Brooke Mcboyill, founder of Musical Breathwork fascia and breathwork expert. Thank you for coming back onto the show. It's an absolute pleasure and honor to have you, Andres. I look forward to these check insurance, brother. There's so much that I've been learning. It's like fun to sit down with you every six months or so for sure. Absolutely. I have some guests that come on reoccurringly, you know, like either every quarter or every half a year. It's quite funny. It always feels like similar as well the the timing as well that we get to sit down to do these things.
It sort of goes in these cycles, right. But today we actually, we were talking before we actually started the recording and we're going to be diving into the connection between the bio field and the facial system. And because there are a lot of people who don't actually understand that the body is actually not just purely biochemical. Do you, do you, what do you have to say on this? Like what's your opinion? Do you think that we are just pure biochemistry or is there something more going on? Try out a new word on you guys that has been introduced to me and I really like it.
Biomotion intelligence, right? So chemicals are such a small fragment of of what we are and they're like a consequence. They're not the, you know, some people would say that they can argue that the chemicals inform, but really the nerve, the electricity is what informs our body to make those chemicals. So I see chemicals as like a a downstream process of something that is being informed by a higher stream port part of our body, which I think is the electricity. Now the electricity runs through our body through the brainstem and then is transmitted through the nerves right through the rest of our body.
And we've been thinking of the nerves as this fiber optic cable that communicates back to the brain. But open your mind to this, OK, the nerves are traveling through the fascia and we know that the fascia is piezoelectric. So imagine when someone is pushing on your body, all of the little changes that happen in the tensile streak of the, of the, the fiber of the fabric that makes up the fascia. That information, that pressure, that compression is feeding back into those nerves to send a signal. Right now, this is where I am obsessed with how athletes understand fascia because there is an anticipation that the fascia is able to precog.
OK. And you can experience this when you are jumping upstairs. So if you stand at the bottom of a staircase and you decide you're going to jump with both feet from stair to stair, your body decides before you land on the next stair it is going to tighten the tissue inside of your feet in order to handle that rebound so that you become spring loaded. So that doesn't happen chemically because the inputs not even there. The fascia is pre cogging, how to respond based on the intelligence of what you're doing now.
Athletes that play tournaments, doesn't matter what kind of athlete you are. If you put yourself under an adrenaline situation and that that could take simpler complex forms for different people. There is this feeling of flow and as a golfer, that's the storyline. I'm going to take us down as a golfer. When you're standing over a shot, there is this conversation that you have with I want to send the ball to this area. And depending on the difficulty of that shot, if it's over water and into the wind and really far, when I stand over it, my body may disagree with the goal that I have chosen.
And there is this tension that starts to build up as my body is like, I'm not too sure about this shot here, mind. So there's this degree of separation between what our mind decides to do and what our body thinks we're truly capable of. And in golf, at a high end, we can call this the cone of acceptance. So when you stand up over a ball, there's actually, you know, a statistical variance that you have when you hit a 7 iron 10 times, you know, your most errant ball left, your most errant ball right, That's your cone of acceptance.
So when you go out and play a golf course, you should be picking goals that allow for your cone to not put you in danger, right? So there's this sense of tension that is always trying to precog us if we're putting us in danger. Now, this dialogue between what our body is saying and what we've chosen to do, I think is what gets squashed by bad coaches because many athletes learn how to suppress pain from the body, tension from the body, in order to execute. You know, dancers are really famous at this, pushing the body until it basically breaks.
Rewiring our conversation to this internal tension requires our relationship to water to change. So I have like 10 books on fascia and they are all still obsessed with the structure of the fibers. And there are a lot of them are still based on dead tissue and living tissue is responding so incredibly different than the dead tissue, living tissue. When I look at fascia in a living body, it is the water system. So if we want to influence are fascia, what we concern ourselves with is water in, water out.
That's where I start all my clients. Now I'm really realizing it's it's if if my protocol doesn't work, it's because the water is too stagnant. And once we get the water to flow, then the protocol works really well. So I basically start people with how many days a week are you sweating? And if it's not at least three days a week, it's not there's not enough water being pushed out of the system that you're, you know, to, to make it make sense. So there's going to be spots in areas where there's stagnation.
And people talk a lot about like mold and parasites, like in that biochemical compound, really mold and parasites are growing in stagnant places of the body. So as soon as we start to increase the sweat, as soon as we start to increase the quality of water, glass spring water is the best money can buy purified plastic bottled water. That is the thing that we really want to get out of the diet. If you only have access to reverse osmosis, make sure that you are taking mineral supplementation that feels good with your body.
I would highly recommend exploring and experimenting until your body starts to crave something and start to trust these signals. I know I said a lot, so I'll stop. Guys, if you haven't already, smash that subscribe button and the like button. Now back to the show. I love it. I love it where you keep going. It's fantastic. Now there were so many great things that you said there. I think what was really fascinating there where you mentioned how that the mechanical tension can turn into biochemical signals and that that's absolutely true.
It's really funny that you talk about this because literally before we started our podcast, I started writing an article because I do write a sub stack articles as well. I was writing about how the fascio system is way, way more than just this body wide mechanical tension, you know, allowing you to basically just move. It has so much more. It's the fluid filled network, it's the communication system of the body. It's the sensory perception organ that is like so many things that are going on there and how just by simply pressing or manipulating the fascio system or putting tension on the fascio system, you can create these chemical like molecules or alterations within the bloodstream within the system.
So it just shows us that actually the body is not purely biochemical, but there is a bigger underlying force which governs us, which is biophysics. And I've talked with many incredible guests on the show about biophysics and basically how our mind is very biophysical. We know that, for example, how our brain waves, right, are electromagnetic. And all of this is kind of like tying it into my next question for you is that do you think that the brain generates consciousness or where does consciousness come from?
What a cool question. All right, fun. Let's go there. So I'd like to do 2 things. And I'd like to identify like, what presence is because that's like something that we feed people all the time is like, you have to be present. Be present, you know, athletes like be present under pressure. Consciousness, in my opinion. OK, this is like where I'm at with it. Awareness lives in the body and the body has its own intelligence that's always communicating back to us. Our consciousness is something that lives in the mind and it is a non local entity.
So awareness is always present. Awareness is always like how my body feels right now, the temperature of the room right now, how my, my, you know, fingers feel a little chilly right now. These are all awarenesses that are in the present moment. The conscious mind can live non present. It can live in past, it can live in future. It's non local. I can be thinking about my grandma. So the consciousness is something that bounces. You know, I don't think it bounces around the brain. I think that our neurons are more like coordinates just like to where information is like I, I really don't think that the brain is the storage unit that people maybe assume and based on like what I've read, and it's OK if this seems like a little far out.
I think that the information that we hold exists in the field around us. Just like our phone has information that it accesses that is in other places. The phone is not holding all of that information. It's it's holding it in areas of its field. So like a lot of us can accept the fact that our phone has an 8 foot electromagnetic field. Our body also has an electromagnetic field. And the theories that I appreciate the most about Biofield tuning come from Eileen Mckusick. And she's really charted a language that I think is very easy to relate to and feel, you know, the way that psychics and mediums work.
They are often, I believe, using their body to read fields. The dowsers, you know, you would use copper wires to read fields. Eileen Mckusick has been using tuning forks to reel to read the sound and fields. So she's the one that's actually made the field more audible than anybody. Krillian photography makes it more visible than anybody, so I think we are in in route. So the theory goes is this the outside edge of your bio field which is always ebbing and flowing compared to like based on your energy that day, your water consumption, how many electrons did you take in?
Did you go ground and stand in the sun? When we start to look at our bodies as a watery battery that is moving a rhythmic fluid through it, we can start to see how the electromagnetic field would wane in ebb based on the energy that we have within our body within that moment. One of the greatest ways to expand your field, according to Eileen Cusick, is to stand on Ley line. Those are that's when you can kind of Jack your body into magnetic sources. And This is why Mystics are obsessed with temples and certain spaces.
So there's a lot of different ways that we can access a higher magnetic plane and then keeping and maintaining and sustaining that access is like where the difficulty lies. So the theory goes that when we are born of the memories of that birth is on the outside edge of that field. People that believe in past lives. Yes, there is information past that field, but like our field begins at this edge of birth and then your mom and your dad each hold one side of your body. I believe it's the mom that holds the left, the dad that holds the right, and then there's these ancestral streams.
So when we think of our phone picking up and disseminating information, that's all happening through frequency. So my phone number 561891 La La La, La, that is a frequency code for you to plug in and then it rings my phone. Our field has stored information from these pockets of time in our life within the field. So if we wanted to remember something, often people will like close their eyes as if they're traveling somewhere in their mind or body, right? And they'll be like and they often will like like go to a destination or a time.
So how people access the field and open it I think is like unique to them. And depending on how good your memory is, I think people with extraordinary memories often journal much and they have a specific way of accessing that code of data. For instance, people who remember a lot of song lyrics, they might be like, I don't know, I don't remember the lyrics of that song. And then you put the song on and they can sing the whole thing. So like, how is it that information is is access like could be blocked and then accessible?
So there's this kind of like tightening in our, you know, some people call it tightening of the DNAI think that's lazy language. I think it's when our field can become kind of crystallized around certain ideas and concepts. And, and this is where I think, you know, big pharma is really fractalizing people's consciousness because when you take painkillers and you numb your body, you start to create this like disconnect to that memory and field. And it could be very splintering in your own mind and psyche about what you want, what you desire, what your goals are, what your dreams are, the direction you want to head in life, the man you find appetizing.
You know, like desire in its lowest form is is all part of steering who we are meant to be in this reality. Your blue light blockers. They're a scam. No, seriously, use this RGB test on the screen to see if your Redlands blue light blocking glasses actually work. If you can see any of the green or blue light on the screen, that means your blue light blocking glasses are not protecting your melatonin. Most people know about the harms of artificial blue light, and so people go and buy blue light blocking glasses thinking they're all blue light blocking glasses are created equally.
Unfortunately, they're not, and I'm specifically referring to the red lens blue light blocking glasses for the evening because one of the biggest game changers anyone can do for their health is to block artificial blue light, especially after sunset. You see, if your red lens blue light blocking glasses allow blue and green light through, your eyes will still be picking up that signal. So your brain will basically think that it's still daytime. We know that sunlight is important, but the absence of artificial blue light and blue light in general after sunset is a biological necessity.
And a good pair of blue light blocking glasses in this modern world filled with artificial blue light is an absolute non negotiable. So if you want to experience better sleep, mood and energy levels, you need to be optimizing your circadian rhythms and that is by respecting the light and dark cycles. This is why I use and trust Viva Rays. There are three. In one blue light blocking glasses keep you full time protection from artificial blue light. You basically get 3, 3 pairs of blue light blocking glasses for the price of 1.
So if you wish to explore the blue light blocking glasses which I just talked about, head over to the description below and make sure to use the promo code attached to get a nice discount on your entire order. Wow, wow. That was absolutely mind blowing. Basically what you said there where you said how when we are born the outer layer of the OR our biofield is like the outer layer and how you said that basically the present. Is that why you would say that we are more present as children And then basically as the as the layers build like that present seems to get more distant, you know, because as we get older, we focus more on the past and in the future, whereas when we are younger, we are more in the now, right.
And I guess the skill is to be able to access all of those layers of our bio field. Would you agree on that? So I would think coherence, right, coherence between all of the fields, like is when we're pulling our mind to our awareness, that's when we're present. They were just being where our feet are. We are just taking in the beauty of the birds in the sky, the sounds in our ears. We're not thinking about who we miss, who died, you know, who's being born in the future. We are just where our feet are.
Amazing. And so you know something else as well which put all the dots together for anybody who thinks that this information that you share this sort of. Woo woo or. Something, if anything, that has a that produces basically electricity also produces an electromagnetic field. Obviously this electromagnetic field is what Eileen Acoustic, you know, coined the term the bio field, right? So it's this sort of a toroidal field that exists around. If you think about a magnet with a positive and negative pole that has like this magnetic field which is going around, it's sort of like a doughnut shape.
And that's basically us, human beings, we generate this field because we are electromagnetic. Our thoughts and pretty much everything of our existence is existing within this field, which is generated from. I guess that's my next question. Like where do you think the bio field comes from? Is it generated from the heart? Is it generated from the brain or is it generated from our entire being? From both. So the heart is the largest magnetic field producer period. I don't have the numbers on it in front of me, but there is like it's, it's a measurable coherent field.
Our brain also produces a field. That's why to me, coherence is when the heart and the brain are are pulsing with a similar rhythm. That is when, and it's not the same rhythm. It's like an, you know, there's a, just like in music, if I take a string and I pluck it and then I cut that string in half and pluck it, it's the same tone. It's an octave higher. To me, coherence is when the heart rate in the brain waves are working together and there's the sense of like expanded piece, expanded ease. When we have that and we don't medicate to get there, we breathe and we relax to get there.
So to me, the 2 greatest inputs for our field that we can control the volume knobs on our heart and our brain waves, The heart rate is controlled by your breath rate. So the more we become masters of our breath rate and, and this is what I would describe as a master of a breath rate. In the old Sanskrit literature, they would say one breath per minute leads you to perfect health and perfect skin. I think that is a beautiful goal for meditation dictators who like to sit and breathe to shoot for. I think that is a marvelous thing to expand your reach.
When we are talking and sitting, most people average breath rates sit between 15 to 25 breaths a minute. When I am teaching my pro athletes how to handle adrenaline and I'm teaching my artists how to handle big fucking crowds, I want them at 4 breaths a minute. So that's a 7 second inhale, 8 second exhale. It's not about counting for me. I teach them a shape. So it's all about feeling. So we're just, we're doing a slow fill of the mighty breath shape through the like. Basically, if you do it with me, if you inhale through the nose and I want you to push the air down on your belly, when the belly is full, inhale even more and fill your back, then fill your sides, then fill your chest.
You can hang out here on the top. Like we're probably close to 6-7 seconds right now. Now we're going to exhale with control and I want you to feel like you're pushing the air down from your shoulders. So you're emptying the chest first, then the back and the sides and the very end of the belly. So it doesn't have to be a dramatic counted out breath. It's a big rounded shape. After 4 minutes of breathing that way, your heart rate starts to come. Down now 80% of the nerves coming off of your heart feedback to the brain giving it information.
So if you are under pressure, you know you're about to do something scary and exciting and you start to shallow breathe like I did as an artist and as a golfer. You start to quicken the heart rate and that heart rate communicates back to the brain that we are in danger, that we are scared. And then that information in your brain corresponds to all of your fast attention. And it can make you feel tight. And as a singer, that's a really big deal. When you feel tight under pressure, you're, you're not to get too technical, but it feels like your kind of throat your it seizes up, it lifts.
It's very hard to hit those nuts. Yes. So learning to breathe down and slow, taking off your shoes and feeling your toes underneath out, like my protocols build us up to have, you know, so that they these little these little sequences work under pressure when you need them the most. But it is those are the two ways that we play with this magnetism. Now, I think the greatest of all time people that are setting world records, they are learning how to leverage adrenaline because adrenaline is a very amazing biochemical compound that gets released in the body and you can misuse it and use it.
So if you know, when I was up and coming as an athlete, I remember the adrenaline would hit me before the tournament and you can tell when the yawns set in. So if somebody knows that they're going to play in a tournament and they're kind of use to it, there is a precog even of that system and your body will start to like yawn and you want to rest. And to me, there is a very specific way to use adrenaline correctly so that you're that surge is peaking you at the right time so that you can use it to play your best or sing your best or be your best under pressure.
And I see a lot of athletes misuse it. They start to think, feel pumped up before and they start to kind of like spew that energy out through talking, through using their phone, through being too active before they get out there. So when we're talking about the field and keeping that field stable, it really dials down to the breath and it dials down to body tension. And then as you get surged with chemicals, how are you navigating your breath and body tension so that you're you're using that energy at the right time?
Imagine a tablet that doesn't blast artificial blue light into your eyes, disrupt your sleep, or sabotage your health, but actually use the sunlight to power the display. You've been listening to this podcast. You already know how damaging constant artificial blue light can be on your circadian rhythm, your sleep, and your overall health. That's why I love my Paper 7 tablet by Harborino. It's definitely one of the most interesting devices I've used in a while. The Paper 7 tablet uses something called an RLCD display, which means there is no backlight and essentially no blue light.
Instead, it reflects ambient light just like paper. So the brighter your environment, the better the screen looks. And unlike E Ink devices, which are slow and stuck in black and white, this gives you full color, a smooth 60 Hertz refresh rate and the ability to run all of your favorite apps. It also comes with 8 gigabytes of RAM for smooth performance, a 7.8 inch display that's perfect for both reading and productivity. And at only 240 grams, it's easy to carry around anywhere. The battery life holds up really well too.
You're getting around 10 hours of active use and up to 12 days on standby, so you're not constantly thinking about charging it. For me personally, I like to use it a lot for writing, researching, and preparing for my podcasts, basically all of my administrative work. And the best part is I can do all of that outdoors in natural light so I can actually support my biology while I work instead of fighting against it. And because the screen gets brighter in brighter environments, it's incredibly easy on the eyes, even in direct sunlight.
I've also noticed that it naturally improves my nighttime habits because indoors, especially at night, the screen isn't overly bright or stimulating since it uses your environment to power the display. So it kind of guides you towards better sleep hygiene and healthier circadian rhythms without even trying. At the end of the day, technology isn't going anywhere, so the goal is to find tools that work with our biology, not against it. And this is definitely one of those devices. You definitely want to hurry up and grab yours today as they are.
Extremely popular and run out of stock really fast. The link will be in the description below alongside with the 15% discount code. Wow. So basically you're saying that our biochemistry is influencing our bio field and our bio field is influencing our biochemistry and it's sort of making this feedback loop. It's going all the way around pretty much. And what you mentioned there, how you tied the brain waves with the heart rate and the breath in general. That was fascinating. Of course, working from the inside communication, but as well, I can imagine that the fact that the brain waves are emanating frequency, right?
We're also tuning into a specific channel like you were mentioning earlier, like a radio station, like there's all these different, we've got all these different brain waves. And when we enter specific brain wave states, we can access different types of information. And again, that's also based on our nervous system state. Or do you think that our nervous system state dictates the brain waves or the brain waves dictate the nervous system state? Which way do you think it goes? I think that the breath rate is informing the heart rate and then the heart rate is informing the brain and then the brain wave is communicating them message through the body.
So I really think everything begins with the breath. I think that's where things get out of control because if I have a high breath rate, I'm not going to hide A I'm not, I can't maintain a slow heart rate, you know, and if I have a slow heart rate, I can keep my brain more relaxed. So everything is based on your breath and body tension. Like I could probably hold my breath, right? So I have no breath rate, hold my breath, relax my body tension and I could probably slow my heart rate down. Like as a trained, as a trained diver, like you can bring yourself into that space of holding your breath completely and dropping everything.
Like that's how divers do it.
So did I answer your question? I got like a little lost there. Trying to don't know don't worry about it. I was asking No, I was asking more about the nervous system. Do you think that the nervous system state governs our our brain waves? Well, you kind of answered the indirectly. You were saying that basically the breath is governing. The dictator. Yeah, it's, it's governing the heart rate, which is telling the the brain and then the brain is informing the nervous system rather than the nervous system.
Well, I guess the the breath and the heart is the other way around, right? You can. You can always break the loop. Well, no, there is, there is a safety mechanism there. So like it's funny. I'm, I'm trying, I think to over explain so people can make up their own mind about that. Like if an explosion went off outside, right, I wouldn't have to like change my breath rate for my nervous system to respond to that sound. You know, like as soon as the explosion would go off, my nervous system would go into like it would hit a trigger.
My body would get flushed with adrenaline and blood. My digestion would shut down, my eyes would turn into pin holes, the blood would rush to my muscles. So I think it's all, it's a dynamic system we are built. We are so intelligent. And when we throw intuition in there, like it's already been proven that 30% of people have what we call super sensitive nervous system. So they're picking up on information outside of their field, meaning that we could put, you know, 30% of people in a room completely blindfolded and dark and they would be able to sense when someone is in their field or when someone is looking at them.
And Doctor Edith Ubuntu, she's on the other side of the world than you and Callie I if you haven't had her on the show, I think you would really enjoy interviewing her. She has an Academy. She's got over 200 kids that can read blindfold and one of her two of her students now are starting to levitate objects supported like against the wall. And she's been having a hard time explaining to the parents, like why the kids are able to access this. She's just holding space for children to access this stuff.
And like her energy is so playful. It's like a master like I think you would really enjoy her friendship. She's she's special. Yeah, I definitely have to have her own. Yeah, yeah, I'd be happy to make that introduction. She's like a Jedi teacher in my head. You know, it's like she's letting the kids access these states of consciousness around her and then she's going through these things where some of the parents are blipping into the brain wave where they allow themselves to access it. Now, she had a breakthrough at a 10 day silent retreat.
It was a silent and darkness retreat. And after day four, her, her third eye was able to sense. Like that's just call it third eye, whatever her body was able to sense, sense the field around things. And I don't know how many people that are listening have put themselves in a dark room experiment for an extended period of time, but I have. And there definitely is more senses that we have. We are very visually dependent society, but there there are ways that like we can start to access these other senses that I think kids are accessing a lot.
And I see it in my clients when we start to take care of the water in the body, you know, so when we look at, you know, Doctor Gerald Pollock's work on water and the fourth state of water. So we have people know of water in a bottle, liquid water, frozen water, gaseous water. I'm sure you've talked about this on your other podcast. When we look at the fourth phase of water and we look at the water that is inside of the body, there is a very interesting conundrum that we have as fitness professionals.
And you're there, I'm there. We're looking at the body as a battery because the 4th state of matter really proposes the fact that water can hold an electrical charge, it can hold memory, it can produce an electric field when it's being pumped through basically like tubes with light on it.
So it's, we have a lot more questions to ask about how the body relates to this biofield and how we can charge it up. And, you know, it's kind of cute because like we have such a cultural thing of hierarchy. So like, you know, are the chemicals the most important? And that's what big Pharma will tell us. Big Pharma will always tell us the chemicals are the most important because that's where they make their money. You know, if something else is informing the chemicals, which you and I know, like HGH is a, is a chemical that your body makes, you just have to know the access code to it.
That's it. Hyaluronic acid is a chemical compound that your body makes that detangles the fascia fibers. You just have to have the access code to help your cells make that fluid. All of the eating stuff that we go through, we are playing a game with the chemical composition in our body by detoxing, by opening the body up with saunas, by taking in salt baths, by taking in minerals. We're playing with the water bag of itself. But how the waters are moving through that bag, how charged up they are, how much it is sweating out and being replaced, those are all major portions of health, which is why we're going to get better results than people who only take the chemical route, you know, with our clients.
1000% because what actually governs that biochemistry, again, it's going back to that biophysical aspect, right? There is some fundamental physical force that is applied on our body that is invisible that we cannot see with our eyes. So it's very obviously hard for us to grasp, especially when you can't see under a microscope. But there are ways to do the experience where you can't witness that. How without the instruction manual. Something which I say all the time on most of my postcards is that sunlight is the instruction manual for your body because without sunlight, body doesn't know how to, it doesn't know how to orchestrate its tasks because it is a circadian organ.
It is a circadian system. That is just one of the aspects, right, The circadian rhythm aspect of the human body that we go in this 24 hour cycle and there are certain things that are supposed to happen at certain times of the day over a 24 hour period. Now that is just one aspect of the instructions, but what about the what you just mentioned there, for example, like the the charging of the blood, for example, our we have all this blood rushing through our veins and artery is right, which is filled with water and then you've got sunlight and then sunlight's bringing the blood to the surface of the skin because you know it stimulates nitric oxide production.
UVA light is stimulating nitric oxide production, bringing the blood to the surface. And all that blood now is rushing back into the center of the body, which is more oxygenated and it's also light charged. And also our melanin as well is able to split the water molecule into hydrogen, oxygen and electrons. And so basically, really when it does that, we're able to free energy in our system just through the splitting of the water molecule. And so that's that's just because of sunlight alone. And then when you add grounding in there as well to gather that charge from the earth or to rebalance your membrane potential, your electrical potential of your cells, it just shows you that everything that happens in the body is not somehow by random, some random biochemical collisions and reactions.
Like, you know, science makes it sound like basically there is this underlying governing force which is making things actually happen. And there are things that are speeding up our death and things that are slowing down our death. And when I say death, I mean aging because basically what is death? It's like, it's the, I mean, aging is the slowest form of death. And so the whole idea of like not aging is basically slowing your death down. And how do you do that is by reorganizing or creating coherence within the system.
Because when you have decoherence or chaos, that's when you have like higher entropy. And so then you basically have more destruction in the system. You have energy loss, energy leakage, which is causing, you know, more inflammation, more damage to the tissues, and then everything begins to fall apart. So just wanted to highlight there the importance of, for example, the sun. We, we think of it as light, but it actually acts as a very physical pressure on the system, as if like gravity almost, and it's moving things within our body.
And so is the Earth's gravity and so is the magnetic field of the Earth. So all of these are meant to work together. And due to our modern lifestyle, which has disconnected us from that, we are in decoherence. And now those things are not communicating well. And then we have that chaos. So I'm going to move on to my next question because I'm not going to keep on running here. Did you want to add anything to this before I move on? You know, I just, I think that I'm, I am still just witnessing how much stagnation, like people for people like you and me, we wake up, we go and work out, we move everything in our body.
We eat clean, right. Just this last week, I'm going to show you something that I'm sitting on. This is like a deflated Pilates ball. OK, I just started doing this because like I sit for podcasts. Like I've done 3 podcasts this week. I've sat in this damn chair for the far too long, you know, taught a three hour class on Tuesday. So I've been sitting on this Pilates ball because after I sit here for too many hours, my like right foot will go numb. And I'm just like, damn, here I am preaching to people about flow.
But the nature of the job is to sit here and to chat. And there's little things like I think health people assume that health is made-up of like all of these different like tasks, like these extra work that we have to do. And I think Andre is like, we will have our breakthroughs with our clients by giving them snacks, like giving them tiny little morsels that allow them to maintain the results that they're gaining by doing the protocols that you and I both give to people and myself included. Like the sitting on this damn little ball.
Like there was no way I was sitting here without it. You know, now that I'm four or five days in sitting on it, my legs don't go numb anymore. I'm constantly in this movement. There's no, yeah, there's no circulation. So like you're talking about charging up people's blood and like going outside, right? So let's say somebody wakes up every day, they're so disciplined, they're exposing 80% of their skin to the sun. Then they come back inside like us, and they have to sit down at the damn desk. And then when they sit there pinching all of the all of the fabric within the fascia and then that blood, that beautiful blood they just charged up isn't really moving.
So it's like, I don't, I don't know if I got it figured out, but damn, I'm going to keep finding the snacks and like delivering them to people and to myself so that it becomes more playful. Because the idea of health, the whole point of wanting to be healthy is so that we have ease and joy that so it's not about making the healthy process this painful torment. And that's where I feel like I'm still recovering as an athlete. The athlete in me was pushing myself towards a goal and ignoring the body.
And it's really about listening to the body, listening to that tension, being willing to compromise my workout because I don't feel like I have the energy to do all of it that day. And I'm working in more mobility, sitting on a ball instead of a flat chair. So health can take a lot of different forms. And yeah, anyway, that's that's what I wanted to say. I'm ready for your next question. When people think about. Energy, sleep, and hormones I think in terms of fats and carbs, but your metabolism doesn't run on macros.
Minerals are the foundation for your metabolism and a healthy and well functioning metabolism starts from your mitochondria. Every single biological process inside your body requires minerals. When your body is lacking the minerals to run your cellular metabolism, guess how that is going to show up in your body? I'll let you figure that one out. One of my favorite ways to ensure that I get all the minerals that I need on a daily basis is through Shilajit, A herbal mineral substance which is made from the decomposition of plants and bacteria.
This process taking place over thousands of years. It is primarily harvested from the Altai and the Himalayan mountains, some of the most pristine locations on the planet. The beautiful thing about shilajit, it comes with high concentrations of fulvic acid. This molecule actually drives the minerals into the cells where they can do their work. So basically the minerals come in the most bioavailable form for your body to be able to use. Unlike most supplements which become expensive urine, this one actually does something without the hype.
It's not man made, it's produced by Mother Nature herself. Now something very important to mention is the quality of shilajit. Not all shilajit on the market is created equally. The one that I use has been tested for heavy metals and impurities ensuring that you are getting the highest quality shilajit. So if you want to explore the shilajit that I use on a daily basis, make sure that you visit the description below and make sure to use the promo code attached for a nice discount on your entire order.
I love it. Yeah, great addition. I wanted to actually mention there that when I used to be live in Finland, people there are very much aware about the importance of movement. And so I remember when I would go to people's offices or specific like fitness studios and things like that, people would actually sit on a Swiss ball, like the big one, you know, the bouncy one that you do ABS on. They would sit on one of those. And that's actually brilliant because you can really, really like move on that.
And that's constantly moving underneath you as well. So sometimes you might lose your balance a bit and it'll throw you bit left and right and you're constantly training your core and your your spine is able to move. And yeah, you're so right about it's how it's not about being perfect or unrealistic when it comes to health and fitness. It's about sustainability. So finding these little small hacks that you can add into your life because we know that modern life is not going anywhere. Technology is not going anywhere.
This is the way that we're getting our message out there, right. So if you guys are enjoying this episode, make sure you're the smash like button and the subscribe button. And so, yeah, it's so important that we find. Ways to incorporate nature and movement and health back into our modern environments. And by doing so, then it's so much easier to maintain the good health that we are gaining by actually going into nature. Because we know that nothing will ever replace going into nature, moving your body and reconnecting with your mind and breath like we are talking about.
It's like you can't do the biohacks without connecting with nature. I feel like you need to have nature as part of your number one biohack because that is where where we have evolved from as human beings. So going back to nature is where the true healing happens because we create an environment within and without ants outside of our body, which is conducive to health. Unfortunately, indoor living is not conducive to health and This is why we must create environment which is. So now my next question was about OK, this is a bit like, you know, off topic slightly, but it's still related.
Do you think because we mentioned about the structured water there, it made me think, do you think that when we nasal breathe, we we structure the air that we breathe? Does that make sense? I. Have never thought about that. Not once have I thought about structuring the air in the way that you just mentioned it as a singer. Wow. Holy shit, that is so cool. Thank you for doing that. In my brain. I mean, when we nose breathe, we are definitely organizing the air. So the nasal glands, a lot of people think they have deviated septums and like when you look at the stats, it's hysterical.
It's like some some things say like 60% of people have deviated system, 70% of people have deviated septums. And there's this one doctor I interviewed and I just loved his answer. He goes, 100% of us have deviated septums and I'm like, OK, I'm listening. And he goes the way that the air has to spiral through the nasal glands to hit the cilia fibers, to purify and temperature regulate it. It can't just go straight back. It has to be in a sense like tilted so that it can hit all of the spaces. So then let's take it farther.
Depending on your tongue position, right there is either a like little bit of an eddying. So if you lift the back third of your tongue, so if you slow motion swallow, suction cup the back third of your tongue to your upper palate. So you're pull, you're literally pulling down on your soft palate. The the place right above your uvula, you're pulling that down as you do that. If you inhale through the nose, you'll feel that there's an extra swirl of air between the ears. This this is old pranayama.
So like anybody that's done breath work is like, Oh yeah, I know this like ocean breath and almost creates this like extra swirling. Eddie back there then. OK, let's take it a step farther, Andres. I've interviewed some of the biggest vocal coaches in overtone and fry singing and they all talk about air pressure. Like right now in vocal research there is a ton of shit changing. So just like in tendon research, like we've been immobilizing, like if you RIP, tear your ACL, they just put you in a cast.
We've been doing it the same way for 5000 years. That's finally starting to change. Like things to research by Doctor Barr in vocal research. We've been training the sound waves the same way for 500 years, like since the dawn of opera. And it's finally starting to change with how we understand how frequencies are harmonic off of each other. So with the mics and the software we have now, we don't see one frequency wave, we see like 42 frequency waves of how the sound is emitting from your whole person.
Very, very cool shit. It's going to lead to so many breakthroughs in cymatics. I can't wait for the vocal researchers in the medical community to start to like fondle some of this new stuff because Peter Sheldrake's work with formative causation, I think could be proved by the cymatic stuff. But that's another, that's a whole other conversation. In those conversations with those vocal researchers, they talk about the subglottal pleasure here in your neck. So literally the shape of the air through your throat.
So let's play a game. I'm going to give you a little snack exercise that I think is very powerful. I want you to make a zombie. Like, like imagine you're dead. Your arms are out in front of you, and you're doing a super deep, low exhale. It's like the laziest sound. Yeah, I know. It feels. It actually feels good. And I have to like to find it. I have to put my arms out. Like, I have to do a whole little ritual of like, OK, you're a dead zombie. You're cosplaying as a dead zombie. What is your sound?
And I almost feel like to do it, I have to like, relax my head. I have to relax my tongue. There's this whole place that you have to get into to get there, that that place to make that sound, you have to relax your vagus nerve. You have to relax all of the tension through your throat. And that stupid little exercise that is all about changing the structure of air through your throat is helping me teach my athletes how to calm down quicker. Because in order to get like singers, we have been taught sound 1st and song is all about expression first.
It's actually about the energy in which you feel the note. That's what connects to an audience. So there's these games that you can play with yourself. And it's amazing how the tongue is part of it. Like we don't realize how much the tongue is a specific muscle of prepping our heart for an energy. So let's, let's try something. I want you to make like the happiest face you've ever seen. Like you are seeing your your baby or your puppy, whatever access point that is for you for the first time ever in that face of like everything is lifted.
Even if you pay attention the back of the tongue, like yeah, that's true. That's. True, the back of the tongue gums up in the in the head and then everything lifts up around it. And if you can't just like suspend your awareness around the shape of the air through that like and you can almost like pull yourself into a better mood by making these same faces. It's very. True. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I've actually read this before that you know when you just smile, when you just pretend that you're smiling without even being like, you know, happy or something.
If you just do this as as hard as you can, it actually makes you more joyous, like instantly. It's funny the facial so I've been taking these facial fitness classes because IA lot of them are fascia based. I'm very curious about what these beautiful women are doing. You know, there's 44 muscles in the face. Like why? Why don't we train them? You know, the ocular muscle gets so saggy for all of us, Like why? Why wouldn't we do little eyeball crunches, right? So there, there's three different tactics in the three courses that I've taken.
1 is muscle training, 1 is massage and lymph training, and the other is like kind of a combo of the two, but it's much more expressive and she has more fun with it. She's the oldest. She's like this beautiful Asian woman with like giant cheeks. And so you have 1 obsessed with massage drainage, 1 obsessed with muscle building and then one like more in her grandma area era, you know, like older of the three and more into the energy of it. And it's like, damn, there's just something to be said for all three lines of thought about how we re established health.
But like there is an emotional energy to health. Like that's why like hell when we are dragging our ass to the gym for emotional reasons, that's great. But if when we are dragging our ass to the gym and our body is saying, hey babe, like I really need a sauna and a nap, you know, like health is listening to that need, you know? Everybody knows about vitamin C, but have you ever heard about vitamin G? I'm talking about grounding. We know that oxygen is important for our survival, but what if I told you that grounding is just as foundational for our health?
Your body is literally a battery and needs to be recharged every single day. Modern life depletes it. Fatigue, insomnia, brain fog and restlessness, These all sound like a charge deficiency to me. You see, grounding is not optional, it's foundational. This is why I make sure to get my bare feet on the ground every single day and to ensure that I stay grounded 24/7 like our ancestors did. I used my favorite grounding sheet as I sleep to keep me connected to the earth at all times. Check out my favorite grounding mats and sheets that I use on a daily basis by heading over to the description below and make sure to use the promo code attached to get a massive discount on your entire order, 100%.
Oh yeah, absolutely. It's so important to be in tune with your body. If you're not in tune like, then that's when actual issues begin to manifest. I feel like all aches and pains or injuries, things that actually happen to US are a way for the body to, you know, grab our attention and say, hey, you know, if you don't, if you just carry on down this road, we're going to get like, you know, some serious like health issues or some injury or something like this. And eventually those who don't listen, they end up, you know, with an injury.
And then, you know, that's our lesson. Like we can either then start to pay attention, then, you know, and then really, you know, have the time to sit down because we can't do anything else. Or we just keep on repeating the same stuff over and over until we actually get the message. Because that's how the universe works, right? Keeps on bringing you the same scenario over and over until you're able to shift your frequency or, you know, become more in tune with your body, become more in the moment.
Do you think that air is ether? And then if ether is information, then would you say that breath is wisdom? That's a spectacular question. What I say air is ether. And ether is information. I would like, I like want to look up hold and just edit this part out. I like want to look up Eileen Mckusick's definition of ether for both of us right now because she has this like beautiful definition. And instead of us making up people's minds, we can. I hope you don't mind then. I do this really quick. I don't mind at all the audience.
Is fine, I know they love it. They love you. Hit the like, guys. Smash that subscribe button. Drop a comment if you're enjoying this episode. Ether it's like I don't think ether. I mean don't get me wrong like I don't know how to remove air from a place but like ether and air are different. Really. Would you say that the the ether is more like like particles in the air carried by the air or suspensed in the air? I don't know how to answer that question correctly. I don't know how to I mean, I love the question and I will work on I will work on my a better understanding of ether because I, I really the conversation around ether and plasma and how it works through the field to me is still a theory that I am step like I am experiencing it around, you know what I mean?
Like the fizzy. I'm still stuck on the Physiology and I know that fascia is our means. Like fascia is the way in which we texturize the electromagnetic fields changing to things right then fascia is also our means to sense what's happening to us in all directions all the time. So like there is, there's, there's a reception that we get from the bio field, like we are picking up information like, so we are receiving information from the field, but I also think that we are informing information in the field, you know, and depending on if we are in this like projecting or in this reclusive energy, we interact with ether and plasma differently.
So I, I think it's homeo dynamic. I think it changes. I think like when I play golf and I'm on fire, I feel like I am projecting into my field. Like me and the fabric of reality are 1 and I am going to be an assassin. I'm at reality.
So I do like when I look at a Tesla coil, right? And this is like, This is why I'm stuck. If I had a Tesla coil out right here and I turned it on and I introduced nothing to it, okay, the electricity would be firing in every direction kind of chaotically. As soon as I would introduce a grounded magnetic field to it, the electricity would charge itself at me until it grounded. So I mean, I think that your question is great for Eileen Mckusick because she has a better understanding of ether. I do think that the atmosphere around us is charged and alive, just like water.
I feel like we are coming back to the intelligence of everything around us. Like I, I believe fire, earth, air, water are all living gods. I mean, that's what that's where the pagans, where I have all of the elements tattooed on my body, including ether, which is embodied by the the consciousness, the eye, the electricity. So I do think that there is this beautiful Symphony of energies that are collapsing and unfolding around us constantly, like fall lit, like a prism falling into each other and then folding back out just like the fascia of our bodies.
You know, like the way that we're born in embryo, like we are made in our mother's stomach right from a cell, but yet we have this hollow tube inside of us. Like we take up space and we also enclose space. We'd take in water and we also push water out. So the the lengthening of breath for sure brings wisdom because it slows down this rhythmic pressure of everything around us. And it gives us more of a palpable sensation of like how in control we kind of are of these little tiny valve, the rhythmic pressure.
So I think it's all charged. It's funny. My name is Brooke, right? And I find myself often create Brooke means like a Little River running down a mountain. And when I think about my daily conversations with people, it's all about water. I feel like you are like you are kind of like when I see your stuff, it's usually light, light, light. I am like water, water, water. Like we got to sweat more. We got to drink better water, sweat more, drink better water. Then the fascia flow is all about giving the rivers within the body moving fluid.
And I think people can make a big mental jump when we come out of the the muscle, like we've been sold these cartoonish figures of muscles and like we think of the body and isolated pieces, but it's all rivers, all of it. And that I think gets people into the sunlight and the grounding and this ether conversation more because now we're dealing with a river system that's enclosed inside of your body. And depending on the cleanliness and the purity and the flow of those rivers, you're going to experience health or you're not.
I really love the questions that you're asking, Andres. I'm I'm sorry that my understanding of ether is still rudimentary, but I'll work on that one for you. No, that was fantastic. I loved your breakdown. I guess then my next logical question would be because you mentioned a little bit about the connection between the electromagnetism and the the fascio system. Do you think like how important is fascio health you know, and the connection with our bio field the the bio fields be disturbed or do you think it would not operate as it should if the if fascia is not healthy?
You know, it's so funny, like this question. I've met people that I think have like the most amazing bodies ever. And mentally they are in pain, like they're in torment, Like their field is like a little bit off, right? And then I've met people, I've met people who have broken bodies, but their field is beautiful, crystallized, epic. So I don't know if I want to limit one to the other. I, I do feel like our intuition relies on how we can feel the water changes. Like that's, that's what the water research has brought me to is that water responds to electromagnetic changes.
And when we experience emotional changes, like we have these like really rudimentary names for like shame and guilt and anger, right? But they also come with a flooding of feelings that are very similar to all of us. Like when we're nervous, we all feel like this feeling in our, like in our stomach where it might be a little electrical, it might be a wait, right? Shame. There's usually like a flooding of energy right towards like the face and the and the neck. Almost like we're trying to shun our will or push our field down, right?
Like we're trying to pull ourselves back into ourselves. The feeling of flow or enthusiasm or excitement or freedom all come with this expansive feeling. I guess what I'm like trying to say is that when we increase our relationship to how this field is like ebbing and flowing and moving within ourselves, I think that we can expand past the vocabulary that we were given so that we can come to better terms of understanding ourselves because we all are very unique. Like I've met some crazy psychics that have isolate insulated their body.
Like they have 100 extra pounds of fat on them and they're incredibly psychic and I do feel like their abilities would amplify if they were to to drop that weight. So there is a layering of consciousness where I feel like we're all doing our best and some of us are tuned a little more sensitive than others and we haven't understood the environments. We haven't understood maybe like how these things interact. So like they've made certain choices with their body to numb things. But I think the route of health always brings us back into contact with ourselves more deeply.
So like, I don't think that you need to be healthy to have a beautiful bio field. And I don't think that just because you're healthy, you have a beautiful bio field. I don't think that those things are interchangeable. I do think that coherence, you know, and pain and you know, coherence is health and pain is tension stuck in either one of the fields or not. I do think that some pain can live just in the field and not in the body. I do think that some pain can live in the body and maybe is entangled with what it is in the field.
So I don't have a good answer for that one either bud. The official community of the Fitness Wisdom Podcast is over on patreon.com/fitness Wisdom Podcast. I look forward to connecting with you. No, no, that was great. That was great. I think, I think there is definitely in my personal opinion, a direct connection between the body and the bio field in the way that not necessarily whether it's like good or not, but more so whether the communication, as you said, can be amplified if the body is healthier. I feel like, you know, if you cultivate your inner state and your heartbrain coherence, right, and you take care of your body, I feel like, and you're in the zone like you were mentioning earlier, I feel like you can.
Really like amplify that field. You can really connect and synchronize all fields together, like every parts of your existence. I did one really great episode with Lauren Bradley where she talked about how metabolism is governed by light, minerals, emotions and trauma. And that was you have to listen to that. That was a mind blowing conversation. And she was explaining how literally your metabolism is governed from all these different dimensions, not just your biochemical, your biophysical, like your emotions, your minerals, like your light is programming your minerals to work in a specific way on your mitochondria, which is producing cellular energy.
And emotions themselves are able to change the biophysical aspects of your minerals so that they are distorting your metabolism and your blood sugar, for example. So it just shows us how we are multi dimensional beings and it's not important to only take care of the physical, but also to take care of the mental, the emotional, the spiritual. And to truly be healthy, I feel like we have to take care of all of those aspects. And as you're saying that there are some commonalities between all of us that, you know, there are some foundational principles that we must adhere to, you know, like getting enough sunlight, breathing good air, like taking care of our fascial system, hydrating our bodies, sleeping well, moving often, laughing more like all of these different things are foundational for health.
And if we do them, it'll take our closest to source or God or the universe or whatever people like to call it. And then we're able to be more in tune with ourselves in our body. Because I feel like a lot of the distortion which is happening in the world right now is because people are so disconnected from themselves and they are not feeling how they're feeling. They're just like outside of their body. And they need to kind of collect all their energy and put it back inside of their body so that they can feel how they feel.
And there will be a lot of pain, but once you get over that pain, there is light at the end of the tunnel. And that's the beautiful thing. And I feel like that's where health is found. When you've, you know, gone through your shit and you, you've got to the end of the tunnel and you see the light and you're able then to give from your cup because now your cup is full instead of it being empty, or instead of it being overflowing, it has enough room to be filled. Do you have any last words of wisdom to add before we close out the show?
Yeah, I do actually. I really appreciate you bringing that to the topic. Yeah, I've seen a lot of people suffering in my, like, local community mentally, particularly like the kids our age. Kids, well, we're full as grown adults, but like, damn, I still look at myself like you. Feel like a kid, right? Same here. I might be like 50 and I'm still like OK as kids are figuring it out. So to me, I see a lot of confusion in this, like disassociation happening because they don't have a goal. We used to think in America, like I, I know we're in different parts of the world, but like right now, a lot of my, my colleagues are struggling with the fact that they don't feel like they're participating in a system that they're proud of.
And I think that being part of something and having purpose allows us to be more more disciplined and content with like the struggles that every day brings all of us, no matter the convenience we have, there's still a lot of obstacles that we face on a daily basis by ourselves with no one else in our corner. And if we feel like we're participating in a system that we actually aren't proud of, that we wouldn't want to use our talents for, and we're just surviving, There's a there's a general disconnect.
There's, you know, your heart's not in it. And where I would like to just open people's minds. OK, I, I've heard a lot of people say, you know, things about the Illuminati and the aliens and the government and all of these other responsible parties. And this is where I've landed in my prayers. We have a three headed monster that is controlling our current cultural system, at least in America. That 3 headed monster is Big Pharma, Big energy and Big agriculture. When these industries start to work together, there are spinoffs, industries that create perpetual customers.
So the biggest industries in the world that are pulling at all of our governments, controlling legislations through lobbyists come from these 3 industries. If we do not change our consumer behavior, we will continue to flood money and power into the this 3 headed monster. Now, the way that we take it down, Andres, is we build a web. This web is made of wisdom and this wisdom takes money away from all three heads of those monsters and funnels it into local tributaries of new businesses and industries that we feel proud being a part of.
This is water companies that are doing it right. This is local bakers that are producing seed oil free, preservative free stuff. This is your local soap maker. This is your local gardener. This is your local herbalist. This is your local beekeeper. It is it's time for us to come back to that community of local stuff that cuz that that takes the dependence off of that system. So just a couple ways that that's already happening. Julian Brown is a gentleman who is is promoting plastolene. I don't even think that he invented plastolene.
I think like plastolene has been around for a long time. It resolves a plastic problem and a gasoline problem. And we can make some of this shit from home like there's people now doing like vegetable oil stuff like. So as soon as we start to solar punk our way off of these systems, big AG is going to be taken down by local regenerative farms. Whether you choose to farm, whether you choose to supplement some of the, you know, 30% of what you're buying from the store, if you start to, to make it at home, we can change an industry because conscious consumerism shifts markets.
So as soon as we stop paying money for the poison and we start putting money into industries that are going to take care of us and going to take care of our children, we change the culture. So we all are voting every single day by participating in all of these chemical compounds, right? So like Big Farm is also your laundry detergent. It's also your soap, it's also your lotion, it's also the cleaning products that you're moving using outside of your home. I really think building architecture and like how we move air, you know, biogeometry, I think there's like a whole space for a new advent of builders.
Like I know a lot of kids are complaining because there's no jobs out there. It's a time of the entrepreneur. Pick a problem and fix it. We're ready for you. We need you to be inventive for me, OK, This is where my focus is. Big pharma is made-up of couple of big arms, OK? They have created beautiful perpetual loop customers all over the world. Damn, they're doing a better job than anybody and they're starting to get into the Wellness market. Andres That's what GLP wants and peptides are that's all big pharma fucking with the good old being healthy from the inside and they're doing it better than us, damn it.
I like look at their ads and I'm like, how do I, how do I compete? Like can I just repurpose this? So anyway, big pharma, when we look at that trillion dollar matrix, there's a couple feeder systems to me where my specialty lies is $90 billion of that big market. So when you look at the big slice of pie, you know, respiratory issues, COPD and asthma, that's a $50 billion market. Not it like just with reoccurring medications, it's one of the biggest reoccurring medications that happens. Then you have knee pain and hip pain.
So like knee and hip replacements are almost at 1,000,000 people a year. It's estimated this year at like 750,000. So it is one of the biggest mechanical, like biomechanical arms of big pharma. And like, damn, I want to mess with that number. So I think if we can all just sit back and say, wow, like we don't have this amorphous BLOB of like hating the government. We have a three headed monster that we are cheesy like choosing to support, we're choosing to separate from. And as soon as we give that people, as soon as we remind people of their power to change the system with every fucking dollar that they spend, they can get excited again about life because now they feel like they can start to participate.
Like, I'm going to go to my local Baker and I'm going to drive ten extra minutes to go there because I'm going to take money away from Big AG. Yes, You know, like that's the solution. That's our way out. It could take 50 years, it could take 25 years if we do our job right, it can take 150 years. But that's the route you know. 100% if I was to add something in there as well, I would say like big tech is a real real real real big issue because of mind control. Like mind control is is not conspiracy theory at all.
If you want to learn about this, listen to Doctor Jack Cruz episode that we'll put it in there. The link in the description below. He explains how artificial blue light and non-native electromagnetic fields coming from these devices is specifically designed to manipulate and control your behavior and your purchasing behavior as well. And so we definitely listen to what Brooke said there. It's super, super important, but it is true that you know what you choose to do with your money. You are choosing to support.
So if you want a better world, you need to decide, you know what you're doing with your money. And hopefully as well, the monetary system changes too. Because as you can see now what's happening where they are printing, printing, printing more money. And basically the dollar is inflating and basically all the money around the globe is inflating, right? They're just constantly printing money. I feel like there has to be a new way to exchange value. You know, at some point in time there, there has to be a new way for us to we the people come up with a new way to exchange value.
Because the true way I feel like to take away power from these corrupt industries is to find the real way to exchange value. That's like meaningful to us. And it's almost like going back to you give me a goat and I give you like a like give you like a sheep or something like this, you know? Thank you so much, Brooke. I don't want to take too much of your time. I know that you've got like a tight schedule. I really enjoy this conversation as always. I'm sure the audience has found it super valuable.

So Andres, it's it's always a pleasure to meet a mind like yours. And I just, I really appreciate how how deep and and intricate we can get together. And you always leave me with some treasure Nuggets, man. The the air shape that was going to bend me out of, but that's just going to bend my brain in a whole new direction. I appreciate you man. I mean, what you said there about the shape earlier, about shaping the breath, it made me think of, you know, shape equals a specific color equals a specific frequency equals a specific sound without you making a sound with the breath at all.
Because we know that all the, you know, the electromagnetic spectrum of light is on a specific, you know, scale. I can imagine that sound fits similarly on that scale with shape and color. And when you look at nature, for example, why does a specific flower have a specific shape, have a specific smell? And then you Add all these pieces of the puzzle together and you realize, wow, that's what creates this multi dimensionality of the of the experience really of that thing. Thank you so much, Brooke.
I would love to do it again. I love you man, thanks for helping us all fall in love with the art of life.
