symmetry begins to break. It breaks in physics because of the Higgs mechanism, which I think most people know.
I think we're what, 12 years ago on July 4th? Because today's July 3rd it was discovered. And what happens then? The field condenses into something called the Bose Einstein condensate. And this gives mass to West and Z bosons, which are the weak force carriers in physics. And all while this happens, photons remain massless. But this mechanism in The Big Bang I realize by understanding the physics really jumping down a very deep rabbit hole. It breaks symmetry of nature and it does it because it separates the forces in nature so.
I developed at that time an analogy that The Big Bang was like a heated magnet and the high temperature meant that it was symmetric, meaning there was no poles and when we got. Cooling. There was a broken rotational symmetry poles. Meaning North and South emerged. That means that magnetism also at that time would have emerged even in a warm environment, because most people know on Earth that cold links to magnetic fields through the Curie Point temperature. But I knew through the process that Penrose clued me in that The Big Bang had to have some type of magnetic factor tied to it to get the morphology of the universe.
And I had to figure that out before I could figure out how size and safe changes in a mitochondria made sense through the same science. So I started to go through first principle illustration in my own brain from ferromagnetism that I knew about. Just like I mentioned to you before, the Curie temperature is very interesting. Thermal fluctuations average out spins in atoms, remember? Now we're talking about the quantum spin state again. This is called isotropy. OK, So when spins align. In an atom, it means that this also breaks symmetry, and this creates macroscopic order.
That's the order that you just. Asked me about like Jack, how does magnetism create order in chaos? And it turns out The Big Bang explains that because it turns out that magnetic fields order electrons spin. That's how it happens. And when magnetic fields interact and cause electron spin to order, energy is released as the system minimizes its own free energy. So what happens as the energy is released? That's the energy or entropy drop that's leads to what we call heat change. That's in physics called enthalpy.
And why is all this random talk that you could probably see why now? I don't talk about this too often because it's complicated. What happens? Enthalpy links directly to Carno's theorem, and this is where Jamal Khalili comes in the story. Carnal Engines convert heat to work via a change in temperature. So where did I get my cold thermogenesis, you know, protocol in 2005 that I wrote about and it came from this idea. Anything that has a huge change in temperature has to deal with Carnot's theorem.
So I realized right away that cold thermogenesis benefits anything with a mitochondria because of what happens. It happened at The Big Bang. I in other words, I got a link right away from The Big Bang all the way to mitochondria through this random walk that I just took you through in my own head because this was my thought experiment. So what did I then do? Soon as I made the link between The Big Bang and mitochondria, I extended the idea fully to biology. So I realized immediately if what happened at The Big Bang, the physics was present, that I had to explain the physics another way for mitochondria and I. Realized immediately what the difference was.
The Big Bang happened at very high energies. We're talking about like 100 GEV. But mitochondria operate on the other end of the spectrum, meaning that it operates on low energy nuclear reactions. And I realized that the physics were different there. What was the difference? Scale and density. And when I started to realize that the laws of physics really aren't the same in every environment, I began to think really hard about the Earth and what happened for the 4.6 billion years on it. And I said, you know what, the physics on Earth haven't been the same either.
The magnetic field is the perfect example of. How this has changed? So what did I then realize? Mitochondria. Or microcosms where localized high temperature matrix environments. This is where inside the matrix. Now. Now I'm taking you from The Big Bang to inside the matrix where you have almost a neutron star, right? Because it's all H plus I should say a proton star. That's the way I should think about it is all tightly linked together. And this is due to the tight confinement of proton kinetics in the inside this inner mitochondrial membrane.
This also would lead to electron train transport fostering exothermic reactions, meaning the liberation. Of light very similar to what happened in The Big Bang. Why? Because everybody knows for the 1st 380,000 years after The Big Bang it's a dark period. Then all of a sudden we get UV light emerging. Well guess what I realized from the proton kinetics of being confined that the electron chain transport would lead to exothermic reactions that will release ultra weak biophotons in the UV range. The exact same thing happens in space at The Big Bang that happens in mitochondria.
Why? Because the physics makes it so, but you have to go through the. Process and understand that high end and low end is not the same. And what did this allow me to do in my mind when I talk about it? This enabled me to unify quantum behaviors. It enabled me to understand cooling. It abled me to understand heat dissipation, the cytosol sink, the what the real purpose of the water table was to biochemistry. And then I immediately realized that temperature is how we break symmetry inside a cell. And then I realized something very big, that circadian biology, which comes much later, is controlled by light, dark and temperature.
And everybody forgets that. And I wrote the original blogs, CT4 and CT6 if you go back and read them, because this, it's in the cold thermogenesis series. And you're asking me a very fundamental question. How did I come up with these ideas? I'm telling you it was because I realized a Carnot's theorem was the key to temperature variation and breaking symmetry of nature's forces. And that is when I realized that biology isn't literal particle physics, but it's an analogous situation that uses the laws of physics that is tied to condensed matter principles where temperature fields and atomic confinement tune the phases to allow life to show up.
So then I go through the whole rigmarole in my head. How does this happen? And I'm not going to go through, I've already given you a very deep dive here, but the core synthesis from these thought experiments in my head that are to underpin my decentralized thesis in medicine is that the mitochondria truly evolved to become a quantum synchrotron, meaning that it orders electron spin and it isotopically fractionates hydrogen. And the main reason that it's happened on Earth is because of the Dynamos presence and the actions that the Dynamo has on electron spins.
And this idea is a big idea. It also explains why cells have such an affinity to make novel use of paramagnetic atoms on the periodic table. This realization that I had slotted my final pieces of the puzzle in my own mind that you know I've been writing about now for 20 years. Most people focus on nutrition and exercise when it comes to health, and that's cool. But if you're sitting under artificial lights all day, that's quietly sabotaging your health. That's not going to get you very far. As an educator, podcaster, and fitness professional, I care about recovery as much as I do performance.
The biggest secret to recovery isn't supplements, It's light. The light that hits your eyes. Is literally the instruction manual for your body. It says your sleep energy metabolism. And your hormones. The problem is the modern indoor lighting is sending that signal at the wrong times of the day, from morning to midnight, so your body never gets the message the day is over. Now if you already own a pair of blue light blocking glasses, hear me on this. Not all blue light blockers are equal. Viva rays use a three in one light balancing system.
Magnetic day, sunset orange and nighttime red lenses you swap to actually match the time of day. So you get energized in blue in the morning without the eye strain and protect your sleep at night. One pair dials you in for the entire day. That's the difference between just blocking light and actually syncing with it. Since wearing Viva Rays Blue light blocking glasses, my sleep is deeper, my recovery is fantastic, and most importantly, my energy and cognitive function are through the roof. If you're ready to experience the difference for yourself, head over to vivarays.com/mobility Fitness and make sure to use my code Mobility Fitness at checkout to get nice discounted on your entire order.
The link will be in the description as well as in the pinned comments. Huge thank you to VRAS for sponsoring the show. That when you look, when you really look at what I'm trying to tell you, my decentralized thesis is so anti Nick Lane and so anti Doug Wallace, but I would never have gotten there without their contribution. The mitochondria didn't just happen to develop quantum traits. It explicitly evolved to become a quantum synchrotron because of. It works with. The physics that's present on the Earth as it strengthens and weakens.
And where did the idea come from? It's between Rodger, Penrose, Big Bang, and the mitochondria. Why supernovas? Supernova analogy was really, really important for me because I looked at what happened at a supernova when it blows up. I looked specifically at the sequence of events and I realized when a supernova blows up, there's a very unusual reaction between neutrinos and neutrons. And most people know that neutrinos. Don't interact with matter. But what if I was to tell you that's not totally true and physicists like Carl Sagan never really talked about it because they didn't understand it?
Today we do understand the process. Neutrinos interact with the neutron spins when a. Star blows up and the only reason this happens is the same reason of the proton. Kinetics, I just got with you. When a star is a red giant, say 15 or 20 times the size of the sun with more mass, and it blows up, there's a period. When it can no longer burn the nuclear fuel because it's at the state of iron, the core of that store collapses down to a neutron star. The neutron star, just so you understand what we're talking about, that would like take all of humanity and put it into the size of a sugar cube.
So the density there mimics what we would have had to see at the The Big Bang. And I realized right away, if you have the density that gets that big on a star, do neutrinos act the way we experienced them on Earth? And the answer was came to me in physics, they do not. They actually interact with the neutrons of the iron that's being blown up. And it turns out. That what a supernova really is, is a neutrino bomb. OK. And when you understand this, you begin to realize that nature really began to reveal her secrets to me because I took this walk in my head about magnetism, that if physicists were correct about stellar evolution, and if biologists like Nick Lane were correct, they believe that stars only form from like gravity's the major effect.
That means that when a star blows up supernova, it should be symmetric. Guess what happens? We recently got to see a detonated live version of a supernova in physics that occurred 26 hours after its ignition. And we did that through the European Southern Observatory via Large Telescope in Chile. And the name of the star, I forget what it is, it we had like numbers. I think it was a. What the fuck was it? It was 2024 because that's when it happened and I think it was Gigi and I, if I'm if I'm not mistaken Anyway, they watched this star blow up and one of the things that they realized from seeing this happen live is they have a new way of looking at.
The explosion. Why? Because they noticed that the explosion wasn't symmetric. So what does this mean? That means when a star blows up, it can't be symmetric. What was the reason for that? Turns out the weak force, all the things that I said to you in the beginning of this explanation were the reason why it wasn't symmetric. That means that physicists are wrong about the way stars form. And the way stars die? That means biologists are also wrong about the way life formed and the way life dies. Why?
Because nobody in biochemistry puts the weak force into their recipe. But it turns out that stars showed us this. And when a massive. Star, like this supernova, releases its energy. It's not released as light. Everybody thinks it's light because that's what we see. The most common emission from a supernova is neutrinos. And guess what? Neutrinos are entirely driven as the smallest particles that are pushing outward against the stars collapse matter, which is the iron that's in the core. Then you have to go through.
This rigmarole in your head, like I tried to explain to you before, you may not know this because I don't know if you're reading my Patreon blog or not. I gave this big huge blog about the Wu experiment in 1956 using cobalt to prove how the weak force is not a symmetric force in nature. Everything. Almost all physicists always talk about symmetry. They always talk about symmetry, but they never talk about the asymmetry that's built into nature. And it turns, that's in the weak nuclear force. And remember what I said to you before, because I don't want you to forget this when you're at The Big Bang.
The electromagnetic force in the weak nuclear force are completely symmetric. But when something begins to expand and get morphology, the weak nuclear force takes over. It's actually what drives Homo chirality in biology. But what happens in this neutrino, this neutrino explosion, this neutrino bomb, which is what a supernova really is? Neutrinos are exclusively governed by the weak nuclear force. And most people don't know that. In 2016 April, I gave a 3 1/2 hour dissertation on neutrinos. And I told people over a decade ago that before I was done that the science would be developed that showed that this story would be the biggest thing ever.
And to this day, you can go back 10 years ago and read and listen. It's you don't have to read it. It's actually me talking for 3 1/2 hours about this topic. And at the end of it, I said before I'm dead. I believe you're going to find people will start posting papers that I'm right about this. Why? Much like Einstein figured out the photoelectric effect. I looked at the thermodynamic Givens of The Big Bang. I looked at the thermal that got dynamic Givens of the great oxygenation event. I look at the thermodynamic Givens right now of the magnetic excursion going on Earth.
This is the only solution to the problem. This is the only thing that makes sense. So when I realized that neutrinos are governed by this weak nuclear force and that force is asymmetric, this. Means that the universe, almost from its beginning distinguishes between left and right. And that's how this scales back to your original question, how does this process tied to morphology? Because of disparity violation, neutrinos are also strictly only left-handed, meaning that their quantum spin is always opposite to the direction that they move, and their spin is not driven like the Dynamo drives the oxygen valence electrons to be paramagnetic.
This is a different process. Now, what's also important about this new supernova discovery in 2014, magnetic fields direct the blast. Now we have a very strong story here. This gets to the core issue of what you asked me. If a collapsing star has a powerful magnetic field, it aligns. What does that mean in physics? It polarizes the spins of the neutrons inside the dense core that's left. Because the neutrinos are strictly left-handed, they interact differently with these aligned neutrinos depending on the direction in which they're traveling from the blast.
This is the reason why there's an asymmetry when we looked at it from the Chilean observatory. So this tells us a big thing about mitochondria, why the microscopic parity violation creates a macroscopic morphology effect. Neutrinos preferentially blast out of only one pole of the star, much more than the other. I want you to think about that a minute. You know that almost everything that you studied in space has a North and South pole from magnetism, right? That's true in it's true in Jupiter, it's true on Earth, it's true everywhere.
So you ask me another question about the pentagram and the hexagons at the South Pole of of Jupiter. Now you're beginning to understand why they exist because there is a micros microscopic parody violation in the magnetic field. Of those planets that create the macroscopic effect that you see in its morphology, that idea scales directly to mitochondria. So the core collapse is the kick that starts this whole process off. OK, so when this neutron star gets violently kicked in the opposite direction, it happens literally at hundreds of kilometers per second.
It's almost hard to fathom, you know, these scales. But while astronomers always have relied on simple spherical gravity, I realized from the thought experiments in my head and the lessons that I learned from Penrose, Jamal Khalili, Nick Lane, Doug Wallace, that the exact quantum loophole for this whole story is the weak nuclear force. Why? Because it ensures that at every core, a supernova is based towards asymmetry. And it turns out, what's the supernova? And you that's when you begin to create biophotons from the magnetic confinement of protons inside the matrix.
So what is the the big next idea from all these things? Since I told you, this is a really big idea. It's complex and I'm trying to go through it just as I went through it in my head. The supernova paradox creates this problem. For people who will be. Listening to this podcast because they'll say with Jack, neutrinos do not interact with matter. They also do not interact with magnetic fields like oxygen does. So astrophysicist, you know, have mentioned that they definitely react differently in a supernova with the spin.
Polarized neutrons that are present. How is this possible? It's very simple. There's two mind boggling concepts that have come from this recent data in 2024. This is stuff that I couldn't report. In in the the. Webinar that I did on neutrinos from my members in April of 2016 that said what is life? It comes down to the these two concepts, extreme density scaling and indirect polarization. So what does this mean? It is. It's true. In the story, I'm relaying to you that a single neutron, a single neutrino, has nearly a zero chance of hitting an atom a neutrino can pass through.
A wall of solid lead. That's a lightyear thick without touching anything. It's got a pretty amazing ability. However, during a core collapsing supernova, the star score the size of maybe the earth is crushed into a sphere that's only maybe 12 miles big. This creates A proto neutron * with an unthinkable density. And this is when I tried to explain to you that take all of humanity and put him in a sugar cube. That's the type of density we're talking about. OK. And what allows neutrinos to interact with magnetic fields?
It's called indirect polarization. Neutrinos have no electric charge, meaning that they don't care about magnetic fields. That's why they don't interact. But they do experience magnetic forces the way a very different way. It turns out when a magnetic field acts on neutrons, that is when a neutrino begins to interact. Neutrons do have a magnetic orientation. They have a quantum spin because they are made of smaller charged particles called quarks. So. An ultra strong magnetic field of a collapsing star forces all the spins of the neutrons to line up in One Direction, which is polarization.
And when a neutrino tries to bounce off a neutron via the weak nuclear force, turns out the weak nuclear force dictates the bounce in a highly dependent ratio that's tied to the neutron spin orientation. That doesn't mean that the neutrino is magnetic, it means that the neutrino does something different. At. Huge density scales than you would see on Earth. Why? Because we don't experience this density on Earth. Okay, so the way I want you to think about it is the way I thought about in my thought experiment that a neutrino is forced to play a game of pinball through a dense force of magnetic neutrons.
And the rules of the weak force in that case tilt the flippers in One Direction. OK, so the cosmic loom of life tells us this story. Stars begin as chiral engines. Now this should begin to start making sense to you. How we get morphology from this. Why the story of the supernova doesn't end with this explosion. It is a factory for everything that life will become that follows this. So the supernova blueprint really is the story of evolution. It's not what Darwin teaches us, and. As I've told you in this walk.
Through my head, the core collapse of a star is driven by massive asymmetric rush of left-handed neutrinos. This creates a very highly polarized environment. This is a creation OK of something called circularly polarized light. Cpl. for short. Why is this important? Because. Life, all the things that you know me best for, like melanin, collagen. Apoe cholesterol. Guess what they are? They are chiral molecules that pay attention to circularly polarized light. So when a star explodes, or when a new storm star forms in the dust Nebula, the intense magnetic fields twist this.
Light that's emitted as synchrotron radiation, meaning. It's polarized circularly. This filters the Starlight and immediately it transforms it into a massive polarized light orb that we see through our telescopes. So what does this also mean for life that will come as this mass condenses down into, say, a solar system? It means there's guaranteed prebiotic sorting from star. When it blows up, these dust clouds collapse to form new planets like Earth. This means that Cpl. selectively destroys right-handed amino acids that are present on all these little pieces, and they use an asymmetric photochemistry to do it.
And what happens as a result? They leave a surplus of left-handed ones behind. Life is literally built from this debris of the system that was structurally tilted towards one specific handedness of its very birth from a star. Now. Now we're getting to where you know my work really well. This means that biological topography or topology operates as a resonant matrix of blown up stars. Once these slightly biased molecules land on a planet, then biology takes over the engineering process. It doesn't just accept the bias, it optimizes the bias using the physics on the planet.
OK, and remember what I told you, every planet has a different magnetic field. So remember magnetic fields tied to electrically charged atoms and they control spins. What's the next idea that you need to understand thermodynamic efficiency. Life is an open thermodynamic system that that must constantly fight decay. This is entropy. This is the idea, the second law of thermodynamic dynamics. This is Boltzmann. If you want to go in information, this is Shannon's theory. OK, so to do this. Efficiently, it's molecular machinery must fit together with perfect 0 spatial friction if the proteins use.
A mix of left and right sided or left-handed parts. These shapes would be unstable and it would require vastly more energy to maintain this morphology. So what is the blueprint? The blueprint is the weak force provides a very small tiny energy difference. We call it a delta EPV between the mirror image of molecules. OK, this is anatomers. It makes left-handed amino acids slightly more stable on Earth by a fraction. Of a femtoelectronic. Volt to minimize this energy. Biologic topography follows this subatomic template.
OK, so how does this happen? I told you we're coming close to the science you understand, but I need you to understand how I got there. I reverse engineered in my head what a supernova does to explain biology. This brings us probably the key idea of the energy transformation matrix that happens in a mitochondria because it creates ultra weak photon emissions. OK, so all living cells constantly emit A faint glow of light called UPS. Fritz Pop found that in his photo multipliers. Everybody knows that's axiomatically true.
It turns out this isn't just accidental, accidental waste energy. It is highly organized, it's ultra weak light. It's generated by the metabolic processes, specifically reactive oxygen species and lipid peroxidation that can happen in a mitochondria. So if we look at this process through the UPE generation is reverse engineering of the cellar process because the physical matrix of a cell has helical DNA. OK, Remember helical means it's also chiral. The alpha helices of proteins are strictly homo chiral, meaning that they all favor one type of amino acid.
The light that's generated inside a cell. U P/E must pass through a highly chiral geometric filter in order to get complex life. This is exactly what A * does when it generates an asymmetric weak force collapse. To emit polarized energy, the cell uses its crystalline structure. It has a quantum basis that is linked to the universe to transform chemical energy back into structured light. It reverses the process. So I've mapped out in my head and then wrote it down in my decentralized thesis. A loop where this fundamental asymmetry of the quantum vacuum behaves like a universal operating system.
It ensures that whether the system is 12 miles wide like it is in a blowing up * or 10 micrometers wide like it is in a human cell, it transforms energy using the exact same set of rules of topology and bias. And that is what creates morphology in your mitochondria and in your cell. What if your healthy habits and routines are quietly sabotaging your health and actually creating more stress on your nervous system? The truth is, your body is constantly giving you feedback, but most people are not paying attention to it.
One of the best ways to really understand what's happening inside of your body is through heart rate variability, also known as HRV. The problem is many HRV devices just give you a single number, a high score, or a low score without telling you what's actually driving the results. This is why I use a longer HRV measuring device. A Longer doesn't just measure your HRV, it analyzes the components behind that number, giving your real insight into the balance between stress and recovery, and really helps you understand what state your nervous system is actually in.
In just a few minutes every morning. A Longer gives you objective feedback on how your sleep training habits and lifestyle choices are influencing your body. HRV is one of the most unbiased ways to see how your daily decisions are influencing your nervous system. It shows you whether the things that you're doing are truly supporting your health or creating more stress than you realize. Instead of guessing, you can measure, learn, and make smarter decisions about your health, performance, and recovery.
So if you want to find my favorite HRV measuring device, head over to the description and make sure to use the promo code MOBILITY FITNESS at checkout to get a nice discount on your entire order. Wow, what a fantastic breakdown. I think I'm going to have to really listen to that 10 times at the beginning, like to fully grasp everything that you said there. But I love your thought process. You know how you went from, you know, Galaxy cosmology all the way down to biology and how you reverse engineer the.
It's absolutely incredible. And there is a reason why we started off here with our discussion, because as we you were talking about the ancient civilizations, they clearly understood something even if they didn't understand it like you do it on a biological, biophysical level. Maybe they understood it. I don't know intuitively. Maybe they had the knowledge back then, I don't know. But then clearly they built these megalithic structures, they had different bio hacks to alter the magnetic field in their environment because they kind of understood its significance, right?
Well, I'm going to tell you something that probably will stun you further. I think they were smarter than Doug Wallace, smarter than Jack Cruz, smarter than Nick Lane, smarter than Carl Sagan, smarter than Lynn Margulis, smarter than Jilla. Well, clearly why where you live in Europe, you can go visit what they built. If you come to Mexico, you famously know that I have visited the Mayans and the Peruvians, the Nubians and the Egyptians a lot in the last 25 years of my life. Why? Because visiting these places allowed me to understand what they really, truly were doing.
They they absolutely knew a lot of the science. But let me explain to you how they knew it, because this will be very counterintuitive. You remember that people started in the medieval times to make swords, and they began to figure out if you mix metals, you can make a better sword that's better. Was the science of chemistry laid out at that time? The answer is no, it wasn't. So what am I trying to tell you? You don't need to know what the fundamentals of chemistry, physics or biology are to understand what you need to do.
If you observe nature as she is, yes. And guess what I'm going to tell you? The ancients realized that when the magnetic Dynamo got weak, tritium and deuterium fell out of the sky. They didn't know about Van Allen radiation belts. They didn't know that it changed the optical density environment to allow more UV light and cosmic radiation in. But you know what they didn't know? They knew things that were alive that had chloroplasta. Mitochondria didn't do too good when this happened. And they said, you know what's funny?
This plant that's growing under this rock here is growing fine while everything around it is dying. And what did they do? They said, well, if the plant is doing well under the rock, maybe we should live under the rock. And did they observe that certain plants did better when the rock was curved a certain way or when it had a certain angle? In other words, they paid attention to things that we don't pay attention to. Why? Because we think we know more than we really do. But guess what they were trying to do?
They were reverse engineering the physics on their planet through observation. And what happened? What? Where did they leave the proof of their knowledge? They left it in their buildings. What they left behind. Why did they build these unbelievable structures that are all made out of paramagnetic stones? Because they're telling you the same thing. When the magnetic field gets weak, you lose the ability to isotopically. Fractionate. You also change the type of sun that's coming or the type of radiation that comes to your planet.
So what do you need to do? You need to protect. Yourself. With. Paramagnetic stones and guess. What? That's exactly the key thing that every single one of these ancient civilizations left behind. And you know what the irony is? The Rockefeller trained archaeologists still to this very day don't understand it. And they still don't understand that the Egyptian megaliths, they're not from dynastic Egypt. There's data already out there that shows that the Egyptians said when we came to be, this was built by a civilization that was destroyed before us.
We just adapted what they had and went from there. So did they lose a lot of that ancient wisdom and knowledge? Yes. But they assimilated it and used it in new ways that the people who didn't do that are the Mayans. Why? Because the Mayans survived their excursion. That's why they're very important to me. That's why they're more important to me than they are than the Egyptians are. Why? Because Mayan people today still exist in El Salvador, Guatemala and Mexico. And the interesting thing is, their buildings are all still.
Here, and we can learn a lot if we go and understand what these people really were building. And when you understand that the Mayans were informed by the people who didn't survive their excursion 12,014 thousand years ago from the younger drives, these are the people that build Machu Picchu. There's a reason Machu Picchu has all those rocks built where it is. There's a reason why we found paracas people in Peru right at the same time who's very close to this area with big, long, elongated skulls.
Why? Because collagen that makes up bone is a chiromolecule. If you have radiation that is chaotic because the Dynamo gets weak, guess what's going to happen to collagen? It's going to act abnormally. It's going to change the morphology. And I just laid out to you how that happens. Well, when I went to Paracas, to the museums and I saw that there's human skeletons with babies inside and the baby inside also had the head. I knew this was an extraterrestrial bullshit that people want you to believe.
I'm like, we are looking at the physics of low energy nuclear reactions that have changed through magnetic Dynamo effects. It was obvious to me. It's been obvious to me for 20 years. But the problem is for me to try to get you to understand that, you have to realize where I started this, my friend. I knew what the answer was a long time ago, but I knew. If I said what I told you today, that everybody said this guy's fucking crazy, Why? Because none of the books. None of the papers, nothing was out.
But how did I come to to this process? I looked at the greatest thinkers that were in all these fields and I knew that everything they believed was like a myth. But within a myth there's always a truth. And I said, I need to find the truth and then I need to link it all together. And I need to do this thermodynamically. Why? Because if I stay firm on the thermodynamics, that means it's the first principle way of thinking that the truth will come to me eventually when I keep asking the right questions.
And I kept doing this over and over and over 18 months this went on in my head. It was the most unhappy time of my life. I've said that on many other podcasts, but I remember the day when I figured it out and I sat back and opened a really good bottle of wine and I said, this is amazing. Like. And that's the day that I realized 99% of everything I learned in medical school and residency was wrong. Why? Because nothing in biology is based on biochemistry. Everything is based on biophysics. And it turns out biophysics and physics is not axiomatic either, because scale and temperature.
Change the fundamental laws of physics. And the one thing that probably fueled me more on this journey than anything else is when I found out about Wu's experiments in 1956 on cobalt that. The weak nuclear force is the only force on Earth that we see that's asymmetric. And when I realized I'd like, remember what I said to you, Burman, in the podcast, Does nature make mistakes? The answer is no. And I said then I started thinking about Claude Shannon. Shannon always said when you have chaos in your head, the thing that always sticks out the most is the most unusual thing.
It's a unique thing. That's what his theory of entropy is. And information, when you boil it down thermodynamically. And when I saw this experiment and I put it together, I said, this means that neutrinos are the fucking key to life, OK? And they're the key to morphology. They're the key to mitochondria. And I said how could be the case? I said I know we don't have nuclear stellar fusion going on in fucking mitochondria. Then I started thinking about it. So wait a minute, it is filled with a bunch of fucking protons and it's surrounded by a 30 million Volt electric field that Nick Lane talked about in Power, Sex and Suicide.
And I said that means that it's really condensed. I said, so you know what that means? It's a low energy nuclear reactor. I said, OK, what is it doing? It's creating light and it's creating polarized electron spins in paramagnetic atoms. I'm like, fuck, dude. This is we actually have a nuclear reactor inside us that runs on low energy scale, lower temperature scales. And that's when everything started to fit. That's when I was like. I could explain things in biology that no one else could explain.
Why? Because the lens that I saw things through was radically different than everybody. This is the reason why to this very day, I make fun of the biochemist. I make fun of the pH DS, I make fun of the food girls. Nobody that you'll ever talk to in your life will be able to have the discussion I just had with you. Now when you asked me the right question, Jack, explain to me how magnetism leads to morphology. That was the right question to ask. And you know what brought you to that question? Because of the questions that you asked me in the past, because of the things that I've said to other people in the past that you've paid attention to.
Hopefully my members when they listen to this podcast, they're going to go, well, how did this fucking guy on the Fitness Wisdom podcast figure this shit out before us? I'm going to tell you the reason why because. You have to have an open mind to say why does he believe what he believes so vehemently? Like why? Why does he believe he is so correct? Why? Why? Is he disacerbic? Now you understand why. Why? Because everything I believe is the same. The same physics, the same rules that are tied to The Big Bang, that are tied to insufflation, that are tied to making a planet, to tied to making a star, to how A star blows up, to how life forms.
Like everything I've told you here today, I think everybody knows that everything on Earth came from a blown up star. But you know what the problem is? You actually haven't thought about how that process really happens. And what did I do? I just took you through a random walk of how I. Figured it out. Imagine a tablet that doesn't blast artificial blue light into your eyes, disrupt your sleep, or sabotage your health, but actually uses sunlight to power the display. If you've been listening to this podcast, you already know how damaging constant artificial blue light can be on your circadian rhythm, your sleep, and your overall health.
That's why I love my Paper 7 tablet by Harborino. It's definitely one of the most interesting devices I've used in a while. The Paper 7 tablet uses something called an RLCD display, which means there is no backlight and essentially no blue light Instead, it reflects ambient light just like paper, so the brighter your environment, the better the screen looks and unlike E ink devices, which are slow and stuck in black and white. This gives you full color a smooth 60 Hertz refresh rate and the ability to run all of your favorite apps.
It also comes with 8 gigabytes of RAM for smooth performance, a 7.8 inch display that's perfect for both reading and productivity, and at only 240 grams, it's easy to carry around anywhere. The battery life holds up really well too. You're getting around 10 hours of active use and up to 12 days on standby, so you're not constantly thinking about charging it. For me personally, I like to use it a lot for writing, researching, and preparing for my podcasts, basically all of my administrative work.
And the best part is I can do all of that outdoors in natural light so I can actually support my biology while I work instead of fighting against it. And because the screen gets brighter in brighter environments, it's incredibly easy on the eyes, even in direct sunlight. I've also noticed that it naturally improves my nighttime habits because indoors, especially at night, the screen isn't overly bright or stimulating since it uses your environment to the power of the display, so it kind of guides you towards better sleep hygiene and healthier circadian rhythms without even trying.
At the end of the day, technology isn't going anywhere, so the goal is to find tools that work with our biology, not against it, and this is definitely one of those devices. You definitely want to hurry up and grab yours today as they are extremely popular and run out of stock really fast. The link will be in the description below alongside with the 15% discount code. Yeah, absolutely fantastic. Basically the entire universe is, is literally with within us, right? It's absolutely incredible. Yeah.
We, our mitochondria are literally like, you know, stars. It's wild. And so that made me think, you know, because you mentioned about temperature, I just thought to myself, is that the reason why we have more deuterium depleted water, you know, on the where it's cold because of the temperature, because it's actually so cold. That's the actually the reason why we have. No, that's a good question, but it's not. You actually can only make deuterium depleted water when all the information that comes from the environment filtered through all the chiral molecules in you enter the electron chain transport.
You make perfectly polarized light oxygen to make deuterium deplete of water has to be like this. Guess what happens you if you go through a system and say there is a problem between cytochrome 1 and cytochrome 3? Let's just talk about the most common one. One of my members, Doctor Hammes, has been hammering people on Twitter about statins. Everybody knows that statins affect the atomic ratios between cytochrome one and three. Well, this ruins the chirality. This is the reason why when you take a statin, you can't make the tear and deplete of water.
What else am I trying to tell you? To go from the outside in to feed through this synchrotron, which is what a mitochondria is. If you don't have melon in there, you don't have chirality based in your electron spins. Electron spins when it comes to cytochrome #4 if they're not like this, you get disease. That is fundamentally what Maha diseases. So when you understand why I completely ran away from Bobby Kennedy and Maha and Cali and Casey means, now you understand why. Why? Because fucking everything they believe is wrong.
It has nothing to do with food. The big issue is it's all about electron spin and it's all about being magnetically pinned. Why? Because you can't make melanin, you can't make collagen, you can't make EPOE, you can't make cholesterol to order the polarity of the spins. And it turns out, what do we know about UP ES already? This is where I get frustrated with Martin Picard and Narosha Muroga. They're married. One's a biochemist, the other one's a physicist. They don't seem to realize that UP ES are different.
When the spin states that created them are up and down. So that means light is coherent when the spin state is up. Light is incoherent when the spin state is down. So what's the goal of a mitochondria? Functionally, the spin state always has to be parallel. If it's not parallel, you no longer can build quantum coherence in tissue. How does this scale back to the discussion with the Cambrian explosion? There's a reason life stayed simple for a long time. Because the magnetic Dynamo wasn't stable enough.
It became stable at the came an explosion. So Nick Lane was this close to being right when he wrote the book Oxygen. Oxygen doesn't drive evolution. The magnetic Dynamo has. You cannot have complex life that's quantum coherent. You cannot make coherent light until you have electron spins that can be polarized. Yeah, that's This is why it's so important that we have this discussion because you know, we talk a lot about light and water, right? But we don't talk enough about the magnetism piece. And this is this was my aim through this do.
You know why, Andreas? Let's talk about why. Because fucking biochemists don't know shit about it. They don't know shit about it. Like when I tell you there's more in this podcast that anybody who's a PhD in biochemistry will fucking learn than in their whole life. Why? Because when you understand that electron spins are the key to the story, you can take your biochemistry book from Rockefeller and fucking burn it, OK? Because nothing matters. Biochemistry is different. It's thermoplastic because it's tied to are you paramagnetic or diamagnetic?
And it turns out, guess what, singlet state oxygen is dimagnetic. What is triplet state oxygen? Paramagnetic. The biochemistry is different. OK. And if you don't know that basic fact, you are telling people all kinds of bullshit. And then when you start thinking about, OK, is this really why fake foods a problem? Because we can't control isotopic fractionation, we can't control polarization, correct? Is this the reason why I'm anti supplement? Correct. When you start realizing how big a deal this is, you go.
Wait a minute like fucking everything we believe is wrong. You want to know why wearing the glasses, putting the hot, putting sunscreen on all affects the electron spin at every level? OK, when you get a tattoo, you. Want to know why Humor Man's got the problems he got? Why? He'll never get there. Go look at his body. He'll never be as smart as he should be because he ruined the chirality. Of his own body and he doesn't realize that. And, and The thing is, he's got millions of people he's listening to.
He's got medical students. He trains at Stanford. They will never learn what it took me 40 years to learn the last 25 years. I have been fucking putting this story out piece by piece so little retards can understand it. Why? I know it's fucking complex, way more complex than you can imagine. And it aggravates me to no end when people say to me, hey, can you make this more simple? No, nature isn't fucking simple. She's amazing. The recipes that she uses will blow your mind when you see it, but your job when you're living, especially in a magnetic excursion ongoing now, is to understand her recipe.
That's what you should elevate your game to. Don't default to what's easy, because this is what I would tell you. Biophysics is here and the biochemistry set is here. You see this, you don't see this. Your job is to use this to get to here, and that's what I did. I knew this better than you can imagine, but I knew this wasn't the answer. Why? Because when I optimized this to my patients, nobody got better. When I got to the biophysics level, guess what happened? People started getting better and I was like, OK, here we go now This is what makes medicine fun.
This is what decentralized medicine is. If people want to know what underpins my decentralized medical thesis that's being laid out in Patreon right now, I'm probably 130 blogs into it now just in this series. This story is fucking amazing and when you begin to see it for yourself you go OK. Now I'm beginning to see things a little bit differently, and that's my goal. I mean, people should go back and listen to the first podcast you and I did together. You and I began. As adversaries in the beginning, and you didn't believe anything that I said.
Now here you are, and I'm on your podcast and I'm giving you the secret sauce of why we were adversaries and why am I highlighting this for you? Because you are proof to the audience who will watch this that even when you're a dumb motherfucker, if you keep paying attention and keep asking questions, guess what? You can be as fucking smart as the smartest people on this. Planet. And when you become a first principal thinker and you understand how nature works, you understand how decentralized thermodynamics really fundamentally works, then you could be the brain surgeon and go argue with fucking retards and Bitcoin how a Landauer attack can destroy money.
Like dude, this scales everywhere. It scales to not only size and shape changes in mitochondria, but poor and good thinking in core developers, in treasury company CE OS, in people who are pastors and churches, rabbis in Israel, politicians in New York, politicians in Washington DC, politicians in Europe. You can call out their bullshit when you understand what I just told you. You don't become a conspiracy theorist, you become a bullshit analyzer. That's the truth and that's the reason why I have no time for fucking people that don't want to do the hard work of thinking.
Why? Because the payoff when you get there is huge. Like it took me 6065 years to get to where I'm at right now. Do I wish I would have got there sooner? Yes. But this is what the proof of work of nature required for me. That's my N = 1. For Andreas, it's not going to take that long. He already now knows. And hopefully through your teachings and your past, getting in the actions you're going to have with people in the future, you may be able to teach this to a teenager. You may be able to teach it to somebody who's 12 years old so they don't make the mistakes that you made before when when I was the biggest thorn in your ass.
That's the whole point. The point is, is I am grateful to the people who mis educated me. The mis education is what brought the curiosity to me. Do I have any ill feelings in my heart for the people that told me lies? No, because if they didn't tell me the lies, I would have never embraced the suck to get to understand this. And do I think that this is the greatest story never told? Yeah. How we form life from abiotic atoms, from fucking blown up stars to this whole story about fucking Darwin's evolution is the biggest bullshit story you could ever imagine.
I think it's the biggest lie in biology. Now, are there parts of the myth that are true? I told you what some of those truisms are. But when you realize that the Cambrian explosion is the kryptonite for Darwin, and now I explained to you why it works, because what underpins all of evolution is magnetic field strength. I bet you nobody ever saw that coming. They always thought it was going to be light and water, right? But it turns out you have to have a strong magnetic strength on a planet in order to get complex life.
Without it. You can't do any low energy nuclear reactions. You cannot run a synchrotron in your mitochondria. The only thing? You can do is, you can be Archaea and bacteria, and that's the reason why when eukaryotes face an excursion, they travel back in time. That's what happens. They become more simplex. Why? Because the system is built to short circuit and when it's short circuits, it's protecting the helical structures in DNA. And what is that system that does all that? That's the circadian system.
It's an electrical resistance system to protect what life is. Why? Because life knows that on Earth, on this planet, the magnetic field goes stronger, weaker, stronger, weaker. It's happened 500 times, but we've only had five extinction events. But guess what happened? Even in the extinction events, life found a way. Why? Because of this process that I told you in stars. So basically when someone gets like all kinds of diseases like you mentioned, like tumors or or brain fog, or they feel like they're Dumber, it's just because they're going back to a more simpler form of life pretty much.
It's cognitive de evolution, and you can look at that in the brain, but what is metabolic syndrome? It's a cognitive atavistic effect of the liver going back because the P450 system can't work. In other words, it's too complex because the magnetic field that that tissue is feeling is not quantum coherent. Why? Because the oxygen is singlet, not triplet. That's the reason. And here's the funny part. This is the reason why you see me go hard after Siegfried. He tells you that cancer is a metabolic disease.
That's total bullshit. It's a biophysics disease. Why? Same reason you get cancer when oxygen is like this. You know, you know what? You know what this defines the Warburg effect. What is this define? The TCA cycle. And anybody who tells you that changing your food and eating a ketogenic diet fixes this problem defines to you that they're fucking morons. You want to know the real big effect for someone that has this situation, has cancer? They need to magnetically pin and get in strong sun. Why?
Because that polarizes the light from the UP ES and then magically what happens? You don't need any chemotherapy. Here's the bad story for Rockefeller. This is the reason why they don't like Uncle Jack. Once you do that, guess what the physics says everything fixes. You have the best mechanic in your in your body, autophagy and apoptosis. That system works without anybody in big pharma. That's why I always tell you physics over pharma, not the other way around. Biochemistry is the science of pharma over physics, supplementation, pharma over physics, functional medicine, pharma over physics, decentralized medicine, physics over pharma.
Everybody knows about vitamin C, but have you ever heard about vitamin G? I'm talking about grounding. We know that oxygen is important for our survival, but what if I told you that grounding is just as foundational for our health? Your body is literally a battery and needs to be recharged every single day. Modern life, depleted fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, and restlessness. These all sound like a charge deficiency to me. You see, grounding is not optional, it's foundational. This is why I make sure to get my bare feet on the ground every single day and to ensure that I stay grounded 24/7 like our ancestors did.
I use my favorite grounding sheet as I sleep to keep me connected. To the earth. At all times, check out my favorite grounding mats and sheets that I use on a daily basis by heading over to the description below. And make sure to use the promo code attached to get a massive discount on your entire order. Absolutely, yeah. And that's why I want us to go into a little bit all of the different biohacks that you've mentioned before. I heard you talk about these copper necklaces, for example, wearing them around the neck, for example, this for magnetic pinning or improving your magnetic magnetism.
And so I just kind of want to understand how these biohacks actually work internally. Pretty simple. Pretty simple. Read the blog. But if you don't read the blog and how it works, this is a guy idea. There's three people's, let me tell you, 3 people's ideas are built into this hack. OK, so the first hack is a Russian physicist named Lakovsky who came up with an idea to put a copper ring of a certain size around. Body parts, and this can make a big difference. He was a really popular guy until the Rockefellers killed him in 1942.
Why? Because he would take these copper rings that were incomplete rings. They weren't totally closed, and he was curing people of diseases. What was he doing? He was improving their vagal flow. He was improving their ability to keep oxygen in the triplet state when they were having problems not doing that. Why did the Rockefellers want to kill him? Because remember what happened at the Flex report, the first Landau attack? They took all the physics out and elevated pharma because they wanted to bankrupt in the United States.
Which is exactly why the process exists the way it is today. So when Larkowski gets killed in New York, gets run over, who's the next guy that comes and takes this idea and then goes for evolution? Slim Sperling. Slim closes the ring. He closes the copper ring. He uses a specific gauge wire. Where does this idea for Sperling come from? Brilliant guy because he pays attention like the old people. So you remember I told you our magnetic excursion begins 1859 at the Carrington event. OK, big CME hits the Earth.
Crazy things happen since since that time. What is the craziest thing in biology that happens that Slim Sperling starts paying attention to? He learns a story about 3 or 4 years after the the CME hits, all the wine vineyards in France die and they get this, they call it a fungus that that kills them. It's called philosopher. So he starts hearing stories that the Rothschilds who own Mouton Rothschild, some of their people actually started to put copper around the vines and they found out that people did better.
Then there was other people that used paramagnetic rocks in Bordeaux around the base of the rootstocks and that also helped. So he started to look into this and he found out there was 4 places on earth that still made wine that didn't have to have these rootstocks. What the Rothschilds did from that time, they, they took American rootstocks and bound them together so that they would live. So now wine from this time is basically a hybrid. The thing that you read in wine books about all this is that American rootstocks saved the European rootstocks.
But there's another story here. The other story is there's four places in the world that use copper to actually save it. They, they, they had experimentation for three, 4-5 years. They use sprays with copper, they use wires. They wired the things differently. But it turns out these ancient vines still exist to this very day. Some of the funniest part is that the Rothschilds moved to South America where the SAA is, and they used some of these rootstocks to begin Mendoza, Argentina, where you have some really good wine now.
So Slim Sperling got the idea. Well, I'm going to make the coils circular completely, and I'm going to put it around. Things are alive. Eventually he winds up doing it to people and he starts finding some of the same issues happen because remember, chloroplast and mitochondria are very similar. OK, it's the endosymbiosis story again. So what? Do you realize that copper has an ability to polarize electron spin? And what does that tie to? It's tied to the 4D transition element electron shell. Remember, this is a transition metal on the periodic table.
So Uncle Jack is learning all this and I'm going, you know, this guy is got a really, really interesting story. And I start looking into the ancients about how they use copper in plumbing, how the Romans used it, and they found that not only does copper do something to the water, but when you put another metal with it, it actually kills bacteria. In other words, this has a huge effect on Archaea and and bacteria. So what do we find? The real story about the Carrington event with wine is through photosynthesis and grapes that the deuterated water table because as the Dynamo gets weak Van Allen radiation belts come down.
The clay around the rootstock is deuterium loaded. But what happens when you put copper around it? It deuterium depletes the water and the rootstock doesn't get the bacteria. In other words, the bacteria doesn't cause any of the problems. So is it the bacteria or the terrain that caused the problem? This is the anti pastor effect that shows up in biophysics. But it took until the 20th century. Remember what I told you before about the ancients, the people that observe? So I'm telling you Lakosky and Slim Sperling observed some very unusual things that happened after the Carrington event.
They took it from the vineyard to people, OK, because they they didn't realize back then that chloroplast and mitochondria have a lineage. You know this now? Very similar to the sword story I told you. OK. And now we know why these things work. Now, what's the third group of people that are in this design? I told you about the Russian physicist. I told you about Slim Sperling. So now I have to show you the inside. See that that silver metal that's in there, that's the Mayans. That's the last part of the lesson.
Why? That metal that's in there is neodymium. It is a very special rare earth element. Rare earth elements come in a variety of different versions, but this four specific that the Mayans were very crafty and use. Remember, they didn't know they were called rare earth elements. They just knew that the dirt where the asteroid had previously hit their cenote system did some really crazy things for the limestone that they were building their pyramids out of. And it turned out that when they put these rare earth elements in the stucco, that the water magically got better.
Plants didn't die, people didn't die. And then they also found out when they built their pyramids at 70° and the deuterated water coming down went down and they used copper, they used rare earth elements. They could drink the water and they wouldn't die. How do you like that? It turns out now we know the physics of the what the Mayans didn't know, but they paid attention. It turns out that rare earth elements have a very unique feature that's tied to the supernova story that I told you before. They are the elements on the periodic table that allow you to have magnetic fields that are static at high temperatures.
What does this do? This polarizes the electrons in your body. So now you're beginning to see how these things work. So what does that mean? Oxygen stays like this, not like this. So now they make jewelry that you can wear around your neck, you can wear in different places, and you want to mix these two metals together. So I'm teaching everybody these lessons on my Patreon blog now. And I can tell you that most of my members are like when I told them how I figured this out by going to El Caracal Shih Tsunitsa to the ball field where they used to cut people's heads off, and how they figured this out when they cut the hearts out, use the blood because the blood is Magneto hydrodynamic fluid, non Newtonian.
How did they figure it out? Well, that story is even more amazing because you said to me, Jack, these guys are not quantum physicist, but what did they do? They used the things that they had to figure it out. And they were amazing astronomers. They also understood the Tellura currents from the sky and the ground. And they knew that when Aurora showed up at the at this part of the earth they were in, that their water was going to be really bad and that they needed to do more. And they did so much more, so much more than any other ancient civilization did, that you can go visit these people today.
Today these people are my neighbors. I talked to them. And they don't know any. Of the science that I just shared with you. But you know, the interesting thing is when I teach them this and I tell them when you go to the archaeologic site here in in El Salvador and you see it for yourself and you hear the story they tell you, they tell you this big myth. Remember when I told you about myths? There's always a little shred of truth in it? Well, the Mayan people left Mexico and came back to be magnetically pinned in El Salvador.
And this place is called the land of Volcanoes. Basalt volcanoes, Highly magnetic. You know what else is unusual? About them. They were made at the same time the asteroid hit the planet 65 to 80 million years ago. So that means they're new volcanoes, new lava, very paramagnetic, extremely paramagnetic, loaded with. All these things that seem to help us out start to see where it's starting to go now. Most people think getting fit and healthy is about force and discipline, but when your hormones, sleep, and energy levels are optimized, your body starts working with you instead of against you.
Through my one-on-one coaching, I teach you how to leverage nature's laws and optimize your biology through circadian nutrition, outdoor training, natural movement, and lifestyle practices which are rooted in human Physiology. This is about creating a body that thrives not through restriction or burnout, but by aligning with the way you're designed to function. If you're ready to take ownership of your health and get into the best shape of your life, head over to patreon.com/fitness Wisdom Podcast and let's make you a Circadian badass.
Amazing, amazing. So where can people actually find those? Do you know anywhere online where people could order them? Yeah, you can order them on Amazon. There's a whole bunch of companies that have it. I think the one that most of my members are ordering is Magnetic RX. There's lots of different hacks you can do, though, But that's just the periodic table hack that people are learning about. Because these things, I don't wear these naturally here, but when I travel, like when I went to Prague, I had all this on.
Yeah. Why? Because I'm ungrounded. Why? What I What do I want people to understand about this whole story that I've already shared with you that jet lag is exactly like a magnetic excursion. Why? I'll explain to you. Here's the tectonic plate. Here's the Dynamo. The Dynamo gets weak. Van Allen belts get closer. That means deuterium maturity and got you. OK, reverse hack this. When you take a plane from the tectonic place, you fly here. That means you're closer. The Dynamo is already weak, so you're getting even more radiation here.
So that's the tritium and deuterium. So this is the reason why I always tell people don't eat anything when you fly circumpolar flight. All you do is drink CO2 water. CO2 water is heavily magnetic. We learned that from the Russians. So jet lag fundamentally is your inability to do low energy nuclear reactors and keep your electrons like this when you fly. So technically you're a Mayan, you're an astronaut when you fly. This is the same reason astronaut not get sick when they go into space. So when you begin to understand that jet lag is really a biophysic problem, not a biochemical problem, not a circadian problem like people tell you, not a metabolic problem.
It's an electron spin problem. It's an isotope fractionation problem. When you wear an alien magnetic field. Remember this is a static. Field that you can take into the plane with you. That works all the time. Why? Because rare earth elements always create a static magnetic field when you have none. That's the reason the Russians use it in their space program. That's the reason Donald Trump wants the tip of Greenland, because that's where most of those metals are buried right now. Because the tectonic plate in Greenland is 4 billion years old.
It's been under ice and nobody knows that it's got the largest amount of rare earth elements. Why? Because the United States government knows that we're in a magnetic excursion. They call it climate change. It's not climate change. Your magnetic field is getting weaker. And if it gets really weak and goes back to how it was, I don't know, a billion years ago, none of us are going to be around. That's really the story that the people that like to sell you the cataclysm is all about. But remember what I told you 500 times this has happened in Earth's history.
Only 5 extinction events. You can probably see where I'm betting. I'm betting on. We're just going to have a bad excursion. That means we're the new Mayans. My job is to teach people these biophysics. When you understand it, you'll get it loud and clear. Nice. And so are you concerned at all, you know, because I think we've discussed maybe on our first podcast about jump conduction and 5G and you know, electromagnetic fields, non-native EMS. Are you concerned that all by wearing jewelry with these, you know, elect non-native electromagnetic fields around?
Yeah, I'm, I'm concerned about it, but let me ask you this question. When you get definitive data that tells you that the magnetic field has declined 10% compared to where you thought, do you think the focal effect of non-native VMF is more important than the planetary effect? The answer is it's not. Is it? Additive right? Is it additive to our problem? No question. But if you ask me, when you fly, knowing what we know now, this is mandatory. That's the that's the reason. Why? And do I believe that you do have to worry about jump conduction?
Yeah, it's an issue. But you know what the question then becomes, Andreas, do you really need to take that circumpolar flight? That should be the real issue. OK, great. And so how about the CO2? Sorry, go ahead. The CO2 again helps offset it. But The thing is, is that a solution long term? No, it's a short term solution while you're getting affected by a low magnetic flux. It's the same thing that happens with astronauts when they go to the ISS. I mean, the Russians are doing a way better job than NASA is doing for our astronauts because they don't understand these processes.
Remember, NASA comes from the MK Ultra program. It comes from Wernher von Braun. It comes from from the Nazis. We are using Nazi science. Nazi science is German allopathic medicine. That's pharma over physics. The Russians are using physics over pharma. So when you understand that this mistake is even present in our space, this, this should scale to your world. This is why Bhutan Tecco is smarter than Wim Hof. OK but Tecco uses ICO 2 which creates more magnetic flux. When you understand that that means oxygens triplets.
Say Wim Hof breathing is like this. But guess why you can offset it for a while. This cold thermogenesis isotopically fractionates deuterium better. That's the only reason that Wim hasn't been taken apart. Because it's like myth. He tells you to do something half. Of it's right. Half of it's wrong. Well, it's magic when you put Bouteko with cold thermogenesis. This is that's the true majesty. And that's what the Russian space people have been doing over on NASA when you begin to understand this.
It's a big deal. What What are things like another bio hack that you could do? You could play wind brass instruments to train your diaphragm to be better for hypoxia. And I'll point this out to you, Andres, because you may not people are listening. This may say this is crazy that Jack is saying that hypoxia is better for us than oxygen. I will remind you when the baby's in the mother in the womb, is the baby breathing oxygen or is it hypoxic? Is it surrounded in water? And does that baby go from sperm and an egg all the way to 9 trillion cells and a baby in nine months?
So is is oxygen really important to the game or is it maybe triplet state is the game? See, I'm pointing it out to you. It's something that you really know, but I want you to understand it. So what does that tell you? The human placenta is like a giant magnetic field for that baby. OK, And it tells you the lesson, oxygen is not as important as you thought. It turns out magnetism is because that's what creates polarized upe light that makes a baby from a sperm and an egg. So my understanding about the CO2 piece is that I know that, for example, from what I knew before is that when you hold your breath or I'll have to do free diving in the CRI, it's like my favorite thing to hold my breath and go deep down.
I just understand that when you are having higher CO2 levels in the body, you're able to liberate oxygen from the red blood cell. But you're basically saying that that is basically a magnetic. That's the phenomenon. That's why it's occurring. That's the Rockefeller discussion in the biochemistry book. What's the real effect? You're increasing electron spins that are all parallel. That's the real answer. You're increasing magnetic flux in the body. In other words, you're allowing chiral model molecules to work even better.
So I don't know if you know the story. It's, it's old now. It's about 12 years old. This, I started to use this story when I was teaching people CTA long time ago. There was a famous diver from Scandinavia where almost got her leg cut off and how did she survived this thing? She started to do free diving in cold water. You know, there's lots of stories about her out there, but how did this work? Because when she became hypoxic, she was stimulating what happened inside the placenta and she wore a wet suit when she did it.
When she found out, when she took the wet suit off, she did better because the cold not only got rid of the deuterium, but it made all the electrons and oxygen like this. See, everybody believes that you have to breathe oxygen in that's triplet state to go like this. This is the reason why HBO therapy, you heard me say many times, if you live a singlet life, you use HBO, you fucking kill yourself. Now you know why. Because HBO doesn't do anything to this. Magnetic flux is what does it. This is the reason why Thomas Siegfried is dead wrong.
He will hurt people. This is why biochemistry is not a fundamental science. Until you get this lesson that life is about paramagnetic atoms and electron parallel spin. That's the key my friend. And that that key is what is makes deuterium depleted water special when you put deuterium. In water, what does it do? Makes oxygen go like this. When you put H plus the oxygen is like this in water. That's what makes deuterium deplete of water. That's how you know or that's how Uncle Jack knew. At Cytochrome 4 CCO where we make water, everything that comes into it has to be chiral parallel spin.
If you get there, you break a quantum rule. The water comes out like this. Doesn't work. Biochemistry doesn't work. And then the cell electrocute the cell right, the cell electric. Case. Itself. You got it. It goes back to how it was in Archaean Earth. That's the reason why you can't have complex life. You have to control the electric flow in a cell. That's what DNA is. That's what the circadian mechanism is. It's an electric resistant circuit that protects the cell from self electrocution. But you have to.
Understand the way we do it best is isotopically fractionating hydrogen, and we want parallel spins everywhere that we have an atom. Why? Because the parallel spins, the deuterium controls the morphology in a cell. That's the atomic molecular orbital theory that underpins my decentralized medicine theory. See, everything that Uncle Jack believes has a reason. The problem is you just don't ask good enough questions to get the answers. Today you'd stumbled into it, which is good, but I want you to understand this completely.
I don't want you to to say, Jack, can you dumb this down so a fucking retard can understand it? No, I can't. You go stick with the Rockefeller doctors. I'm looking for the savages. And I'm going to tell you electron spin is the biggest story never told, and it's wholly tied to the magnetic pinning in your life. The magnetic sovereignty in your life is more important than the food you eat, the oxygen you breathe. That's the truth. That's fantastic. We'll end it there. Doctor Jack, thank you so much for your time.
I really, really appreciate, appreciate it. And I learned so much today. I'm sure the audience is absolutely going to love this.
